Sparkling Minds has a team of well-qualified staff who provide high-quality care and education. They employ passionate and enthusiastic staff to nurture the children in their care.

Situated in farmland yet readily accessible from Kidlington and Bicester, the location has allowed the development of a Forest School area and separate large (age specific) outdoor areas. The building is light and bright, whilst the learning environment is divided into 3 age group rooms - each being calm and inviting, allowing children to feel safe and secure.

The experienced and passionate team form trusting relationships with families and in particular with their key children. Children are encouraged to take age-appropriate risks in their learning and staff model how to ask questions to develop curious minds.

The website offers information and support for families and carers, with a specific Parent Partnership section full of relevant links and advice around child health and development. The Electronic App allows secure access for the shared Learning Journal and updates on what the children have experienced.

Food is prepared by the Nursery Cook, on site in the 5 star food-hygiene rated kitchen. The Nursery provides Breakfast, Lunch and Tea, alongside fresh fruit, morning and afternoon snacks and drinks.

We have been using Sparkling Minds since January 2018, when we dropped off our 11-month-old. Words can not honestly express how positive our experience has been in this setting. Our daughter has thrived, gained so much curiosity and has built strong relationships with the staff and her peers. All
the staff are absolutely fantastic and truly engage with the children and learn about them all as individuals.


Drop off and collections are always a pleasure - and nothing ever seems too much of a problem.


We have been at the nursery through the change of ownership, and again, we have had nothing but a positive experience, and the nursery is going strength to strength. The new owners are very present, and the emphasis on child-led and staff wellbeing is excellent.


Sparkling Minds has become a trusted part of our family, which we will be forever grateful for.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 10-months-old and has left today after 3-years to go to school! We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, all the staff are so warm and cannot do enough for the children, it feels like a real family environment and my daughter has always
been so happy here, I also feel the staff have really helped with her development. The owners are lovely, very present at the nursery and are putting so much into making it the lovely nursery it is, as well as the fantastic manager. My son will be starting the nursery next year, and I’m sure he will be as happy as my daughter has been! Thank you, Sparkling Minds.

Incredible setting with absolutely lovely staff. My daughter was thrilled with her experience, and she would always be eager to start each day. Can't recommend it enough! They take great care with the children. An amazing start to our daughters learning journey.

My son flourished in his 3 1/2 years here. The staff were all amazing; they really were like an extension to the family. An educational environment that puts the needs of the child first with a caring, supportive ethos. An ability to adapt to all circumstances - highlighted by their response to the

My daughter goes to the nursery and absolutely loves it. She is in Starlight room (pre-school) and has only been there since we moved down in February, but she settled in straight away thanks to the lovely caring staff. The staff are amazing with her, and she absolutely adores them. I love how the manager
everyday interacts with all the different rooms and gets to know the children; my daughter talks about her often.
I think she has come on so much since she has been here; people often think she is older than she actually is.
100% recommend they are a great nursery.

I would really recommend anyone considering bringing their child to Sparkling Minds. We are relatively new to the nursery but have been extremely impressed with how settled our son has been, and his bond with his key worker is really lovely to see. We love the interaction via the app, and it's great
to be able to see what he's been up to as well as get key updates on feeds, bottles and sleep. A really great nursery!

My son absolutely loved going to the nursery and the staff were all fantastic with him. They're so caring and welcoming and I trusted them 100% with looking him. They couldn't do enough for him during his time with them, nothing was ever too much trouble and he blossomed so much during his time there.
I would strongly recommended this nursery to anybody looking for somewhere safe, nurturing and fun!
