Prima Montessori & Day Nursery

Prima is a lovely nursery. The staff are really friendly and make time to get to know the children and their families. My daughter has attended since January 2020 when she was 11 months, and I was worried about leaving her to go back to work but the staff at Prima were amazing, so reassuring and I soon stopped worrying! Their communication with parents is really good too. I drop her off now knowing she will be well cared for by lovely staff, and she always has a brilliant day. They do loads of fun messy play with the children that not many parents want to do at home, which is a bonus too! Could not recommend the nursery highly enough to anyone who is looking.

Staff have a great rapport with both the children and parents alike and communication is great. Having used the nursery for the last 6 years, I am always confident that the children are given the best care and I know that they enjoy the activities and time within the setting. Always see happy smiley faces at the end of the day!!

My little boy has been going to this nursery since just after lockdown had been lifted. The welcome we all got was just lovely, he felt at ease straight away, didn't even look back for me on his first full day. He loves going and can't wait to get there on nursery days. The staff are lovely and caring, highly recommend, lovely nursery and amazing staff!

We have been using Prima Montessori for 6 years now with our two children, they have both thrived here. We have always been very happy and comfortable leaving our children in their hands. Many of the staff have been there the whole time we've been using them, and so have watched our family grow. It is everything you would want for your child whilst you're not with them.

Prima is a brilliant nursery and one I would highly recommend. Staff are friendly and professional and they always offer a lot of support to both parents and children. The nursery is well organised and communication is great. There are regular forms of communication and even throughout the day when a child is at nursery. They offer a lot of flexibility wherever they can and always do their best to accommodate. Very happy here.

My two and a half-year-old has been at Prima since he was ten-months-old and is very happy there. He only attends once a week, but the nursery has helped him to progress in many ways. I have felt comforted in knowing they replicate how we do things at home i.e. cuddling to sleep and potty training. My son has quite a severe milk allergy, and Prima have been brilliant at taking care of him and making sure he isn’t singled out at mealtimes. It is evident that the staff really care about what they do, and that your children are in good hands. Our youngest will also be starting there next month.

My son and I had a negative experience at another preschool so we were both nervous about starting new but have been so impressed. The staff have been fantastic at settling my son in, despite him being quite anxious. All the staff know the children’s names and never need to ask who I am there to pick up, it’s really personal and I get a quick low down of his day every time I pick him up. I love the app so you can see what they have been up to and also what they have eaten. It has been the best decision to move him here and I would highly recommend it to other parents.

I can’t recommend enough. My daughter loves going. She does so many wonderful activities and she loves learning new things each session. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. My daughter is vegetarian and the nursery have fully catered for her. Prima Montessori is a fantastic nursery.

Brilliant nursery. I can’t speak highly enough of this nursery, the staff are excellent and inspiring. The nursery is really well managed. Most importantly my son’s development has come on leaps and bounds. I intend to send my soon to be expected 2nd child to this nursery. I think the popularity of this nursery is a testament to the excellent work of the staff.

My four-year-old has been going to this nursery since he was two and a half. He was very upset and very attached to me, but now he can’t wait to leave me to go there he’s made lots of new friends and get very excited to tell me about his day. They carers are amazing with all the children.
