Busy Bees Chatham

When asked which nursery our daughter attends, I answer with pride that she comes to Busy Bees. She is happy, settled and thriving under their care. We can’t recommend the nursery highly enough.

I really cannot fault Busy Bees in Chatham. Every staff member I have come into contact with has been so friendly and helpful and the building itself it equipt with fantastic facilities, toys and displays. My son (6 months old) has been going twice a week since he turned 3 months and always comes home happy. Communication is great with an app which allows you to track meals, nappy changes and sleeps throughout the day and receive regular observations on your child's development. The nursery has a good menu and caters for all dietary requirements. The staff take a genuine interest in the children they care for and do some great activities with children to develop skills. I'd recommend the nursery to anyone in the Medway area looking for a reliable, caring day nursery for their child.

Very friendly staff, I have no worries when I drop my little boy off, he runs in with a big grin and always comes out babbling and smiling about what they have done during the day. And it’s the big smile that he has going in, that reassures me that he is so very happy there and that he is very well looked after!

My child has been at this nursery setting since attending baby room. She has made good relationships with long term members of staff and made great progress and development over the time she has attended. She has made good friends with other children and is ready to start her reception journey. This nursery setting has served well for my childcare situation.

My daughter always leaves nursery with a big smile and she is more than happy to go to the staff who make me, and anyone that picks my daughter up, feel very welcome. We are kept well informed about her progression and they show a keen interest and care for her well being.

Excellent nursery highly recommended. Excellent and hard working and lovely staff. Very welcoming too, everyone you meet is very warm and friendly. The management team are very lovely and helpful and so supportive.

We are really pleased with how our daughter is progressing at Busy Bees in Chatham. It has taken a little while for her to come out her shell but now she's really confident and enjoying nursery. The staff/management have encouraged this and engage so well with her. There are so many varied, fun activities for her to try. I also like the freedom of the garden in all weathers. I think Busy Bees accommodates every need and adjusts accordingly to each individual.

We will be very sad when the time comes for the children to move on.

On the very rare occasions when things have required attention, they've been handled promptly and professionally. All we ever hear on the way home is what he's done, what they've made, who he's played with and what he's eaten. Frankly, if they offered me the chance to pick up my own lunch from the kitchen then I'd do it! It's no surprise it gets such glowing reports from Ofsted and parents. Opens early, closes late, no extras to pay over the headline fee. I can't see anywhere better.

Busy Bees in Chatham has a very warm and friendly feel which makes dropping my son off so much easier. He absolutely loves going to nursery and gets very excited to talk about what he has done during the day and the exceptional interactions he has had with the staff and children which are clearly evident around the setting. I genuinely feel like this is home from home for us and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else with the thought of my little man missing out on this amazing experience. We are forever thankful to Busy Bees in Chatham.

Absolutely fantastic day nursery, my son loves going and all staff are friendly and welcoming and they always put themselves out to make sure my son has everything he needs.

Both of my children have been attending this nursery for a couple of years now and I am really happy that they get to spend their time away from us in such a lovely environment. The staff are amazing, provide great feedback at the end of the day and show genuine interest in the kids. I am always impressed at how much the kids eat - more than they do at home - so goes without saying the food is a big hit with my two. Although it is one of the more expensive nurseries in the area, it is worth it for the peace of mind I have when dropping the kids off before work. I am impressed with the activities which are undertaken to help progress development and also find the Parent Zone app really useful in keeping up to date with day to day activity and also assessments and observations. I recommended this nursery to a friend who also now sends her child and would recommend to anyone else looking for a nursery in the area.

My daughter is my second child to attend Busy Bee’s Nursery, the child care is absolutely amazing and the dedication and commitment from the staff is outstanding. The communication between parent and staff is always 100%, which leaves me as a parent, very reassured that my daughter is in best care without the need to worry.

When we were looking for a nursery for our daughter, we didn't know what we wanted or were looking for. When we stepped foot into Busy Bees we knew we had found it. From the first impressions of the modern and well-maintained building, to the warm, friendly welcome from all the staff we were really reassured. Now our daughter has been at the nursery for three months we know we have made the right choice. She loves it and we feel like the staff have become like extended family for her! She loves going and all the staff are so kind and friendly to us all. She seems to eat better at nursery than at home and is always tired out from all the activities they have done with her during the day. There is always something new to do and we love the app they use which updates us on what she has been up to during the day, as well as what and when she has eaten, slept and had nappy changes. We are really happy with Busy Bees!

Staff keep parents well informed of children's progress and events (via an online system, face to face discussions, phone calls, letters, texts and emails).

Peace of mind, as well as the safety, security and well being of your child, is priceless.

My son has attended the nursery from 5 months old and over the last year, I have seen him develop significantly. The nursery covers a wide range of activities and this has helped him develop into a confident toddler. The staff are very engaging and the feedback at the end of each day is great as well as the online parent zone that gives me daily updates on activity in the nursery. The nursery is always adding new ideas and their recent parent's breakfast table is great for parents on the go.

My little boy loves coming to nursery and his development has been so good thanks to all the staff that look after him.

I will be very sad for us leaving this nursery and wish all the staff the best for the future.
