My daughter's time at Castle View Day Nursery is near ending and I really cannot explain the ache in my heart. She has been attending since she was 1 and the progress she has made is impeccable. The love, the care and time shown to the children doesn’t go unnoticed. The communication and family feel
is something I have never found in any day nursery in my 8 years of being a mother. I highly recommend castle view, and I am in full support of the Ofsted rating they hold as it really is Outstanding. Thank you all we will miss you.

The staff are friendly and kind. One staff member who has known my child since she was one still has a great rapport with me and my child, even though she doesn't teach her.
Since my child has attended this nursery she has more confidence, is outgoing and has improved her numbers and letters.
This
I believe has helped and changed my daughter's future and will make going to big school a lot easier. My youngest will be going too.
I can't rate it higher.
Thank you to the staff for their hard work.

Our little one started here when he was 7 months old. The staff really helped him to settle in, which made going back to work much easier for me. The staff are supportive and our little one loves going to nursery. We are really happy with them and with his progress.
My only other comment would be
that a little more care could be taken for parents who walk and leave their pram. These facilities outside could be improved, especially for the winter. Also, to make it safer to walk as cars tend to dominate the space and don't always consider pedestrians and their pushchairs.
Reply from Sue Sheridan at Castle View Day Nursery
Thank you for the comments about the facilities for storing prams and pedestrians accessing nursery. We will endeavour to find a way of improving this area.

My son has been attending Castle View since he was eight months old and is due to leave to start school in September. I have always been extremely happy with the nursery, all children seem very content, the staff are all brilliant and put in 110% to the children of Castle View. The nursery itself is
lovely with the displays throughout and the large garden, which has always been a favourite of my son as there is so much for them to learn and explore. 100% recommend, will be sad to see him leave.

Castle View Day Nursery is an amazing place to leave your child, children while you go to work. My experience with them has been great. I have never had any cause to complain about staff members or the way my daughter was treated. My daughter is 22 months and she is highly intelligent and she has developed
her skills in so many ways I can't describe. I have no regrets choosing Castle View Day Nursery cause with them I know my daughter is in good hands. Keep up the good work guys!

Really pleased with our choice of Day Nursery. Our little boy really enjoys it here and feels part of the setting. A fantastic garden which he thoroughly enjoys all year round and lots of craft brought home. The nursery have been fantastic catering for my little one's food allergies, even making him
foods from scratch (to which I asked for the recipes). Nothing is a problem and fantastic communication daily from staff to myself.
Would definitely recommend this Nursery and love hearing all about my little ones day from him at bedtime.

My son attended this nursery and now my daughter currently attends. They love it and it makes it easier for me leaving my children, knowing they are happy and safe. Staff are amazing, caring and informative. Good food being served and management are very flexible and approachable. Would 100% recommend
this nursery, it's brilliant. Good facilities and learning too.

Very friendly environment and experienced staff who understood how to work cooperatively with parents. The baby room staff were especially outstanding because their nurturing approach to childcare and consistency made the nursery homely for our daughter.
Management were also very respectful and flexible.
Our only query was needing to be better informed before our child moved from the baby room.

Thank you.

My little one enjoys her time there - caring and patient staff, very supportive and flexible

My little one has been there for one year - she is much more independent and social than she was before attending the nursery, and has largely improved language skills (she is bilingual). She was shy and

knew little English, but currently is confident and eager to show herself in front of audience

She always bring different kinds of crafts home and often surprises me with new songs learnt at nursery.

Castle View Day Nursery is by far the best nursery I looked at for my son. I viewed over 6 in total and Castle View was the best for my child. The staff are warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond for my son.

The rooms are clean, spacious and the activities my son

does are great. They have helped my son to potty train, his speech has come on leaps and bounds and his counting and ABC. My son is happy and fulfilled and enjoys going so much.

The safety of my son is very important to me and Castle View have high safety regulations to ensure the children are at all times safe.

The menu my son is offered is always nutritional and he tries a variety of things, it's brilliant, the nursery encourages the children to try new foods.

Overall I would highly recommend Castle View and will be sad when my son has to move up to primary school as he is so happy and confident and excels so much, all because of the fantastic care he receives.

Brilliant, my kids (4 and 15 months) love it there.
My eldest has medical needs that require more attention whilst away from me. The owners and staff have been amazing, showing a keen interest to further their knowledge in meeting her medical requirements as well as positively furthering her development
using EYFS. She has, and continues, to make great progress. My youngest is new to nursery, but has settled in like it's her second home.
The building is clean, safe and all staff are friendly and polite. They take safeguarding seriously with a buzzer/camera system for entry of parents, carers and have an enriching garden for outdoor activities. The rooms are well structured and tailored to suit the appropriate developmental needs of its age range. This makes a relaxed, but educational environment for children to grow and learn. They also have regular fund raising events to raise money to put back into the nursery for the children. The most recent success purchased 2 iPads.
Overall I am extremely happy!

Absolutely excellent nursery. My son has been there since he was 9 months old (he will be 2 in April) and they are brilliant with him and he absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome on every drop off and pick up. The meals are excellent, healthy, varied
and included in the price which is so convenient. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who asks 11/10 :-)

- The teachers are fantastic, they really care for my children.
- The nursery is flexible and extremely reasonable.
- The owners are the best, they are very practical, they look for ways to make both parents and the children's life comfortable. They are so accurate in the description of your child.
- This is the best nursery my children have ever been in out of the 3 nurseries they have attended, including a London nursery.
- Bringing them here makes me feel so comfortable and I have peace of mind. Even when they have run a temperature they look after them, they gave me a call and informed me of what's going on and I consented to the medication.
This nursery is the best, I wish there was more space to express my heart about this nursery.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and would not hesitate to recommend it. Considering we'd just moved to the area when our daughter started (aged 2 and a half), she settled in very quickly and was made to feel welcome since day one. She settled here much quicker than at her last nursery - where
she had been for two years. The nursery itself is very welcoming and nurturing and they are incredibly flexible with her days.

The staff have been very good and helpful I have been in hospital recently and the staff at Castle View have helped us to be flexible with our drop off and pick up arrangements. They are all ways ready to talk about my daughters development. They all show interested in my son and how he is getting on
at school as he was there 4 years ago. In all you feel that your children are being looked after safely and securely and that you are all part of a family.

I am very pleased with the progress my daughter has made since she has attended nursery, the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! They have a wide range of meals that my daughter enjoys. She also comes home with lots of lovely craft. I like that I am able to
see my daughters contact book and learning story when I want to and am able to talk to my daughters key worker regularly.

All of my children have gone to this amazing nursery.

They have all grown and learnt so much thanks to the fantastic staff.

They have/will transfer to school really well due to their support.

My children have never not wanted to go into nursery, I have more trouble getting them to leave.

I

have never had a problem with any part of this nursery or staff in 9 years. The fact that most of the staff were there for my eldest child says it all.

My son has been attending Castle View since he was five months old, almost five years now. I have nothing but praise for Castle View and I am extremely happy with my sons progress especially with numbers and letters. The level of care between the staff and my son is brilliant and he has made some strong
bonds with the girls. The learning story books are an excellent idea and keeps parents up to date with activities and progress and is a lovely keep sake. Overall Castle View is a fantastic nursery.
