Rainbow Nursery @ Birling Road

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Rainbow Nursery. The entire staff is wonderful, but we want to give a special shoutout to one staff member in particular. Her dedication, patience, and creativity have made a significant impact on our child's development. She goes above and beyond to make each day engaging and fun, and her genuine care for the children shines through in everything she does. The school itself is clean, well-organised, and filled with a variety of activities that keep our child excited about learning. We highly recommend Rainbow Nursery and especially the staff member mentioned previously for providing such a nurturing and inspiring environment!

A particular plus for our child is the excellent outside space, as well as the yummy food!

My son has only been with the nursery for a few months. He has settled in amazingly better than we ever imagined! He runs in with no glances back now and always comes out with a smile on his face! The staff are so kind and caring towards him, he even hugs some members of staff goodbye! It was lovely to see the close bond he has made already! The staff go above and beyond nothing is ever too much! We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

I collect my grandson, with prior arrangement, the children are always happy and noisy! and seem to be having fun. The staff are always kind and helpful and always check it's been agreed for me to collect him. I think the staff work very hard to make a safe and happy nursery. Thank you.

My daughter has recently started here as she was not settling at a previous nursery along with the flexibility of hours offered here. The process has been great and my daughter has settled in so quickly. The staff are lovely, helpful and extremely accommodating. Facilities available to the children are varied and have a great choice of things to do. The little touches eg. personalised place mats are a really lovely touch, along with involving parents for themed tea etc. I am extremely happy with my choice of this nursery. Keep up the good work!

Had a lovely experience with my twins at this nursery and now my youngest one is enjoying it. Staff are very good and provide updates daily. My 3-year-old is diabetic and the nursery staff really look after him well. They happily agreed to get training from his nurses to administer him medicines in case of emergency. It gives me peace of mind that he is with trained staff and not missing out on anything. My son enjoys all the activities, especially playdough and water play in the summer. I really love this nursery for the space, care, activities and friendly staff.

Looking for the right nursery to leave my infant son at was quite a daunting prospect. However, from the off Rainbow was warm welcoming, and inviting so it became the obvious choice. The overall environment is light, well equipped, clean and set up for learning through play. There are great indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff are amazing. Hardworking and loving, they can't do enough for the children in their care. The staff and management have kept me fully informed of his progress, from chats at drop off/pick up time, to parents evening, online learning journal and other events such as mother's day tea.

Whatever concern's I may have the staff are always ready to help in whatever way they can. I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My son will soon be leaving to start primary school, and I feel his time here has given him all the right tools to prepare him for his transition. I would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for somewhere their child will be safe, loved and encouraged to be the best they can be.

We have used the nursery since 2010, with our third child now attending. All of our children have enjoyed their experience immensely. They still enjoy the opportunity to visit and collect their young siblings and meet their previous teachers.

I enrolled my daughter in September 2016 and I have had a very good experience. My daughter always seems happy and the staff have been excellent - they have been great with my daughter. They provide a log book on a daily routine that day so I know how much she eaten, slept etc. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

We love Rainbow Nursery as does our daughter. She often asks to go to nursery on days off and whilst on holiday- a sign of how happy she is there. The staff are all lovely and always make time to talk to you before or after nursery to discuss any concerns you might have/info you want to pass on. I have also been really happy with how flexible the nursery have been- they are the only nursery in Tunbridge Wells to offer flexibility in the hours children can attend (i.e. 8-6 not 7.30-6.30 making it slightly cheaper) They are also fantastic at sticking to your sleep routine, be it 1, 2 or 3 sleeps (depending on age) and don't force your child into the "nursery routine" like so many of my friends nurseries. We highly recommend Rainbow Nursery.

Mu daughter and son love coming to this nursery. They have plenty of activities indoor and outdoor. Staff very caring and loving. My son loves lots of cuddles which he is definitely not short of when he is there! Most of the staff are always smiley and very welcoming. I can see progress in my children's development every single week. Lovely nursery!

I feel that Rainbows has done a good job with my daughter. Before she started at Rainbows she was an extremely difficult child to get to eat anything. She has been at Rainbows for 7 months now and she has drastically improved with her meals. She is not eating 3 meals a day and I do thank Rainbows for focusing on her eating, it has helped a lot.

An excellent, caring, nurturing environment for our two boys, who flourished at Rainbow. We are all sorry to leave. What a wonderful start to their school careers. It simply could not have been better. I would highly recommend Rainbow to any parent.
