Nursery Days is fully and beautifully refurbished and now has large natural playgrounds.

It is based within the grounds of The Old School in the rural village of Upchurch close to Rainham, Sittingbourne and Gillingham. Nursery Days offers childcare for 3 months to 5 years.

Individuality is celebrated, and through observations and discussions with parents and carers, is something that really ensures children's time at Nursery Days is based on their interests and personal needs.

A highly qualified, experienced and skilled staff team, include qualified teachers who are dedicated to continually enabling children to feel confident and secure at Nursery Days.

Indoors, Nursery days is a well designed homely environment that promotes emotional well-being, togetherness and friendship. Here children can feel comfortable to snuggle down or explore with confidence, and will always be at home.

Outdoors, Nursery Days experimental playground is an extra asset to the nursery. The children also get to experience a natural learning adventure at daily forest school (with a nursery forest school leader) at their private orchard which is local to the nursery.

Nursery Days has a highly qualified and experienced cook to prepare fresh and healthy food daily for the children. The heartwarming home-cooked lunches, snacks, breakfast and tea use locally farmed fruit and vegetables.

They offer a huge range of experiences every day for the children at Nursery Days. These include baby yoga and massage, professionally lead sports class, cooking and gardening club, woodwork classes, musical and movement sessions and much more.

My daughter has attended Nursery Days since she was 8 months old and is now in the pre-school part of the nursery. She has had the best experience there, with not just playing, but real learning and making her first friendships. Nursery Days has provided her with experiences we wouldn't necessarily
be able to do with her, such as exploring their forest school and the orchard where they learn about all sorts of animals, plants and more. They have a great range of equipment, fantastic play areas outside and in, the mud kitchen, using real tools, so not just the standard painting and sticking.
The staff are phenomenal, so supportive of not just the children but the parents too. Helping them learn all sorts of skills in readiness for school.
The food menu always sounds lovely, we have an update on what they have each week.
The nursery is very clean and secure. Our daughter is happy on every pick up and always excited to go the days she attends.

As a family we absolutely love this nursery, all our concerns have been listened to, great communication from the staff. My kids love coming to this nursery which is a massive reassurance to us that we picked the right school for them. So much for the kids to do and we love seeing their journey on Tapestry.

Our son started nursery for the first time at the beginning of January and during lockdown. We cannot thank the nursery enough to help settle our son and also us. We were unsure if it was the right time with everything going on but the nursery put our minds at rest and has been such a lovely experience.
Our son had been looked after by his grandparents for two and a half years so this was a big change. Our son's keyworker is a real credit to the nursery and after a few tears, our son is loving his time at nursery and has a real bond with his keyworker. Thank you!

I am so grateful I found nursery days for my son. After having trouble settling my son elsewhere, Nursery Days welcomed and settled him without a problem. They always keep me updated with all the things that he has been doing and I can see that it is evident that he has had a good time as he is always
happy when I pick him up.


The nursery itself is beautifully kept and clean and tidy. There are lovely toys and activities for the children to do and it’s always safe.


The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Most importantly, they look after my son how I would want him to be looked after.


I recommend wholeheartedly.

My child has been going to Nursery Days since May and she absolutely loves it. The team in her room are amazing, making both her and myself feel completely comfortable in her new surroundings. Going to nursery are genuinely her favourite days of the week and whenever I drop her off or pick her up she
always has a huge smile. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Not just because of how happy she is there, but also because of how far she’s grown and how much she's learnt since being there.

Since my child has been attending from the age of 2 to 4 years old, he has come on leaps and bounds! From his speech and confidence to eating more foods and of course making new friends. I couldn’t have asked for my child to go to a better nursery and the staff are so lovely.

My little girl has attended Nursery Days for the past 2 years. We chose it because when viewing, we got the warm and fuzzy feeling where you just know your child is going to be nurtured and cared for. The staff are second to none, the setting incredible since their beautiful refurb. Our child has blossomed
brilliantly and is more than ready for school despite being an August baby. I would recommend Nursery Days to anyone and regularly do.

I have been absolutely stunned by the outstanding experience we've had with Nursery Days. The setting has been renovated to an extremely high standard. It looks natural and homely. The resources are fun, inviting and educational. The staff are experienced, approachable and loving. My daughter looks
forward to attending and comes home bursting with stories from her day. The environmentally conscious ethos and love of nature are so important to me, I love the encouragement in those areas - Forest School. I always recommend Nursery Days.

The staff at Nursery Days are amazing, they are kind and supportive of your child's needs. The rooms are warm and inviting with so many different things for the children to do. The new renovations have given the nursery a lovely homely feel. The garden is great, there is so much to explore. A wonderful

My children have been attending for a month now and the initial show around was excellent and very informative. My child's keyworker is very welcoming and friendly. She encourages my child and makes her feel comfortable. All the staff I have met have been lovely. I particularly like the forest school
and my child really enjoys this. Good educational learning. My other child's key worker is lovely and friendly and again ensures a smooth, happy, calm process when dropping off in the morning.

My children have settled well at Nursery Days and we are particularly pleased with our keyworkers. They both listen to our needs and encourage my children who can be quite shy. On pick up, both my children are full of beans and happy. The nursery offer a lot that is educational and good life skills.
I am very pleased with the nursery which is lovely and clean and tidy. The staff interact with the children well.

I am very happy with the nursery. My daughter has settled so well and she has a lovely time, is well cared for and happy. The staff are all very friendly and ensure the adult collecting the child is correct and they seem to have very good safeguarding policies. My little girl has many food allergies
and the food provided caters to her needs as well.

We have been extremely happy with the four-year experience of our twin grandchildren at Nursery Days. The staff have always been friendly and supportive. The children are greeted by name in the morning, their individual interests remembered and the caring attitude is strong throughout the nursery. The
facilities, inside and outside are good and the recent refurbishment of the preschool area is excellent. They seem to have created more space and it looks modern and interesting for the children. We have also been impressed with the work done in preparing them for school and the preschool knowledge and enrichment they have acquired.

I cannot fault Nursery Days. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always able to tell me what my children have been doing upon collection and update the Tapestry Online Journal for me. Always happy to talk to me and very accommodating.

Both my children have attended Nursery Days. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. The children take part in lots of activities and their progress is logged on a computer system as well as paper forms which I enjoy seeing. The nursery opens early and closes late which is great for working parents.

My daughter is currently in Sunbeams Room, she absolutley loves coming to nursery and has lots of friends that she plays with there. She will often come home with things she has made throughout her day there such as cakes, pictures and cards on special occasions like Mother's Day.
They have recently
introduced Forest school where the children get to go round to the local school and have outdoor learning this is my daughter's favourite activity at nursery and she will tell me the morning she gets to do this before she even goes to nursery!
As parents, we feel that our children have been able to develop life skills and education with the help of nursery days, which may have not happened at another establishment. We have always been informed of our children's progress at the nursery and kept up to date with any changes to schedules if necessary.
All of the staff, without exception, are professional, helpful and most of all attentive to the children's needs, at all levels.
