Goldilocks Nursery (Ashford)

My little one has been with the nursery since she was a baby. Currently now in the oldest class group, she has been enjoying her experience there. As she is a bit sensitive, it has been taken on board by her caregivers making sure she feels settled when relating with new faces at the nursery.

My daughter has been at Goldilocks since March 2021. She loves nursery which proves to me she is provided with a well-structured and developing environment. The management of the nursery are very accommodating of any feedback I have and respond accordingly.

Since starting with Goldilocks Nursery (Ashford) in April 2022, my little boy has thrived. He is happy to go in each morning and happy to tell me about his day each evening. Staff always make sure to give you time to discuss issues if you need to at drop off and provide a good overview of the day at pickup. I am also very happy to know my little boy gets healthy and good food each day and he gets to engage with other children in a positive way, which has greatly helped his socialisation skills. I also think that the app that Goldilocks uses, is excellent and staff use it regularly and actively throughout each day. There has been a wonderful range of activities over the Christmas season and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend Goldilocks as a safe and fun place for children. My daughter has started at Goldilocks pre-school in January this year and she is thriving there. She is really enjoying it and she settled really quickly. The staff in Goldilocks are fantastic and very caring and nurturing and the resources are very good. I have no complaints and feel very confident leaving my daughter in their care. The focus is on playing and the children learn so much and have fun whilst they are doing it. I couldn't recommend this pre-school highly enough.

Our son has attended Goldilocks since March 2019. We had a series of settling in days in which the team in the baby room made me feel confident that they would provide personalised care for my baby. He thrived in the Baby Bear room, forming strong bonds with the staff. He then moved down to the Mummy Bear room. He has formed a great attachment to the staff and now really enjoys going. The nursery has a lovely outdoor space with outdoor toys for the children to play on. There have been recent improvements in the fencing of the nursery which adds to security and privacy. The food is cooked on-site and offers a good variety including vegetarian options. My son has been supported to meet his developmental milestones, and there have been regular reports on his progress. We were also offered a video parent meeting during the pandemic to discuss his care.

I never thought my son will be able to cope when he started because we just moved to the UK, but when I came to pick him later in the day, he didn't want to follow me home because he loved the place. His attitude showed he was handled very well and he loved everyone there. A big thanks to the teachers, you guys are fantastic. He looks forward to each day of school with great joy. I appreciate you all.

Lovely nursery with fantastic staff. Always lots of fun activities going on for the children. Outside space is used as much as possible with lots of toys to play with. Catered to my child's dietary needs. Would highly recommend.

Our children have been at Goldilock’s since last summer and have never been happier. The team are so positive and fun - our children cheer when we arrive and literally run in every morning. Baby bear and mummy bear's rooms have such lovely staff who always go the extra mile to arrange fun and exciting activities. We’ve seen our children blossom and are so pleased we chose this nursery. We also love getting updates through the app so that we can see what they’ve been doing. Thank you to the whole team.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9 months old (she's now 2) and I couldn't find safer hands to leave her in. She's formed amazing relationships with her key workers (in fact all staff) and we're regularly updated with her progress. I love the size of the nursery, it's small enough that the staff know all the children really well but big enough they they have plenty of room to run around and take part in lots of activities. I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent.
