Meadow View Childcare

Our son has been attending Meadow View since March 2022 and both my partner and I are extremely happy with the welcome our son has received. We have found he has settled immediately and the staff really made an effort to welcome and understand our son, which, really put our minds at ease. Our son was a little behind in speech for his age and has had some issues with behaviour in other settings. We have found since attending Meadow View that our son's speech has come on tenfold and is exactly where he should be, all within a month or two! I have also seen a change in his behaviour and he is happy to engage in the activities provided at Meadow View. I think the engagement with the outdoors and a focus on exploration has really helped our son progress and I have found that the care and understanding provided by the leaders are tailored to his individual needs, which, has really helped him become more confident in his speech and play. I would highly recommend Meadow View!

I never would have imagined seeing the change in my daughter over the last 8 months, and this is down to the amazing staff at Meadow View. My daughter's needs are always catered to and they pay extra attention to her personal progression. My daughter started at 11 months and the transition was seamless. She now, at 18 months, is surprising us every day with new skills and always arrives with a smile and a wave and is excited to go every morning. The food they cook is all fresh and I put my daughter's love for all different down your them. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do and how they have supported our family!

Fantastic setting. My son loves going to Meadow View, the staff are always helpful and tell me how his day has been when I collect him. We get told what he is working on/topics are being covered at nursery so we can incorporate these at home as well. We get frequent pictures of him playing with his friends.

Our daughter has been attending Meadow View for the last six months. She absolutely loves the time she spends there and we have seen amazing progress in her confidence and development. All the staff are really friendly and attentive, and they really mix up the activities for the children. We would highly recommend it!

My son has grown leaps and bounds since being at Meadow View. He’s made strong friendships and loves his teachers. The nursery is a wonderful setting for children to learn and explore with caring, engaged and nurturing staff.

The staff are consistently motivated to provide outstanding and tailored care to our children. We are so happy with the elements of education and play that they intertwine so seamlessly. Very friendly and thoughtful environment, and they always strive to include parents in the child's journey of growth.

I can’t praise Meadow View highly enough. My son started a year ago as we left lockdown and was so nervous around strangers and had bad separation anxiety at first. His key worker went above and beyond to help him settle. I can always speak to the staff if I have concerns regarding my son and they are always happy to help. The setting itself is beautiful and in my opinion, there is nothing that compares. The range of activities the children have access to is amazing.

We are so glad we found Meadow View Childcare. The staff are excellent - our children absolutely adore them all and even ask for them when we are at home! Their vegan diet is extremely well catered for and the hot food always sounds delicious. The activities and weekly topics are really fun and exciting too. And the outdoor space is fab. We always are kept well informed by staff and we feel they go above and beyond every day.

Meadowview for my son is a home away from home and I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.

Our 3 year old daughter has been attending Meadow View Childcare for 1 year now (starting just as she turned 2), and she is super happy there. The outdoor setting is amazing and a real unique feature that I’m sure both parents and students both love and appreciate. There are always creative uses of all and any materials (e.g colour dyed spaghetti) to keep the kids entertained day to day. Also a good use of space to structure activities like painting, obstacle courses, role play etc. There has also been recent investment to create more indoor space, which will help when the weather is challenging and will offer the children a more varied experience. The staff are all great, helpful and friendly. Always have time for a chat to discuss my daughter's day or if there is any news/concerns on anything they are super approachable and understanding. All in all it’s a great family run nursery!

My son has been attending Meadow View for just over a year and looks forward to going every day. He would go more if he could! All of the staff are great and they have taught him some valuable skills which will follow him into primary school.

Very friendly and accommodating nursery. Our child has come along in leaps and bounds since joining this nursery. We love the fact that the children are outside most of the time playing and exploring.

My daughter has been at Meadow View Childcare for seven months and she has literally flourished. The staff and facilities encourage her unique character and she is learning so much. She isn't overly keen on being cold but the staff encourage her to take part in outside activities but do not push her, which gives her independence and choice and usually leads her to want to be outside anyway so definitely a win win. Extremely happy with the nursery team.

I have twin boys who have been attending the nursery, they are now three years old and have been attending since they were six months old. We and the boys really like the staff and the surroundings. The care of the children from the team is outstanding.

As a key worker I have felt at ease throughout the Covid-19 outbreak and sending my child to nursery throughout the pandemic, with Meadow View being the only nursery I am aware of that hasn't had an outbreak. I would one hundred percent recommend this nursery for any child at nursery age.

Meadow View Childcare is the most wonderful nursery for a child to develop and grow. My son loves his days there, everyone working there is lovely, welcoming and always happy. They do so many fun and educational activities with the children. Sending my son to this nursery was the best decision we made for his childcare. I just wish we had discovered them sooner! I would highly recommend Meadow View Childcare.

Both of our children (under three) attend Meadow View. We have been so impressed with how the children have settled into the nursery, the wonderful staff, and the fun and creative activities that the children do. The nursery's response to the Global Pandemic has been exceptional to ensure everyone is kept safe. I would highly recommend the nursery.

A wonderful, peaceful setting with a beautiful garden area, full of cabins and activities for the children to enjoy, lots of things to explore, animals to pet and friendly welcoming staff who go above and beyond for all the children in their care. The home-cooked meals and healthy snacks have been thoroughly enjoyed. My daughter has attended for two years and it has been a lovely experience for her, full of fun learning. We are sad to be leaving at the end of the summer term to go to ‘big school’. I would highly recommend Meadow View for anyone looking for childcare.

Very good nursery. Good facilities. Montessori method - they take a genuine interest in the early development of the child and map this out and provide a firm foundation for school. Highly recommended.
