Meadow View Childcare

My son has attended for the last three years since he was 1. Meadow View Childcare has been an incredible place for him to grow and has always strived to deliver exceptional quality childcare and education. From day one, he has loved going in day after day, building bonds with staff and his peers. The staff and management have always been very helpful and accommodating of his needs and requirements, such as allergies, as well as us as a family. The activities and environment have been varied and relevant, helping us to give him a great start to life. The daily updates via digital platforms are consistent and reassuring. We will be very sad to say goodbye when he moves on to primary school.

We are looking forward to the warmer months and her growing up a bit, so she can spend some time exploring their outdoor spaces!

We have had two children attend Meadow View and they have both thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The nursery is constantly evolving and the environment for play and learning is fantastic. The staff are kind, caring and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Could not ask for more for my child.

He loves all the activities and the variety of food on offer. So pleased we went with them.

Since attending nursery we noticed a marked improvement in his coordination, walking and speech.

Would 100% recommend it to anyone and couldn't imagine sending our daughter anywhere else! We have always felt so supported by the nursery and they made the transition of going back to work and our daughter starting nursery much easier and less stressful than it otherwise might have been. I know when my daughter is there she is happy, having fun and well looked after. The staff are so friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the individual children and helping them learn and grow. All of the staff help each other and know the children so it feels like one big family. The outdoor nature of the nursery is great for our little one and something we really value as a family. There are always so many activities and opportunities to learn and we really enjoy seeing our daughter return from nursery always having learnt something new. The nursery has been really flexible and accommodating with us and our sometimes changing work schedules. Thank you Meadow View!

Our child seems very happy at this nursery. They seem to have the freedom to learn by doing, it’s very child led which I think is best at this age. It feels like a calm environment and being outside mostly in the fresh air I think is good for them.

We have 2 children that attend Meadow View Childcare and we couldn’t be happier. As soon as we walked into the setting, we knew that this is where we wanted our children to go; the caring and friendly staff, beautiful outside setting, an option for the children to participate in weekly physical and sensory classes from external providers as well as regular events for parents. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are happy and cared for and our children, especially our 1-year-old has come on leaps and bounds since attending.

Lovely nursery with great, caring staff and so much to do. The emphasis is on being outside when the weather allows, and my daughter loves it. There are mud kitchens, sandpits, animals, plants - all sorts. They get messy and play, but learn so much whilst doing it. She recently made bread, planted a sunflower and fed the animals. They sing, read and follow the early year’s curriculum but have fun doing it. We are very happy with Meadow View.

We moved from London and our two boys (1 and 2) into Meadow View and have only good things to say. The management is clearly working well as the staff are all excellent and diverse in background - it’s nice to see they prioritise (and manage to hire) men to balance the influences the children receive which I believe is important. Clearly, the staff prize working here as many have been there for many years. Everything about the nursery has been designed with children in mind. Activities are age appropriate with a strong emphasis on being outside. Our 2-year-old spends all day being creative outside, playing with water and getting his hands dirty which is really all he wants. The staff work hard to build confidence in the children and the attention to detail is impressive. The whole energy of the nursery is spot on and the kids love it. Our one-year-old has lots of love and feels very at home, again with age-appropriate activities. Only have positive things to say about this place.

Amazing nursery, I couldn’t be happier or more confident leaving my child in such a loving, caring and nurturing environment. The nursery staff are incredible and always go the extra mile. The resources stretch the children’s imagination and the outside space is lovely too.

Both of our children currently attend Meadow View Childcare and are absolutely thriving there. The standard of care and levels of enjoyment provided throughout the organisation are fantastic; we could not have hoped for a better setup for our children. After a bit of a stop-start process, particularly with our eldest as a result of covid etc., it is so refreshing to have them both settled somewhere that encourages their development in so many ways, and whose staff we trust implicitly with their safety and wellbeing. Giving our children a bright start to life with lots of fun, enjoyment and respect for others was key for us, and we believe we have definitely found that at Meadow View. We attended the Valentine's picnic in my son's group yesterday and it was such a special event. The staff had gone all out to celebrate valentines day with the children and include the parents in the celebrations. It was so special to share that moment with them and to get to spend some quality time with him in his nursery setting. My son loves the team and loves going to nursery. We are so happy with the level of care and love they show our children.

A fantastic setting that nurtures children and gives them a solid foundation to start their journey into education. The outside space at the nursery is large and particularly good, offering children a range of different activities that they may not benefit from at a standard in-building setting with limited space.

An excellent valentines picnic was put on by the nursery for all the children and their families. Always lots of thought and detail and care that goes into these events. Was lovely to meet my son's friends and other mums and dads. Thank you

The winter wonderland was magical and such a special event for the nursery to host. The event was very well organised and all of the team seemed so happy and festive. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

The extension to the squirrel room provides better lighting and more space for the toddlers, our son loves the soft play area and all the activities they do together.

This is one of the loveliest nurseries I have ever seen. I love their concept of being outdoors 80% of the time during the year. The children learn a lot being outdoors. My daughter loves it! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
