Meadow View Childcare

As someone who has worked as a room leader in a nursery myself, I know these are very basic standards of care. We raised our concerns politely but felt they were dismissed, and our request for a refund was refused. Sadly, we lost trust very quickly and felt it was important to share our honest experience.

My daughter who is 20 months absolutely loves Meadow View and is thriving there. The staff are wonderful and the kids have such a fun time there each day with so much time outdoor time which makes it stand out from other settings. The team really feel like part of the family. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My partner and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meadow View Nursery. Our little girl started in the baby room at 11 months and the team there have been amazing at nurturing her and adapting to her needs on an individual basis. As she has transitioned into different rooms we have had such positive experiences with every member of staff who truly care about the work they do. The team are incredibly patient and is keen to work with us as parents to ensure that she thrives in their environment. Most recently they have helped us navigate some tricky adjustment issues following the arrival of a new sibling. I am keen to shout far and wide about the brilliance of this nursery and the team within it! Highly recommend!

Our son has attended Meadow View since he was 7 months old, now 3 years old and he has learnt so much, building great bonds with staff and peers. He loves the outdoor nature of the nursery and the focus on environment/nature, they also provide great extracurricular activities during the day from football coaching to ballet which enriches their experience and development. Since he started, the nursery facilities are constantly being developed and improved upon. Change and transitions have always been tricky for our son and the staff are always supportive when we are going through a tricky phase and give lots of ideas to implement at home also, there's a real sense of working on his development/transitions collaboratively with the nursery. Thank you!

All the teachers are very caring and affectionate towards the kids. Our daughter loves her teachers and likes going the daycare. We are able to follow her activities daily via the regular updates uploaded on the app which is wonderful for us as parents.

My son started Meadow View in April 2023, he was at another preschool who weren't meeting his needs so I decided to look for another nursery, by luck I came across Meadow View, upon entering the car park I could hear the staff and children singing and so much laughter, I was blown away by the nurturing environment given by the staff and the strong bonds the children had in them, I especially loved that they treated the children as if they was one of their own the love, care and kindness. It is amazing here and the staff are so passionate and energetic. Week 1 my son was much happier and was so excited to go to his new nursery, he told me by day 3 'Mummy I love my new nursery and my new nursery loves me' best decision I made putting my son here, can't wait to see him flourish, learn and grow. I also like that it gives you a sense of family and belonging and that every child matters.

Meadow View is a fantastic space for the kids and the staff are all so lovely and friendly - it really feels like a big family. My daughter is always happy to go. I feel that the nursery are always looking for ways to inspire the kids and feed their imagination, play and development.

Great nursery, a really friendly staff and fantastic facilities. The outdoor nature of the setting really helps the development of my daughter in terms of language and movement. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter is so happy there and grateful that the staff assist in her development. They always report to us any issues and cater for her allergies whilst ensuring her diet is diverse. They engage in a variety of learning activities daily and I see the importance and her development when she’s at home.

His progress with confidence and speaking over the past year here has been amazing!

Fantastic place, children get to experience so much. Mainly based in an outdoor setting where they have lots of fantastic fun whilst learning all the time. Our son started there at 8 months old and he is 2 now and loves it so much.

All staff are very helpful and we receive regular updates. Feels like children are not just numbers.

It is a brilliant outdoor learning environment with such a lovely variety of activities every day! Teaching valuable life skills to children and focusing on each child’s interests which is lovely to see. Staff are brilliant too!

My daughter has attended Meadow View Childcare since she was 1 years old, this year she will be graduating from there ready for reception! She has loved every minute of nursery and pre-school and couldn’t recommend Meadow View enough. The staff are excellent, my daughter has developed extremely close bonds with them. The outside play is amazing, so much for them to do and explore. Lunch and dinner provided for the children are amazing too! Definitely recommend the nursery to anyone!

My two children absolutely love Meadow View! They are so happy when they come home. They have both had new experiences including campfires and making a maze for the tortoise. My two year old has made huge improvements in both her speech and physical development. My four year old has made strong friendships and I can really see the improvement in her social skills. They love their teachers as much as their friends and look forward to seeing everyone each day.

He seems so comfortable with all of the team, who are lovely and care about him, and they share thoughts if we ask how he was, etc.

Great little nursery where the staff are amazing and my child looks forward to going every single day. They provide exceptional value and care with great nutritional options. Would thoroughly recommend.

My son started here at 10 months and has settled in so quickly. All the room staff are lovely, they are caring with all children and they do a lot of fun activities. He is smiling when he goes in and has a great time.
