Montessori by Busy Bees St Albans Hatfield Road

All of the staff are excellent in their roles. All there to help the parents and my daughter enjoys coming to nursery everyday. It's safe and outstanding educational environment for our children.

My little one started in the nursery back in September 2021 and he has loved it, especially because he made new friends and had the opportunity to interact with teachers and kids, something that he missed during the pandemic.

We love the nursery and the teachers, they were always so nice and welcoming. We thank them for all the support they have provided because we can see a lot of progress in our little one.

My daughter started this nursery nearly a year ago. The staff and her key worker(s) have been absolutely amazing. They have great communication skills and do their best to provide me with all the information I need. The wider team are also brilliant, we are now allowed into the nursery, and everyone I see when picking up is smiling and helpful. The admin team have been great too, really flexible, which has made the transition into nursery so easy. Absolutely great team, my daughter loves going to nursery, which makes us very happy. Thank you!

The staff in the nursery are very caring. Our boy had some fungi on his face and everyone in his room asked about it and gave suggestions. We were impressed.

The staff are also very friendly, always smiling and gentle.

Another thing worth noting is the management. You will meet them quite often as they work personally on child matters, this is usually a good sign if the management are hands-on.

Great early years provider. We had a bit of confusion over 30 hours free childcare, but all resolved now. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I'll be very sad to say goodbye when my kids move on.

My son started with this nursery when he was 9 months old. The staff in Bambini 1 and 2, the nursery manager and all other members of the team have been amazing, welcoming, caring and approachable. We have had such an amazing experience with them. The setting has recently been refurbished which is amazing and always super clean. The staff working in the office will always try their best to accommodate children's and parents' needs, quick to respond to your queries. Overall very positive experience.

A wonderful nursery with friendly staff and my ward has developed so well since attending. She is very happy to go each morning and walks in with a smile. The nursery has helped me amazingly. I am so grateful.

The place is always super clean, the team is so so caring, supportive and friendly. Very happy with our choice to take our son to this nursery.

Our daughter started a month ago in the 2-3 room and is so very happy to attend, almost running in from day two. This nursery has honestly exceeded our expectations on so many levels. She had previously attended another local nursery for a short time, but was not engaging and was upset every morning. The Busy Bees nurturing ethos and teaching through fun was noticed by us on the first day. Our daughter was counting on her fingers (not just in her head), and she was singing new nursery rhymes. The staff are experienced (many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks for itself), contentious and enjoy doing their job. You can feel the positive, welcoming environment for your child as soon as the door opens. Outside in the garden, there is a great variety of play equipment. I called to check in initially and was put promptly through to her room and given an impressively detailed update. The manager is amazing, and you just know your child is in the best hands.

My daughter currently attends this nursery, and she loves it there. We kept her home at the start of this year (due to COVID), but she was absolutely desperate to go back as she enjoys it so much. My eldest daughter also went here from 1 until she went to school, and my son will be starting there in June. The staff are wonderful; they are great with the children and all genuinely care about the children.

Both my children have been very happy at the nursery. I’ve never had any worries about the happiness or safety of my children. I love the range of meals that are provided, the pictures posted on the app and the smile on my child’s face at collection. My eldest and I have made life long friends from the nursery and all of us speak very fondly of our experiences there. All the staff show love and kindness to all the children and appear to know each child well.

My son has been made to feel extremely welcome, and his transition to the nursery has been seamless. His key worker is amazing, she has made the process a very happy one, and we as parents, have felt completely at ease with the process. We had to delay the start of the nursery for unforeseen circumstances, and this was no problem whatsoever. The manager and her team removed any stress and were immensely supportive. This is our second child through this nursery, and we could not recommend it more highly!

The nursery is fantastic. The staff are amazing. My oldest child was at the same nursery prior to school. Excellent from an educational and nurturing experience. I can't recommend the nursery and the staff highly enough.

St Albans Nursery & Montessori Pre-School is a really great nursery. My son has been attending from when he was just under one-years-old, he is now four, and he loves it! The staff are enthusiastic, conscientious and put in so much effort to make nursery an enjoyable experience. Communication is good, and they prioritise health and safety and are always conscious of my son’s dairy allergy, and the recent adaptations to Covid-19 have been thorough. We no longer live in St Albans, so I am sad that my second born will not be attending this nursery. If we had not moved, I would definitely send him to this nursery too. My Grandaughter loves attending her nursery. All the staff have been so kind, caring and supportive to not only our Granddaughter but also to our family. They provide a range of different activities weekly, which they keep you up to date with daily on the app.

My niece has been attending nursery here for over a year and everyday she comes home with a smile on her face. The staff are caring, attentive and have helped my niece come out of her shell. Highly recommend.

My niece has attended this nursery for over a year and she absolutely loves it. Whenever we ask her about her day, she gets so excited to tell us everything. Every morning she gets up early and is eager to get ready and go to nursery, she patiently waits by the door with her Simba teddy, ready to leave. The staff have been amazing and have helped to boost her confidence and ability to express herself. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and great facilities, including lovely outside space. The staff have been amazing this past year, and especially during such difficult and ever-changing circumstances. My children are very happy at this nursery.

We cannot recommend St Albans Nursery & Montessori Pre-School enough. Our daughter has been attending there for a year now and loves every moment of it. The staff are very friendly, caring and nurturing towards the children.
