I cannot thank the centre director and the preschool team enough for all the support they give to my daughter and us, as a family.
My daughter is thriving in preschool and always talks about how much she loves going to school, and she loves her teachers.

My granddaughter absolutely loves this place. She has thrived within pre-school. She has some lovely friends and the team there are amazing with her ways. Always helpful and friendly with a genuine care for all the children. Love that they do French lessons and encourage the children to develop their
own personalities. She has favourites but she loves all the teachers in her room.

Since my daughter’s first day here it has been incredible! We have been very happy with the nursery overall and the staff are wonderful! My daughter loves her days there and she also loves the food. We are grateful that we have a place here and are confident knowing she is progressing very well.

What an amazing nursery! I have never felt more safe and comfortable dropping my daughter off at Montessori by Busy Bees Hatfield Road in all the memorable days she has spent there thus far. The staff are extremely efficient, helpful and so very caring with the kids. They made us feel welcome from day
1 and are very approachable and easy to talk to. As a result, my daughter was able to settle in easily and has learnt a lot namely how to interact with her fellow classmates and peers, good communication skills, discipline and was able to meet many key factors in her learning development. An excellent nursery which provides a safe and loving environment for kids to develop and grow.
I would greatly recommend Busy Bees Hatfield Road to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. We feel very fortunate to have been a part of such a wonderful and memorable nursery. A big thank you to all the team, we will never forget you all!

This must be the happiest nursery in Hertfordshire!
My child loves going here every morning! The staff is amazing and always so welcoming. The rooms, atmosphere and activities are exceptional. It feels safe and cosy; like home; as my son says.

This nursery is amazing!
The day is filled with great activities and the rooms are arranged every morning with tables full with great motor skills activities. We receive pictures in the parent app which is great. They have great outside space and activities and the staff are always smiling and welcoming.
My son is enjoying every day and settled in quickly and I feel very comfortable leaving him there every morning.

My son has settled very quickly and is clearly very happy at nursery, and I put this down to the staff in his room and the environment they create for him. The staff are warm and friendly and plan all sorts of exciting activities for the children. The menu is healthy and well-balanced. The outdoor space
is lovely and a good size. The only downsides are the price, as it is a fair amount more expensive than other local outstanding nurseries, and they don't have trips off-site, probably due to the location. However, my son is happy, and that's what really matters!

Since my son started in this nursery, the team have just gone over and beyond to settle him and make us feel at ease. As a first-time mum, I didn't know what to expect from a nursery but the team have always reassured me and are brilliant with my little one. He's now at a point where he asks to go to
nursery (even on weekends) and clearly loves his days! He is independent, speaks so well and is so switched on. I put a lot of that down to the team who spend so much time with him. I love the daily updates and personal touches which make me feel content every day when I drop him in. Excellent nursery! Our daughter loves all the activities! Very caring and loving staff - they go the extra mile to ensure our little one is happy! They have good outdoor space and plenty of arts/crafts/music/dancing that our little one enjoys! The menu is really healthy and well-balanced.

My little one started in the nursery back in September 2021 and he has loved it, especially because he made new friends and had the opportunity to interact with teachers and kids, something that he missed during the pandemic.


We love the nursery and the teachers, they were always so nice and welcoming.

We thank them for all the support they have provided because we can see a lot of progress in our little one.

My daughter is in Totos, the age 2-3 room. She started at 2 and is relatively shy. Her speech has developed loads since being at nursery, and although still shy, she is getting better in new situations. Her key workers and the team are lovely and are always complimentary of her and what she is doing.
She enjoys going in every week and always leaves happy.
I can’t fault the team.

My daughter started this nursery nearly a year ago. The staff and her key worker(s) have been absolutely amazing. They have great communication skills and do their best to provide me with all the information I need. The wider team are also brilliant, we are now allowed into the nursery, and everyone
I see when picking up is smiling and helpful. The admin team have been great too, really flexible, which has made the transition into nursery so easy. Absolutely great team, my daughter loves going to nursery, which makes us very happy. Thank you!

The staff in the nursery are very caring. Our boy had some fungi on his face and everyone in his room asked about it and gave suggestions. We were impressed.


The staff are also very friendly, always smiling and gentle.


Another thing worth noting is the management. You will meet them quite often

as they work personally on child matters, this is usually a good sign if the management are hands-on.

The best nursery with wonderful caring staff. I’ve noticed a great improvement in my child’s developmental skills and I was really impressed by the great effort that was done to help my child learn and develop. Additionally, I get notified by everything related to my child’s activities during the day
and I always know that my child is in safe hands.

I have worked in childcare for over 30 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies and level 5 in Leadership and Management.
I take pride in working for Busy Bees and have truly enjoyed my time since 2013.


I am also the safeguarding designated officer. I am very passionate about working with children and families.


I lead a well qualified and dedicated team of staff who, like myself, have a real passion for working with children and supporting them through the learning journey and development.
As a manager, I take great pride in leading my team to ensure that every single child within our care is given the best possible care during their early years.


I look forward to welcoming you to our warm, friendly and caring nursery.
