Good Manors Day Nursery Stubbington Lodge

Myself and my son love the nursery. He does so much whilst there and is always happy and well looked after. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. Great management who are also enthusiastic and happy to help. The range of activities is fantastic and we love the online diary which also shows his progress and lots of pictures. Great for his Dad who is unable to pick him up due to work. Love the onsite chef who cooks great food which my son always enjoys. I would highly recommend Stubbington Lodge to any parents looking for childcare.

With a 2nd child now who will eventually start nursery it is with no hesitation that we would send them to Good Manors.

The staff are lovely and helpful.

My child is happy to go everyday and I am happy to send him as I know he is looked after at an extremely high standard.

I can highly recommend Stubbington Lodge nursery to any parent. My daughter is attending this nursery since she was 11 months old and now, when she soon starts school, I know she will be missing this place. Staff are very supportive and help partners who both work full time to ensure that the child is being looked after very well.

The care shown to our son by the staff has always been exceptional, they really seem to know each child well.

The children participate in a variety of activities each day as well as spending time in the garden and trips out. Feedback about each child is given to parents at the end of the day.

Our son's speech and language development and social skills, in particular, have improved massively since being here and we’re happy that he’ll be ready for school when the time comes.

The food is cooked on site and is always varied and nutritious. I would thoroughly recommend the nursery to others.

My youngest is currently struggling with his speech but is getting a lot of help and support from the staff as they have put in plans for him and I feel he will get the time and attention he needs to help it improve.

The staff are also very helpful with any questions I have and get back to me with any queries I have promptly.

My stepdaughter and son are attending and since they have been going they have come on leaps and bounds and the staff are always so friendly and positive I don't have the slightest doubt that they are well looked after and are being cared for and their independence encouraged I can't thank the staff enough they are amazing and are doing an amazing job.

My grandchildren love attending this nursery and are always excited about going. I always find the staff very friendly and love the way they handover what the grandchildren have done and achieved throughout the day .

We chose Good Manors after seeing a range of other nurseries in the area and feeling it was on a much higher standard.

The staff are very approachable and friendly. Facilities are great with trips to the close by park being a regular thing.

Strong focus on the development of the children seems high on the list of priorities which we did not see from other nurseries.

We have recommended to other side who are soon to be looking.

My daughter attends Good Manors at Stubbington Lodge and cannot wait to go to nursery each day. I have no complaints at all about this nursery (and we have experience of other nurseries). The staff and management are lovely and she feels comfortable with all of them. The food is varied and freshly cooked in the kitchen within the nursery. I would (and have) recommend this nursery.

Our son started at this Nursey in October 2015. We had moved from a different Nursey so I was a bit apprehensive about moving him from his friends and familiar surroundings. He settled in so quickly thanks to the lovely staff and loves every minute, he can't wait to go to nursery! As well as all of the activities done in the Nursey they are taken to the park, shops, library etc. The food is all provided and is a great, varied, 4-week menu. The level of teaching is excellent, he is always coming out with new things that we had no idea he knew about and we get to keep up with it through the 'Tapestry' online learning journey. We would highly recommend Good Manors at Stubbington Lodge.

As a mother of 8 and my youngest being the last at Nursery I couldn't be happier with the choice we made, all the staff are extremely professional and I couldn't be happier, every day my daughter looks forward to nursery, she's always doing something fun and is becoming a very confident, happy and as the name of the nursery suggests very good mannered little girl. The food is what makes the nursery, even more, value for money and is what you would expect to receive from a posh restaurant. I 100% recommend this nursery and even though I have family members who work in different nurseries and have asked my daughter to join theirs I would not consider moving, I even have parents who would look after for free but the care would not be the same with all the activities food and mixing with others. Such a lovely and well-kept nursery. Welcoming staff who are always on hand to help with any need. So lively and upbeat. All staff are caring and very presentable. Always a welcoming and friendly face :). My son enjoys every day and loves the colourful and interactive surroundings.

My daughter has been at Good Manors for five months in the baby room. The staff have been excellent at helping her adjust and settle into her new routine. She absolutely loves going there and she has formed beautiful bonds with the staff. I really feel she gets the love and attention she needs as well as her educational needs being met. As a parent, it is a big deal trusting people with your child. I was lucky to find somewhere that I instantly felt comfortable with and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel well looked after. The food choices are always varied and the nursery is always clean and welcoming with various displays. The communication and knowledge of the staff are excellent and I always get the impression that they are as happy as I am when she meets new goals and says new words. One of the main benefits is the school hours which was a winner for me with her having an older sibling. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our boy started with Good Manors in October 2016 when he was 10 months old and has enjoyed every single day. All staff have shown incredible care and developed a wonderful relationship with our child. When we pick him up at the end of the day, they always have time to chat and update us on what activities he has enjoyed doing and any developments he has made.

We feel incredibly lucky to have our child in a such a caring, encouraging and nurturing environment. Knowing how happy he is has made the transition back to work after maternity leave so much easier. I would (and have) highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My Son has attended Good Manors, Stubbington Lodge since September /October 2016 and he has learnt a wide array of new skills especially his knowledge of his day to day surroundings which may be the day of the week or month and also his memory of different songs has been amazing. In December a Christmas show was also put on and to see my Son up there with the other kids singing back to me was one of the proudest memories I have of him.

The environment is suitable to meet the childrens needs, space is limited however they have designed it to maximise it's capacity and children can explore their environment freely with the help of staff. Staff are always alert, appear caring and share good working relationships to children. Educationally the plans are age appropriate and I have seen my child making significant improvement. The meals are well balanced and my child enjoys them.
