Welcome to Hopscotch Titchfield, who would like to introduce their nursery and childcare team. With over 18 years' experience as childcare professionals the nursery management are committed to supporting the team ensuring they provide the highest standard of childcare for your children.

The nursery is located in a converted listed building in a delightful rural setting with a number of outside play spaces for the children to enjoy learning and playing with friends.

As a nursery team, professionals pride themselves on providing individual learning opportunities in a safe, fun stimulating environment where all children can develop and grow to their full potential. Both my children have thrived at Hopscotch Day Nursery Titchfield! Staff are attentive and always have a smile on their faces. They are passionate and the children are so happy there. Allergies are catered for with care.

My eldest daughter attended Hopscotch and loved it, she is now at school with a lot of the good friends she made here. My youngest daughter now also loves it at Hopscotch, the staff are caring, and friendly and really make it fun for her. The food is fantastic, a good variety and her allergies are well-managed
here. I like the pictures and updates I get on how she's doing throughout the day when she is there, and we also have the opportunity to meet the staff at open days and parents' evenings. The staff work hard to provide varied activities and we enjoy bringing home lots of artwork!

The team at the Titchfield branch are a force to be reckoned with. My son is a SEND student and they have been nothing short of amazing with him. The love, care, dedication and commitment to helping him and us as parents goes far beyond what we have encountered anywhere else. My child is in good hands!

My son attended babies, where I felt he was safe, well cared for and developing well. He is now in pre-school, the communication is poor, I am concerned regarding the quality of learning and care. Staff turnover is frequent. They have recently raised their prices to be in line with their competitors.
However, their competitors have better facilities and therefore I struggle to understand their reasoning. I feel the manager is enthusiastic and knowledgeable but this no longer cascades to the staff.

The team have been amazing with my little girl in getting her settled and helping her achieve each milestone. The girls are all fantastic. I couldn’t fault anything. My daughter absolutely loves going which makes it so much easier leaving her.

My daughter started going here when she was one year old. She has loved every minute of it and she is now four years old. Great staff and a wonderful atmosphere for a child to grow and develop. She has made so many friends here, learnt so much and has lots of fun. Amazing food, I look at the menu and
it blows me away with the variety and thought that my daughter gets to eat when she is there. She has learnt her letters, shapes, alphabet, writing her name the list goes on. Great in supporting your child through their emotions and a very loving and fun place for those first important early years.
Amazing nursery.

I love Hopscotch Day Nursery Titchfield and everything they do for my son (and my daughter before she went to school). My son started when he was 9 months old and has another year and a half in pre school. He loves going in, loves the ‘grown ups’ in the setting, loves his friends, and loves the activities.
He runs straight in when we get out of the car, collects his name, votes for the activity and goes into the room. He’s happy, has lots of friends, and loves the variety of activities on offer from parents reading books, giant snails visiting, sports, creating and making things, and eating together. The staff are ace; helpful, kind, and caring. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We can only say great things about Hopscotch Day Nursery Titchfield, our experience has been brilliant. The staff are supportive, friendly and caring. Our daughter is always happy after a day at Nursery. We would recommend the Nursery to anyone. The development we have seen in our daughter has been
huge. When she leaves we will be really sad but know she will have had the best couple of years there.

My almost 15 month old daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 8 months old. She adores going here, and is always excited to get out the car when we pull into the car park. She goes in to the nursery happy and comes out happy too.
The staff are brilliant and they do lots of activities
with the babies. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have always cared for my daughter in a way that compliments what I do at home.
The baby room is open plan and there are lots of areas for the babies to explore. There are lovely outdoor spaces too.
I highly recommend this nursery.

Both my son and daughter attend this nursery and they have both thrived since attending. My son has developed so much and comes home every day telling me what he has learnt. My daughter has had some allergies, and they have been nothing but helpful in helping us manage this, as well as helping her settle
which was harder than our son due to being born in lockdown.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Hopscotch Titchfield has been amazing for my two children. They support them brilliantly, really thinking about their individual needs. The staff get to know the children well and are always aware of how to help. They teach them important skills, play with them, plan fun activities for them and keep

Having had our eldest go all the way through the Hopscotch Titchfield pathway and now with our youngest halfway through and another on the way, one thing which I think highlights how great they are is the consistency of quality, where every single day has been a highlight for our little guys.
Consistency
throughout the organisation is brilliant, from great information and regular updates during the pandemic from the leadership team to prompt responses from the finance team (it does really help!) To the great teams within each of the rooms who genuinely care and enjoy the time of our little ones.
With our 3rd on the way, we can't wait to see the fun they have through their Hopscotch Titchfield Journey.

All the team have looked after my daughter brilliantly for the last two years. Every transition from room to room has been managed thoughtfully always putting my daughters needs first. The team provide an excellent level of care and we feel our daughter is developing so well thanks to their attentiveness

We have been impressed with the number of purposeful observations captured in our son’s first term. This gives us a snapshot of what he gets up to each day. It has been rewarding to see how settled, happy and excited he is to attend the nursery. We cannot fault the staff for settling him in so quickly!

We visited many nurseries before applying for a place and chose Hopscotch Day Nursery Titchfield because it had such a special feel to it. Very caring staff and good variety of activities with well-supported learning.
Both of our girls loved their time at Hopscotch and I feel that the nursery supported
them beautifully in their early development.
Their key workers and the management were especially invested.

My son really enjoys coming to nursery and especially enjoys going outside in the garden! He often comes home and tells me all of the fun things he’s been doing during the day! The staff are very caring and I would recommend the nursery to any parent looking to put their child in the nursery.

My child enjoys nursery and has made some good relationships with the adults that work there. He can be a little upset in the mornings due to separation anxiety, but the staff are very caring and nurturing to encourage him into the setting. It is lovely to see what he gets up to at nursery via the app,
and very handy to see what he has eaten during the day and how long he has napped. It is clear to see he is learning lots at nursery, and it has been lovely to see him grow in confidence socially.

Anna Dempsey

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2011

Hi, I’m Anna, the Nursery Manager at Hopscotch Titchfield.
I’ve been part of the Hopscotch family since 2011, starting as a newly qualified Level 3 practitioner in the Under 2’s room. Over the years, I’ve worked with all age groups and developed my skills through hands-on experience, professional training, and the guidance of many knowledgeable colleagues.
In 2019, I proudly stepped into the role of Manager at the very setting where my Hopscotch journey began. I bring 18 years of experience in childcare, and I’m currently completing my Level 5 qualification. In addition to my professional experience, becoming a mother in 2016 has given me an even deeper understanding and appreciation of child development and the importance of strong parent partnerships.
I truly believe working in early years is one of the most rewarding careers. I’m passionate about supporting children's development and love being able to apply both my personal and professional experiences to lead a nurturing, high-quality setting here at Hopscotch.

Hi, I'm Cat and I am the Deputy Manager at our Titchfield setting. I have been a part of the Hopscotch family since 2015 and as a mother, I understand the importance of early years care and education.
