  • They are conveniently located opposite Anstey Park where there is ample parking making drop offs convenient. There is also a small lay by directly on Anstey Road outside the nursery. A purpose built crossing is being installed by Hampshire County Council in Spring 2026 to assist the crossing of the road when walking down from Anstey Car park.

Our daughter has been at Enchanted since she was nine months old, she is now approaching 14 months. We absolutely love the nursery and are so pleased we made the choice to enrol her here. The induction was brilliant and she settled in without any problems. We're always kept fully informed about her day, no detail is too small and we both feel welcome to stay and chat if we need to. We've been really impressed by how much time and care is spent on our daughter's development - she's always given lots of opportunities to try new things and she has just flourished in her time there. The updates we receive on the nursery app are really comprehensive, along with her reports and photos - it is wonderful to see her exploring and making friends.

Most importantly, she is so happy at nursery. She absolutely loves it and skips in every morning and is dragged out every afternoon - so we couldn't wish for more.

We could not have picked a better nursery!
Enchanted offers a safe environment where our little boy is thriving. The staff are exceptional and they know our little boy as well as we do! He is full of energy and they’ve managed to channel this in an extremely positive way - always challenging him and teaching him new things.
During the summer months, they take the children out regularly to explore - playing on the fields/ feeding the ducks.
Nursery fees are expensive locally but I honestly feel I am investing in his future at Enchanted. He is always entertained - they’ve just had stick insects join their class! The extra activities on offer are an added bonus.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the nursery, the setting, the staff, the care, the way the children’s friendships are quietly nurtured plus the time and effort put into planning activities and events. When your 2-year old says he loves nursery, you know you’ve found an outstanding one. If you are looking for a local nursery in Alton this is the one!

Overall Experience
Enchanted Nursery has enabled my daughter to grow and develop friendships in a safe and happy environment. The learning development has encouraged my daughter to enjoy her environment, use her imagination and to be innovative.
The staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and place the children at the centre of everything they do. The learning development of the children is constant and embodies great fun with knowledge.
The care and activities are extensive and wide-ranged catering for all needs and styles.

Overall an excellent nursery cementing a brilliant foundation for children.

My son has been in every class over the years up to school age, he has loved going and happy to be there. He sometimes told me off for picking him too early. I would highly recommend Enchanted to everyone. Very nice friendly staff and happy to help you with any concerns.

Overall Experience

My daughter attends Enchanted Nursery three days a week and absolutely loves her time there. Her days are always action packed and well structured. She enjoys her French session once a week and her music session as well. The staff are always very welcoming and the nursery has a lovely home feel to it. I would highly recommend Enchanted to any parent. All the staff are hard working and want the best for the children. I like the outside space on offer and that they always take the children outside come rain or shine.
