Woodberry Day Nursery (Fawley) is a provider of early years childcare and education in Southampton in Hampshire.

The Fawley setting is purpose-built and located on a large and beautiful site on the edge of the New Forest.

There are extensive play opportunities for discovery learning and a dedicated team of highly qualified practitioners.

The setting was originally opened by a qualified teacher to provide day care and early learning for her son. The nursery joined the Woodberry group in June 2019.

After having my child at home for what felt like a lifetime due to lockdown, as soon as she started nursery I saw a huge change in her mood and how interested she was in all different things. We could see a change straight away and she’s just grown so much more confident and chatty. I’m very grateful
for all the nursery staff and the amazing job they do every day. Love getting daily updates too.

Our little boy had been attending Woodberry for 3 months now, previously coming from a childminder setting. The difference we have noticed in his development and confidence is amazing! He practically runs through the door each day which speaks volumes about how happy he is. We receive updates and photos
via the Family app throughout the day, so we feel informed and involved, and the information helps us to update our routines at home. We couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter aged 4 has attended Woodberry since she was 8 months old so we have seen how Woodberry have dealt with the transition from the previous owner to themselves and how they have made some very positive changes from food choices to safety and much more!
My daughter really enjoys her time at
Woodberry and the communication throughout the day is brilliant!
The staff are all welcoming and friendly and the nursery manager has been extremely helpful supporting our daughter and the staff in her room with her speech delay.
I love the location being by the edge of the New Forest but also how secluded it is with its wrap-around garden.
