Scribbles Day Nursery

Scribbles is a lovely, safe environment with a real home from home feel. The staff care so much for the children and get to know each child individually to make sure all their needs are met. Both my daughters attend this nursery and I couldn't be any happier with the care they receive. As a mother, leaving your children in the hands of other people is never easy but I come away knowing that my children are happy and most importantly safe. There are extra activities to participate in, such as dance and Jo Jingles, tea parties, sports days, charity fundraising events and much more which are all great fun for my children to be involved in! The one thing that stands out to me is how well mannered the children are and respectful towards each other. I am very thankful to Scribbles for taking care of my girls so well and would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a genuinely caring nursery with such high standards, really does give you peace of my mind when leaving them in daycare!

A small, independently run, warm, welcoming and wonderful nursery. A true personal touch and somewhere where every child is given the time and attention needed to suit their own personal needs as opposed to the corporate nursery structures. An amazing group of professional and caring people which as always comes from the top and filters down. Couldn't feel happier and more reassured knowing our imminent second child will be in their care this time next year.

My granddaughter has just completed her first year at primary school and received her first school report with her exceeding every area of her development. This result was all thanks to Scribbles Nursery for the ground work they have done in her development. She was so happy at Scribbles and enjoyed every day there. The structure and love given was like home from home. As a grandmother and having been through all this with my own 3 children I can honestly say I have not found a nicer establishment than Scribbles so much so that now my grandson by another daughter attends Scribbles and travels a little way for him to receive the same love and development as my granddaughter. Thank you Scribbles for making me one very happy grandmother KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ?? ??

Such a friendly relaxed atmosphere at Scribbles. The children are all happy playing and I love that there are all different areas of playing, from role plays to creativity, arts and crafts etc. Great updates of how children are doing and constant feedback. Such a fantastic nursery and the staff are brilliant, well trained, chatty and again make you feel relaxed and happy to leave your child in their care.

A lovely nursery, set in a home from home environment. My child has attended full-time from the age of 9 months and has always been happy and settled. Always feel well informed and the staff are friendly.

Such an amazing nursery run by warm, caring and attentive staff who care for each child holistically. Their gentle attitude and compassion helped turn my clingy, petrified and frightened child on day 1 into a sociable, independent little boy who now skips into nursery loving every minute of his time there. Scribbles' communication with us as parents, greatly helped ease our anxieties in the beginning and keeps us involved in our son's development. We receive verbal updates on each nursery session, along with an online journal. The activities available for the children are not only fun and enjoyable but encourage a healthy active lifestyle, along with gaining many interests and hobbies. Each day at Scribbles fulfils our son's educational, physical, mental, and social needs and is greatly preparing him for the next schooling chapter.

My son absolutely loves going here. There is an outside 'green' area and a fenced off play area for the children to run around and play. The children are kept occupied all day with different fun activities which help them learn in a fun way. There are extra activities which you can pay for if you wish your child to participate in. The staff are all very friendly and your child if appointed a key worker who will liaise with you after every session that your child attends.
