Chestnut Grove Kindergarten

With it being the 1st time leaving my daughter, I was a bit apprehensive but all staff members really help to make it as easy as possible and are so supportive! I'm now so comfortable and happy to leave her in safe hands.

Both my children have been going here since 9 months old. The oldest is now in reception and now my youngest is still attending so I know the nursery for roughly 5 to 6 years. In that time I found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. They let you know how your child has been when picking up and through Tapestry, you can see pictures of them and how they are progressing. Prices are reasonable and they try to be flexible if you need to change days or pick them up earlier/later. It really is a great nursery.

Excellent nursery. All of the staff there are amazing. My son and daughter have both attended Chestnut Grove and loved it. My daughter is coming along in leaps and bounds.

Wonderful nursery! Ever since my daughter started there over a year ago she has come on leaps and bounds. The team are lovely and always make the children feel welcome every morning. Everyone is always willing to help you with your queries especially the Deputy Managers.

When I decided on this nursery for my daughter, I was nervous about being apart from her for the first time. My daughter cried, a lot. This was only because it was a new environment. As soon as she became comfortable with the staff, surroundings and other children she didn't want to leave. I like the ratio of children to staff, especially that some staff have their own children at the nursery too. The staff are very attentive, nurturing and kind.

I absolutely love this nursery and my daughter loves it too. I love seeing the updates each week, really makes my day and would definitely like to see more. All the staff are really friendly and the facilities are fantastic! Thanks again for looking after my daughter during the day.

Amazing nursery with amazing staff. My daughter started in September and putting her in Chestnut Grove was the best decision I’ve made! She loves it and so do I, all the staff are so lovely, polite and really care about the children. My daughters always learning new things and it really shows at home.

The staff are always helpful and polite, very friendly, always clean facilities, love the fact we can see the progress from the book and online, great communication, always go the extra mile, food is always healthy for my child, safe setting always puts my mind at ease knowing there is a gate with buzzer and having a password in place for extra protection for my child, very good value for money.

The rooms are clean, bright and interesting for the kids with many activities to choose from, they also have a lovely, well-kept garden with lots to do.

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot fault anything at all. I wish for them to keep up the good work, my son loves every second of it when he is there.

They a very experienced team and devote their time in providing the best environment for the children.

The staff within the nursery are all equally professional and worked really hard to help my son settle.

As a first-time parent and going back to work it was hard to leave my daughter. The staff at Chestnut Grove made this so much easier for me. The environment was warm and welcoming, the staff greeted my daughter and me with a smile and a hello. They eased my daughter into the room, showing her what was available to play with and assured me I could call at any time! When I picked my daughter up she didn’t want to come home she had had such a wonderful day! My daughter looks forward to going every week now and I couldn’t thank the nursery enough for the time, care and smiles they put on her face! Would 100% recommend Chestnut Grove to anyone!

My daughter loves going to nursery. The staff are so caring and the children get treated very very well. There is always a fun activity going on. My daughter's learning has come along leaps and bounds since going to Chestnut Grove Kindergarten.

My son started the nursery in February 2018, he just turned 10months old at the time, now he’s is 1 1/2 and thriving. Thanks to all of the lovely staff, he is happy to run into nursery every morning and I know he is having the most fun and always trying new things. He has come on leaps and bounds and is so advanced for his age. He is constantly learning new things. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly and I can go to work knowing my son is happy, safe and having the most fun.

My eldest daughter came to this nursery from the age of 2 and a half and she always loved it! My youngest started at the nursery when she was 1, I was so worried my little girl wasn't going to enjoy it but she has come such a long way in just a few months. She is now so confident.

I love the girls that look after her, I know they care so much about her and that's what I love about the nursery! Having the tapestry is brilliant. They log certain things that the children do like painting and playing outside. I love seeing the pictures and videos of my little girl having the best time. Bar far the best nursery for my children. Love all the staff!!

My twin boys have been at Chestnut Grove coming up to 6 months and they love it. They have learnt so much, they are great with other children because of attending and they have really shown their individuality.

My boy's key workers are very good at reporting back to me about their day, adding to their daily diaries and using the online portal.

My son loves this nursery. Always happy to go straight in and play and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Knowing my son is happy and is being well looked after puts my mind at so much ease. Even when I take my daughter in with me who will be attending when she’s a little older she is smiling and giggling away the whole time we are there. Also being able to contact with any concern what’s so ever, no matter how silly it might be is so reassuring. I'm so happy this was our picked nursery and will be gutted when he leaves.

Both our children have attended Chestnut Grove and we are delighted with the progress they’ve made as well as the fun they’ve had and the positive relationships they’ve formed with staff. A lovely place for children to learn through play!
