This nursery is the best has helped my son grow so much and gave his so much confidence. The staff are so friendly and approachable my son has had the best time at nursery and is sad to leave to go to big school

The best nursery around. My child had autism and the staff nurtured him like he was their own child. The nursery itself is warm and beautiful with a wonderful outdoor area and the staff are always there to talk about anything even if it seems small or silly. The parents are all friendly and welcoming. Real family feeling. Best place you could send your child

I have been so impressed with all of the staff at The Chase. They always go above and beyond for the children and genuinely care about them so much. My son is SEND and their SENCO is brilliant too. They have always made me feel at ease sending my son to nursery as I can see how much he genuinely enjoys being there. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love The Chase Nursery. My eldest (now 10) went there and my 4-year-old has just left. It's a very sad day. I shall miss all the staff there, as will my daughter. They kept me well-informed of everything she got up to and took such great care of her. My twins shall be attending next year so I'm looking forward to their experiences there too. A wonderful nursery, a wonderful staff and well equipped with so much to keep any child happy, occupied and to build up their confidence to attend school.

We have had all 3 of our children go to The Chase Nursery. There was no doubt in our minds about where to send our youngest after seeing how our older children grew and flourished after being in such an amazing setting. The staff have always been so welcoming. The best nursery with kind, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly nursery teachers. Nothing but positive things to say about them. Our children have thoroughly enjoyed their early years here. We're grateful our children got to experience such a wonderful nursery.

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

In just 6 weeks my twins have thrived and flourished and this positive influence on my girls has had an even bigger impact on me as their mum. After transferring from another nursery we were very anxious as our experience at the previous nursery had not been positive. From enrolment to their first days and now the day-to-day sessions this nursery has exceeded expectations. Outstanding is the only word I can use. The Chase has the kindest and most caring staff that truly love their jobs. The Manager is fantastic and the exact type of person you’d want to be running your child’s nursery. My twins keyworker is absolutely brilliant, my girls love her and constantly talk about telling her what they’ve been up to. We send our children to the nursery and the main concern is how the nursery treats them, but the added bonus is how they treat the parents, like equals, with respect and pick-ups feel like a catch-up with friends. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

My son moved here from the sister Chase Nursery almost 2 years ago now, I was initially concerned about how he would settle with already having been to one nursery but the girls in the caterpillar room were amazing and helped him settle in! One teacher soon became his favourite and made his nursery experience even better for him. He has since moved up into the preschool room and is so happy to be going to 'the big room'. He has formed forever friendships with the children, and with the staff, he is truly taken care of and all the girls in the room (and the younger room) are an absolute credit to the nursery. They have taught him so much already, I have all faith in them that once school comes around he will be at his absolute best due to this nursery. The manager also went above and beyond to make sure my son could stay here when he moved up due to my work schedule changing so I am forever grateful for that care.

I am overwhelmed by the level of care and hard work of the staff at The Chase Nursery. I thoroughly enjoy dropping off and picking up my granddaughter each week to see the ever-changing environment, where each season is decorated differently in such a creative and welcoming way. Each occasion (e..g Easter, the King's coronation) is celebrated to ensure the children’s learning and understanding is developed in meaningful ways and the role play areas are constantly changing to the interests of the children. As a former early years teacher, I am proud for my granddaughter to attend there, where I feel assured she is getting the very best start to her learning. Were I to visit there in an Ofsted capacity, I feel I have already observed enough to award it Outstanding. Thank you all for your hard work and wonderful ideas built around the needs and interests of all of the lucky children who attend your wonderful nursery.

I can't thank this nursery enough for everything they do for my son. He has special needs and they literally go above and beyond to make sure he's happy, feels safe, listened to and well looked after. He recently transitioned over to the older room and they have been so patient with him. His 1-2-1 has stayed with him every step of the way and did it gradually (over a few months) which is why I feel my son is now so settled in there.

My daughter recently moved from another local area and her son started at The Chase Holland. He is a shy boy but really liked the nursery. The family have been through a very difficult time so it was very positive that he had settled. My daughter got an email from the manager stating my grandson has lost his place as the funding hasn't come over from the previous nursery. My daughter had tried to sort this and thought it was down to the previous nursery, she has a lot going on and it was a misunderstanding. I spoke to the manager to explain this but all she said was I told her and had no compassion whatsoever, she didn't want to know or cared when I said about the family's situation and how losing his place would affect him. He had only been going since 3rd January so there was not a lot of money owed, I offered to pay but she said it is too late! My grandson is now with no nursery this one was very local to them. Really disappointing over money.

The Chase Nursery Holland-on-Sea has been absolutely fantastic since my child started here in September. The teachers are so friendly and welcoming and show so much care and knowledge for my child and all the children equally in their care. They hold regular parent meets where we can discuss the next steps for the children and raise any concerns. The Chase really cares for all their children and their progress! Thank you!

My son does not like being away from those close to him. With perseverance and care, he has settled into The Chase. All of the teachers at the nursery are lovely and have a lot of time for him. He always comes out smiling and happy now and has had so much fun.

My wife and I have never had any negative issues in the 2 years she has been attending and we have no hesitation that when the time comes for our son to start nursery that he will also go to The Chase and receive the same excellent care and early teaching that they provide. The staff are all professional and it is clear they have a true vocation to be the best nursery nurses they can be.

My daughter has just been diagnosed with additional needs, the nursery has been more than helpful and hands-on supportive of our family and our daughter. We couldn't ask for more! I have recommended the nursery to friends and family!

My son started in September and I've had such a lovely experience with the nursery, they are all so kind and lovely. They are so reassuring, I feel that they give excellent care and provide the educational environment that they need at this young age. Although my little one goes in crying he always comes out with a smile on his face and tells me lots about his fun day, brilliant nursery!

My little boy loves going. He cannot wait to go see his teachers. All the staff are so kind and friendly, all the time. You won't find a more loving bunch of people in one place. I cannot rate them highly enough. I feel at peace when he is there because I know he is well looked after and you receive the cutest pictures.

My son started after his second birthday over a year and a half ago and he has loved every second. Since then, a few changes to the structure have been implemented, but all for the better with a 2-3-year-old area and a 3-4-year-old area. However, children still all get the chance to play together outside which is lovely to help communication and language for the younger ones. The staff are friendly, so helpful and very welcoming. Very clean and tidy nursery with so many different areas of learning for the children to explore. Highly recommended. My son has learnt so, so much and still has another year to go.

Superb, personalised training for my child. I feel confident that she is well looked after and that she is cared for. My child's keyworker is fabulous and has a good base of knowledge about my child and her abilities (even though she only attends one day a week). All in all, a lovely nursery setting for my child to feel confident in, explore different activities and feel cared about, on a personal level.

This is a wonderful nursery, right from the first time visiting, all the staff are very friendly and approachable. I have always felt very comfortable leaving my daughter there. They have a lot of outdoor activities and are given healthy snacks, which is a plus. The manager is always outside every day to greet the children when they start, which is lovely. My child has been very happy here and a shame that she is leaving.
