Kiddi Caru is a great nursery and my girl loves going there. I can't do a 4.5 hence have to choose a 4. The staff is fantastic and genuinely nice and warm with the kids. I am happy to have chosen Kiddi Caru as the nursery. Though, the only con is with the limited updates on child's activities on a regular
basis. I was hoping to see more of what my daughter is up to in the nursery but that information is slightly limited in terms of photos or any sort of updates in the app. But otherwise it's a great, very safe, clean, and very warm nursery.

Today is my child's last day in nursery, it was a wonderful nursery session for her. she improved a lot since she's with Kiddi Caru team. She enjoyed every moment apart from horrible drop off time, haha. Lovely team & very professional staff, we felt like we're up to date every moment of her nursery
session. They always gave us quick replies & helped every step of admission process.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Since my child started, he has been genuinely happy, he goes in smiling every morning and leaves smiling at the end of the day, which says everything. Even though he is usually a picky eater, he eats really well here thanks to the varied and well-thought-out
menu.
We receive live updates throughout the day via the app, which is very reassuring and keeps us feeling connected. The teachers helped him settle in incredibly quickly and are all so kind, caring and attentive. The reception staff are always approachable, available for any queries and very quick to respond.
I honestly have nothing negative to say. It's such a relief going to work knowing my child is safe, well cared for and truly happy. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Walnut Tree is a very good nursery in our opinion, they provide constant feedback about our child throughout the day, always respond to my messages and give a full summary of our child at the end of the day as well. I also feel that they are very good at managing my child when she is unwell and they
have a thorough process of checking on them throughout the day. They have also been very helpful in assisting with adhoc requests.

I cannot say enough good things about this nursery! My son started at nine months old, and his progress has been truly remarkable. From the start, the staff have been warm, nurturing, and incredibly supportive, making the transition smooth for both my child and our family. The environment is safe, welcoming,
and filled with engaging activities that promote learning and development. I have seen great improvements in his social skills, confidence, and communication. He has developed a real love for story-time and interactive play, thanks to the fantastic team.

We have been with this nursery for almost 2 years. My child gets very excited to go there, they have lovely teachers. The office staff are lovely too, very quick with all the queries and requests. Is a nice clean building, looks child-friendly inside.

My son started Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Walnut Tree 5 months ago. He had been at 2 previous nurseries, therefore he was starting another nursery at the age of 3, this gave me anxiety as he was not a child who settled in quickly (hence the first nursery move) and would often cry at drop-off. However, I
was blown away with how quickly he did settle into Kiddi Caru. The staff have been amazing from day 1. This nursery has had such a positive impact on my son. There is always management and admin there to support staff and clearly show they are not scared to roll their sleeves up and join in. The staff in butterflies and preschool are just beyond amazing, even when at home he wants to carry on pretending to be a school and we all have to take turns in the role play as two staff members in particular (clearly the mother role is boring to him). I am so grateful knowing my son is happy and safe while I am at work and I can not thank everyone in Kiddi Caru enough.

The Ladybirds room staff have been fantastic with our son. Our son has complex needs and they have gone above and beyond for him.
His eating has improved immensely, and the variety of food offered is great.
We have a lot of involvement with the management at the nursery too, they are all so friendly
and helpful.
I would highly recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been going to Kiddi Caru for a just over a year now and she is really happy there. The staff are all really friendly and so good with the children. My little girl took a while to settle when she first joined but from the love the staff gave to her she felt at home within a couple
of weeks and she settled well and her cheeky normal self soon started to come out. Seeing her go into nursery happy every day makes me feel confident that I made the right choice.

I currently have two children attending Kiddi Caru Walnut Tree, one who has just started at age 11 months and one who started at 1 year old and is currently 2 years and 8 months old. My oldest child absolutely loves going into nursery and has been thriving ever since she started. I believe the staff
has helped her develop her vocabulary, social skills and developmental level well. It has also helped her learn important milestones such as feeding herself, sharing, walking, communicating and potty training. Most importantly I believe she feels safe and loved at Kiddi Caru. There was no hesitation in sending our younger daughter in too and hopefully, she'll have a similarly great experience.

I had a very bad experience at Kiddi Caru Nursery in Walnut Tree.
On the first day, I found my son left alone in a corner crying while the manager in the baby room was at the table with a girl who was perfectly fine and settled. But she kept telling me my son was okay.
On another day when I was to
pick up my son all the windows were covered, my son was crying and they didn't permit me to see him through the window and that doesn't offer transparency to me.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since January 2023, since she was almost 1 years old.
I cannot fault the nursery team and staff, they have cared for her so wonderfully and with compassion.
She has developed so well and is such a social toddler now, that I think the nursery has helped this
immeasurably.
We are due to leave the nursery in September, only because of relocating.
We would definitely recommend this nursery.

One of the best at looking after the kids. I am very happy with the progress of my child and how the staff gives feedback to the parents. Overall I am pleased with the entire service and and the app is updated on a daily basis such that you can track what your kid up to.

I could not recommend Kiddi Caru enough! After the most turbulent year for them in which the whole premises was destroyed by fire, all the team have worked tirelessly to ensure the continuity of incredible care. The staff are simply wonderful, the level care is brilliant and despite the temporary facilities
not being what they are used to due to the above, they’ve made it feel as homely, warm and stimulating as possible. My nearly 2-year-old absolutely loves going to nursery!
Can’t go wrong with this nursery!

Following the unfortunate fire in Walnut Tree, my two children were quickly put into a replacement nursery together.
The staff were wonderful making them both feel welcome and ensuring that my eldest got the stimulation that he needed.
Since my daughter has been moved to the portacabins they have
been great with her. Making sure she has opportunities to play outside and indoors
I can't thank them enough for the care they are/have shown my children.
