Perception is not reality with this nursery, unfortunately. Serious breaches followed by a recent Ofsted investigation.
Having been told when looking at the nursery that there was new management and this was bringing all good changes, we found the opposite to be true. First, the deputy manager and our child's key worker left, then the manager, and more workers from other children's rooms, then followed by the new key worker for our child. Regularly the pictures of our child showed them to be looking bored, sat alone and with vacant tired expressions, when at home they are engaging smiling, and active, never sitting alone.
Regularly on drop off all children of all ages were together with limited staff, breaching the Ofsted quotas.
Our child was picked up straight after a meal but had filthy hands from playing outside that hadn't been washed.
We were emailed to say that an internal review was happening to address shortages etc but in fact, it was an Ofsted investigation following complaints.
