Nurtureville Nursery & Preschool Loughton

Sophie absolutely loves attending the nursery and always talks about the staff and the chick's onsite. All staff are brilliant and leaving a 2 year old in the care of the team has never been an easier decision

We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and attentive, and both of our children have been very happy and well supported during their time here.

Our daughter settled in quickly and has been so content, which is a real reflection of the nurturing environment the team provide. Communication has always been clear and friendly, and we have felt confident and reassured knowing our children were in such capable hands.

We are very grateful for the care, kindness, and support shown to our family, and we will truly miss the staff. We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

Our daughter has just started at Nurtureville and we're so happy with our experience so far. The staff have been very kind in their approach to helping our daughter settle and she's already getting more confident + happy which is a joy to see. Staff always have time to speak to us at the start and end of the day, and clearly take an interest in how our daughter is getting on. The whole place has a lovely family feeling to it - everyone knows each other and adults knew all the children, not only the ones in their room. We're very grateful to the support so far and look forward to our daughter's coming years at Nurtureville!

We've had a great experience with this nursery, starting with our first who loved it, and our second is currently here and absolutely adores all the staff. The staff have been brilliant with us over the years, very welcoming, vibrant and lovely.

We are really pleased with the care and support provided to our son at the nursery. He has developed so much since joining and really enjoys being there every day. The staff are kind, caring, and attentive, and it's clear that he feels happy and secure in their care. We really appreciate receiving daily photos of the activities, which gives us a wonderful insight into his day and shows just how happy and engaged he is. It's lovely to see how much he learns while still having fun. He also loves the food provided, which gives us great reassurance. Overall, we are very happy with the nurturing environment and the positive experiences he is having at the nursery. Thank you very much!

My son has had a great time attending this nursery. The facilities are good, the staff are pleasant and genuinely care about his development which we have seen grow significantly since he started. I highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending nurtureville for the last 18 months and she absolutely loves it. She has come a long way and made lots of friends. She can be a little shy but this has helped her come out of her shell. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

We noticed our child is happy to attend the nursery, enjoys learning new skills and playing in a well-supervised environment. I would strongly recommend this place, a safe and nice environment for a toddler to spend time in.

Our son attended Nurtureville for a year. There were many things we weren't happy about (ambiguous and inconsistent temperature policies, chronic staffing instability, constant change of key persons, limited fresh food /lots of processed, wellbeing of nursery pets, activities repetitive and unchallenging) but our son seemed to be settled and we wanted to avoid further disruption for him - he'd bonded with the staff. However we withdrew him following signs of poor emotional wellbeing and amid several Ofsted complaints and inspections. We spoke to them about our concerns, and still felt we had no confidence in the leadership and management of the nursery. It's not the first time quality and consistency of provision has been an issue, it seems a sticking plaster approach where things get better for a year or so then go back downhill. There were some nice staff working there, particularly the younger team members who we imagine could have bright futures in childcare. But not at this nursery.

Both my children attend and absolutely love it. The nursery is fairly small and it’s reassuring to know all the staff who are so friendly, caring and down to earth. I have no hesitations leaving my children here. The menu is varied and the open-door policy with the manager is really helpful and personable. I have no hesitations in recommending and would definitely suggest going for a visit. You will not be disappointed if a 'home from home' feel is what you are after!

Our kids love their time in nursery, are always happy at pick up and talk fondly of the fun they have with other kids and key workers.

The activities vary every day which is important to me. Activities include being outside reading books, inside playing with playdough, in a ball pit, playing with sensory toys, lights, bubbles and a lot more. The baby's room has just undergone a refurb and feels fresh and cosy, we love that the room is carpeted! The staff have done a really good job at aligning my baby's routine at the nursery close to what we do at home which is also very important to me and my partner. The variety of fresh food offered is also brilliant. Overall, really happy. Thanks Nurtureville team!

Fantastic nursery. Our daughter has been incredibly happy there for the last 2 years even with a few changes in management. The team are very kind and caring, they do great activities for the kids and it really is a home from home setting. We are incredibly thankful for the work everyone has put in recently and everything everyone at the nursery does for our daughter. I highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery where the development and well-being of children are clearly the top priority. Staff go above and beyond. There were some staffing issues in spring 2022 which have now been resolved and the team and nursery seem stronger than ever. Loads of fun activities to keep the children entertained. Good communication with parents in form of a monthly newsletter, daily picture update, and even the occasional parents' evening. Happy to recommend.

Started our daughter at Nurtureville at the start of October and she loves it there! They're all very friendly and caring. Switching from a childminder to a nursery was definitely the right decision for our daughter.

Both of my sons attend Nurtureville and they are both happy and thriving. There was a period earlier on this year when there were a lot of changes and staff issues but new management has really turned it around. The new staff seem happy and are very friendly and I feel the children are well looked after, fed well and given plenty of fun activities throughout the day.
