My Son attends nursery 2 days a week and has attended since aged 2. He took a while to settle, the team were good suggesting steps to encourage him to settle. He has really developed through time at the nursery and made lovely6 friends.

My Daughter has a lovely time at Silchester every day. She attends full time and has now been there for nearly 3 years. Most staff are attentive and genuinely love their job. I do feel that the kids need to be given more assistance when using the toilet, especially when they are still learning....

My son was extremely unsettled when starting! The girls in the 2-3's room really helped him settle. He now loves coming to the nursery and has an amazing bond with the staff.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My son has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to help him settle and interact with fellow children. They have also helped and were successful in my son having an EHS plan. My son gets on very well with all the key workers in this setting...

Staff is generally good but lacks co-ordination. When you tell staff about something relating to your child (health related) they do not communicate to other staff members.

The range of toys could be increased and further development of the sensory room. We are very happy with the service being provided and looking to increase the number of hours my son attends. It has really helped his development.

Our son recently had a medical emergency due to breathing difficulties caused by a chest infection. Silchester handled the situation excellently they showed such care and warmth to our child and called us numerous times whilst we were at the hospital to check how he was. The staff here are the key strength to this nursery, they genuinely care for the children. We know our son is in excellent care whilst we are at work.
