The Old Station Nursery Iver has been a trusted member of the local community for over two decades, offering high-quality childcare that accommodates the schedules of working families.

Located conveniently on Iver High Street, the converted church building is across two floors and features a well-equipped outdoor area for children to play, all of which is Montessori inspired. Babies have their own room with stimulating activities such as soft play equipment, mirrors, and musical instruments that encourage their development and learning. Toddlers progress to a more structured environment that follows their interests, and Pre-Schoolers prepare for school with a curriculum designed for their skill, knowledge, and attitude development.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child, such as child-friendly cooking and language classes. These classes are inspired by the Montessori approach, fostering meaningful connections between children and the world around them, and help to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process and other cultures.

The Old Station Nursery Iver’s 'Brighter Learning Approach' and language enrichment activities, including Baby Sing and Sign classes, Spanish instruction, and interactive multilingual books, enriches their core curriculum, encouraging children's natural curiosity and supporting their future success. The team believes that every child deserves a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. As part of this approach, the nursery has three enhancements that add to the delivery of the curriculum.

As a first time mother, I was dreading going back to work and explored all the options for childcare. I visited a handful of nurseries in the area and this one was warm friendly and welcoming. It was the closest to a home environment I had found. My son started at 9 months and he turned 2 in May.
I
am thrilled with his progress at Premier and his social skills developed well from a young age. The nursery manager is fantastic and ensures the best care is given to my son, he has a cows milk allergy and all the staff have been very supportive and accommodating to his dietary needs.
I particularly enjoy the parents' meetings to understand where my child is at in his learning and development.
My son sometimes cries the name of girls when we are at home and he’s distressed and looking for comfort, which in my eyes is testament to their outstanding care, training and management.

Our son has been coming here for a couple of years, and we have always been pleased with the level of care he has received and felt he's in safe hands. He looks forward to going, and he runs in happily in the morning.
The manager and staff are really friendly and caring and have been brilliant in recognising
where he has been behind or ahead of his peer group and supporting his individual development, and it's been wonderful watching him grow in confidence. He really enjoys the food, which is all freshly cooked on-site, and there is always a good variety of meals across the week with a veggie option for him.
At every pickup, we get a detailed handover on all the different activities they have done, what he has enjoyed doing as well as the things he was less into so we've always felt like we have a true picture of his day. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and would definitely recommend it.

Hello, I'm Yamuna and I'm the Nursery Manager here at The Old Station Nursery Iver. I have a qualified Early Years Teacher status, PGCE in Special Education and a Montessori Diploma.


We offer a great home from home at Iver, so you can go to work without feeling guilty, knowing that your baby, toddler or pre-schooler is in safe hands and has a great time.
