The Old Station Nursery Iver has been a trusted member of the local community for over two decades, offering high-quality childcare that accommodates the schedules of working families.

Located conveniently on Iver High Street, the converted church building is across two floors and features a well-equipped outdoor area for children to play, all of which is Montessori inspired. Babies have their own room with stimulating activities such as soft play equipment, mirrors, and musical instruments that encourage their development and learning. Toddlers progress to a more structured environment that follows their interests, and Pre-Schoolers prepare for school with a curriculum designed for their skill, knowledge, and attitude development.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child, such as child-friendly cooking and language classes. These classes are inspired by the Montessori approach, fostering meaningful connections between children and the world around them, and help to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process and other cultures.

The Old Station Nursery Iver’s 'Brighter Learning Approach' and language enrichment activities, including Baby Sing and Sign classes, Spanish instruction, and interactive multilingual books, enriches their core curriculum, encouraging children's natural curiosity and supporting their future success. Great nursery, we changed our son from a different nursery in Iver Heath 18 months ago because we weren't happy with the staff/setup/education and so glad we did. Fantastic staff and set-up. Really happy we put our children into The Old Station Nursery. Highly recommend.

The nursery is excellent, especially the staff. The ladies working with children there truly enjoy their work and take very good care of the kids. My child is very happy there, which is the most important thing. I am rating all at the highest, based on the overall experience and not on the nuanced knowledge
of every single thing.

My daughter settled in really quickly! The food provided is brilliant with a vast menu. The staff listen to parents' concerns and helps to solve them making you at ease! They have a good educational programme with different activities!

Our 4-year-old and 1-year-old attend the nursery and they are really happy there which is reassuring. They go in and come out happy and are very fond of their key workers. They are great carers and really make our boys happy. We have been happy to recommend the nursery to our friends based on our experience.

My daughter joined the preschool room in September 2022. I was very nervous about her starting as we had taken her out of another local nursery due to problems settling. I couldn't be happier with how my daughter is getting on. She runs in through the nursery door every day excited and happy. The outdoor
space is great and I like that the children spend lots of time outside. The staff are lovely. I can see photos of what my daughter has been doing on the app. I have no complaints.

So my son, who is a 2-year-old, has been going now for 2-3 months. I have to say the deputy manager and her colleagues are excellent. They are very caring towards my boy who has found it difficult to settle in. She has been great and the assurance she gives me gives us the confidence to leave him there.
They give plenty of feedback regarding my son's day at nursery. All in all very, very good.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since August, she absolutely loves going and her settling in went brilliantly. She enjoys the activities provided and talks positively about her teachers and the things they did. She also mentioned that the teachers are helpful and provide her with assistance
if she needs it whether it's with changing or resolving conflicts with other children. She enjoys her food and has no issues getting another portion of food if required. The communication with staff and management has been very positive so far.

My daughter has attended The Old Station Nursery, Iver since she was 11 months old and has just completed her last day at the age of 4. She has come such a long way and has been given fantastic care, support and encouragement to be the best that she can be. The staff have always been wonderful and have
shown professionalism and kindness throughout the pandemic. As a key worker, having to go into work, I felt reassured that my daughter was in safe hands here and was very impressed with the changes that they made to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and their families. My daughter loves learning new things and her eagerness to learn and achieve has been nurtured and guided throughout her time, through carefully planned out activities that are pitched well for their age and stage of development. My child always speaks fondly about the staff and children at the nursery and looks forward to attending every day. My daughter will definitely miss the lovely staff!

The staff are very caring and great at communicating what my children have been doing at nursery. They provide detailed feedback at the end of the day, including those cute little moments you miss out on when you're working full time. It's difficult to rate a lot of the ratings as we don't go into the
nursery.

An excellent nursery where the staff go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and engaged. My daughter was initially very hesitant to start nursery but now she can’t wait to go in each morning!

Our almost 2-year-old daughter currently attends Old Station Nursery (Iver) and our older daughter attended for 3 years previously. Our experience of the nursery has always been wonderful. The management and staff are very helpful and kind. Communication is great. Our daughters have always enjoyed
the time they spent at the nursery and we have enjoyed watching their growth and progression. Particularly for our younger daughter, it's been great to see her confidence grow, as she was a lockdown baby and being away from home was initially quite unsettling. The staff were great at helping her settle in and also putting our minds at ease. The learning and play is varied, stimulating and appropriately challenging at each level, resulting in our older daughter being able to transition well from nursery to reception. Aside from this, they also offer alternative activities such as football and yoga. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Starting a new nursery at the end of Lockdown is daunting for parents and children, but the nursery has made myself and my daughter feel so safe and welcome. The staff are so kind and attentive - nothing is too much trouble. The manager and staff are absolutely brilliant and deal with all my questions

My daughter started at The Old Station Nursery Iver nine months ago, just before turning one and I have been happy from the start. The staff are so friendly and really got to know my daughter, what she likes and what she doesn't like. The days are well organised with lots of fun learning activities
and outside play. They even do baby yoga! The nursery plays a massive part in my daughter's leaning and development. The food is fresh and prepared on site by their own chef. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. My twins have been going there for more than a year and in this period I have seen a huge difference in their confidence and learning. The staff is very kind and caring. Children seem to have a lot of fun as they are always happy to go to the nursery. The
staff really looks after them and informs us of any accidents or bumps. A detailed handover is provided at the end of the day. The nursery has also introduced an app where they update parents about day to day activities on a regular basis. The children have been toilet trained in no time. The food served is also good as my son is a fan of the chef.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since April 2020, and I can honestly say she has the most amazing time every day she goes; she always comes home with something new to say or do. My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 18-months-old; she is now 4. It is a fantastic little nursery with warm, welcoming staff who have always been brilliant. They are very professional, and I have always felt that she is in safe hands; they keep me updated on her daily progress, and I
am always notified asap if she has had a fall or bump whilst playing.
She is now nearing school age, and I can see how well the nursery is preparing her, teaching her letters, basic maths, phonics etc. Which she is definitely enjoying and progressing well with.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery; my daughter loves going and has always been very happy here.

We decided to move our daughter to Premier Nursery Iver (now The Old Station Nursery) just about when she was 18 months old, after we discovered she was really keen on learning and may need a change from her current childminder. She is now 3 years and 2 months old and we are really impressed with how
she has thrived and grown over her last 18+ months at the nursery. She has made such close friendships with her carers and has shown much growth in her speech, confidence, activities and overall intellect both emotionally and physically too. The nursery has been supportive of her at every stage and have monitored her development and overall well being. We are pleased we came here and are extremely glad her baby sister could join and settle in remarkably too. I will always recommend this nursery to any parent looking for peace of mind to where their babies need to go and start off. Thanks Old Station Nursery/Premier for all you do. Very much appreciated.

The staff are kind and caring. When our little boy was getting ready to potty train, we had a consultation and the staff read books, played games and changed nappies of dollies with our son to get him interested and make him aware of his bodily functions. The facilities keep our active little boy stimulated
and learning. The biggest recommendation is how much our son loves going to nursery; he can’t get in through the door quickly enough in the mornings and when we pick him up he waves cheerfully and says, “See you tomorrow!”.

I moved my daughter here after being unhappy with her initial nursery and have never looked back. She settled straight in a credit to the staff for helping her to adjust to a new nursery. The nursery looked small on the initial visit which was why I initially opted for another nursery, but the smaller
nature than some is such a bonus - the staff are excellent and friendly and it's like an extended family. Lots of outside playtime and activities such as yoga and cooking. Food is fresh on-site and a great mixture of dishes, puddings and snacks. Handled the recent COVID19 pandemic well with timely and clear communication and amendments made. Great value for money and clear billing system each month for hours, and always happy to add additional hours when needed! Cannot recommend enough, we are only leaving due to moving house and a 40-minute trip isn't feasible!

Hello, I'm Yamuna and I'm the Nursery Manager here at The Old Station Nursery Iver. I have a qualified Early Years Teacher status, PGCE in Special Education and a Montessori Diploma.
