Both of my children have been to Millwood House Nursery, with my youngest completing in August this year. Our experience has been very positive. The nursery has a good location with onsite parking and security gates. The nursery and outside play area are fantastic and provide a safe and stimulating learning environment. The staff are friendly and have looked after both my children very well. They have learnt and developed so much and both started reception with relevant skills and knowledge. They take a lot of time to ensure the children do a range of activities and they host various events involving families. A lot of time and effort goes into these and it truly makes the event special. Most recently we had our daughter's graduation and it was certainly memorable. I would like to thank the whole Millwood team for everything they have done for my children and we will miss you all.

Millwood has been the best choice we made. We looked around at other nurseries but the care, the outside space and overall facilities made us choose them. Since my son has been going there (7 months old for 1 day a week and 5 days a week since 9 months old) he has grown and learnt so much. The staff are amazing, keep us updated daily, caring and make me feel like they are an extended part of our family with how well they care for my son. My mum's guilt is definitely less knowing that he loves it there (runs in every day without looking back at me) and that they treat him so well. Couldn’t ask for a better nursery and staff.

We have now reviewed it, and you have received a full response from the Owner, along with a copy of our Ofsted Report from July 2023 which rated Millwood House Nursery GOOD in all areas, praising the staff and quality of teaching. Millwood House Nursery has an ethos of learning through play and the pre-school activities prepare all children for school. Children attending Millwood House Nursery between 2020 and 2023 are of the Covid Generation and many were later in development in some areas of learning however most catch up by the time they leave for school. We have such a large amount of space both inside and out that we are able to offer an extensive range of educational activities for the staff to engage the children in, changing daily. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We wish both of your children all the best in their academic careers following their start at Millwood House Nursery.
