Brilliant nursery both daughters have attended Millwood House and both love it. Staff are all very polite and helpful I highly recommend.

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience my kids have had at Millwood House as we now relocate to Herefordshire. I don't have enough positive things to say about the staff - they are incredibly professional, genuinely caring and dedicated individuals. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that both my kids have always felt welcomed, safe, and nurtured. The relationships that my kids have with their key workers in particular are phenominal! The effort and enthusiasm that the team puts into organising activities and celebrating special events are truly commendable (mother's day breakfast, the sports day afternoon etc) - the children are engaged, learning and having a great time, and means as parents we feel incredibly connected to the staff and other parents. The nursery's facilities are excellent and they spend loads of time in the garden which is great If I could pick up Millwood House and all their staff and take them with us I would!

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was about 9 months old and it is clear that the nursery has had a very positive effect on her development. She is always so excited to attend and see those that work there. All the staff are kind and clearly very passionate about what they do. We couldn't be happier for our daughter to attend Millwood House Day Nursery.

Our daughter has been extremely well-cared for in the baby room. The staff all clearly care very much about the children and always meet you with a smile. One staff member in particular clearly leads a strong team and our daughter seems very happy during her days there. She seems to do a whole range of activities, especially lots of arts and crafts. We would recommend the baby room to anyone looking for a great team of staff to look after their number one asset!

Our 2 year old loves going to nursery, he's constantly occupied with so much to do. He has built trusting relationships with the staff, and many of the children who attend. His confidence has flourished since starting the nursery in October 2024. As parents we are so pleased we found Millwood House Nursery. We always receive a welcoming greeting from all the staff. Our son is given back to us with a fresh clean face, appropriate clothing, and a smile..what more can we ask for. During the Christmas period our son was very poorly. The staff were so supportive, with kind words, gestures and surprisingly making adjustments to the Nursery arrangements. On return, the staff continued to communicate with us regarding our sons wellbeing throughout his day. We could continue to express our gratitude in the standard of care Millwood House has provided our family with, but its probably best, if anyone has the chance, to attend there in person. What a great site. Keep up the good work guys.

Our family has had an incredible experience at Millwood House Nursery. From the start, the care and dedication of the nursery staff has been clear. Both of our boys have thrived here, growing in confidence, creativity, and happiness thanks to the nurturing environment. The outdoor space is a standout feature- our boys have loved their outdoor adventures, which have enhanced their learning and play. The staff's ability to create magical, engaging experiences in such a beautiful setting is unmatched. The nursery's efforts to involve parents have been amazing, with the Christmas show and visit from Santa being recent highlights. The thoughtful party bags and personalised presents show the care and attention to detail that make Millwood House feel like family. Leaving Millwood House is bittersweet, and we'll cherish the memories forever. We can't recommend it highly enough- it's an exceptional place that has given our boys the best possible start. Thank you to everyone at Millwood House!

My kids have been in Millwood House Day Nursery for 3 years, and my experience has been wonderful from day dot. The staff is fully invested in your kids and works on their behaviour and learning. At Millwood House Day Nursery they have a beautiful back garden, fully secured with lots of activities to do, and the best is they encourage kids to be out in fresh air and be more active. My kids love going to their nursery.

I could not be happier with Millwood House Day Nursery, my son has come on leaps and bounds since being there and surprises me most days with things he has learnt. The staff are friendly and great with the children.

Both my children have attended Millwood House and both have enjoyed going. The butterfly room has amazing staff who are always caring, compassionate, but most of all fun! The kids have such a great time whilst they are there. The activities are endless and the huge garden and outside space is brilliant for them in the summer.

Millwood has been the best choice we made. We looked around at other nurseries but the care, the outside space and overall facilities made us choose them. Since my son has been going there (7 months old for 1 day a week and 5 days a week since 9 months old) he has grown and learnt so much. The staff are amazing, keep us updated daily, caring and make me feel like they are an extended part of our family with how well they care for my son. My mum's guilt is definitely less knowing that he loves it there (runs in every day without looking back at me) and that they treat him so well. Couldn’t ask for a better nursery and staff.

Millwood House Day Nursery is highly recommended. Its staff are some of the best we have come across with their experience and care they show for the children. Our son runs into nursery and comes out happy, having had great time in a fantastic environment.

My second experience with Millwood is very different from the first. Since my child has left to start reception I have emailed twice to share my feedback. Neither email was replied to, I even emailed to ask if my email had been received, but nothing. In my opinion the quality of staffing has deteriorated. My son did the same activities pretty much every session. The preschool room was more playtime and no learning for school readiness (unlike my first child's experience). I came back to this nursery because of the experience I had with my first child. Sadly my 2nd experience was not the same.

Both of my children have been at Millwood House Day Nursery and have had an excellent experience there. I trust them completely to have the best interest of my child at heart. Equal measures of being inside and learning and going to the garden to have experiences. I feel the staff have prepared my children for school. Would highly recommend the nursery.

Words cannot express how satisfied I am. The girls are really polite and professional and have a really good nature. I don’t have anything negative to say and I’ll recommend this to all friends and family. My son is really happy here, always smiling and giggling.

Lovely nursery. Brilliant staff. My son has loved it since starting and has settled in very quickly. My son has additional needs, and the nursery couldn't have been better with taking this on, especially as they have never had a child with his needs before. I couldn't be more grateful as I was so nervous to send him.

What a really wonderful nursery and fantastic staff. I was apprehensive about going back to work and my daughter settling as she is extremely clingy and family also have trouble keeping her from becoming increasingly upset if I leave her. She settled really quickly and has developed some lovely bonds with the staff in her room. She loves it and happily waves me off in the mornings. Staff are really caring and affectionate with her and it's reassuring to see how much they care and go the extra mile when she's out of sorts but not poorly enough to stay at home, which has been a lot as you can imagine when kids start nursery at first! Couldn't wish for a better nursery.

Millwood House Day Nursery has an amazing bunch of staff members who welcome children with open arms and who go the extra mile to help us parents raise well rounded and loved individuals. Our son truly thinks of Millwood House as his second home. I could not recommend this nursery more.

My daughter has attended Millwood House Day Nursery for 3 and a half years and not only has she really enjoyed her time there, but she has also developed so much in her communication, confidence and caring. The staff have been fantastic - setting a mix of nurturing, learning and discipline in the right balance. My daughter is very well prepared for school - although will miss everyone at Millwood House very much!

A fantastic homely nursery with a whole team of friendly staff who care so much for the children they look after. The team in the baby unit worked hard to help my daughter settle in as quickly as possible which really put my mind at rest. The garden is a lovely space for the children to play in which is a bonus as our daughter loves being outside as much as possible. I can't recommend Millwood House highly enough. Thank you to a very dedicated and hardworking team!

Both of my children have attended Millwood House Day Nursery since they were one and two. They have grown in confidence a great deal since then. The nursery has a lovely community feel to it. The children have plenty of time to explore outdoors in the huge garden and are always kept busy with different events and activities each day! I cannot put into words how grateful I am to all of the staff at the nursery. Thank you so much!
