The nursery have done brilliantly preparing my son for school. My worry was that he wouldn't have the necessary social or writing skills before the big challenge of school. However, the staff reassured me and were outstanding with him, they used his interests and incorporated it in play - before I know
it he was writing his name and his vocabulary had improved drastically. I am so grateful to the team who have provided my son with such a memorable and happy experience.

The nursery staff took the time to listen to me and the way in which I wanted my son to be cared for, for example it was very important for me that he wasn't left to cry to sleep and that sleep was based on his needs rather than the nurseries ease and timetable.
The manager and staff are very approachable
and have been incredibly patient and supportive when I felt very anxious at the start. Again, now as he is preparing to transition to toddler room, the staff have provided continuous updates until I felt secure that he was okay and settled. Now my son is twenty months old he absolutely loves going to nursery, he runs out as happy as ever, he is delighted to see the carers in the baby room and his key worker. He tells me the names of his friends, eats delicious meals cooked by their very friendly chef and I can see his confidence with social interactions and play increased daily. It is such a relief to know he is safe and happy whilst I am at work. Thank you to all of the staff.

The most amazing nursery in Marlow. I highly recommend Childcare 4 U! After moving to Marlow I have visited several nurseries and struggled to find the right place for my children! I was so happy when I discovered Childcare 4 U. Both of my children love the environment provided by lovely staff and most
importantly they absolutely love the food!
I have been extremely pleased with the kindness of the staff and the care they are providing.

I'm always amazed at the wonderful things my grandchild is learning from nursery. Their imagination is lovely and whenever we go to the park she is always seeing her friends and loves seeing her staff. She always has a smile on her face and we love the cards she makes us. It’s the small things they

Our daughter has been attending Childcare 4U Marlow for 2 years and the care, love, guidance and support they provide for her and us as parents, is second to none. They are very flexible and accommodating when required and at pick up each evening our daughter is always smiling and enthusiastic with
stories of her day. There is a huge sense of Childcare4U Marlow being one big family and the staff always seem very happy to be there. The food menu is also very varied and sounds delicious! In an ideal world, the nursery would have additional outdoor space and garden facilities, but this would appear to not really be possible with its location, and I believe the staff do take the children to the park on occasion when its possible to do so. Overall we would absolutely recommend Childcare 4U Marlow as a childcare provider, and a big thank you to all the staff.

I'm really happy with the care my niece receives, she's built up lovely bonds with all her carers and whenever I come to collect her or drop her off the staff are so welcoming and always give me such positive and detailed feedback about her day. Extremely happy with the nursery.

We have had 2 children at Childcare 4 U Marlow and really enjoy the care both of them have been given. The staff are great and very supportive.
I do feel however the extra activities have gone down a lot. Our daughter was offered far more than what we have now, ie. library visits, cooking, river visits
etc.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter's confidence has gone from strength to strength. The staff always relay honest feedback from her day and genuinely care about her happiness, health and development. The nursery has also been exceptionally accommodating with her intolerance.

Childcare 4 U is a lovely, welcoming and friendly nursery. My name is Gary, and I’m delighted to introduce myself as the Nursery Manager here at Childcare4u Marlow. I have over 20 years of experience in the childcare sector, and I still find it just as rewarding today as when I first started. Seeing children’s faces light up as they explore, discover, and learn new things is one of the best parts of my job.


I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children can thrive — and where parents, staff, and children all work together in partnership. Building strong relationships and open communication is at the heart of everything I do, ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in their learning and development journey.

Hello, my name is Courtney, and I have been part of childcare4u for 11 years. I began my journey here as an apprentice and, through dedication and ongoing learning, have worked my way up to my current role as deputy manager. Along the way, I have gained valuable experience as a Room Leader, trained as a SENCO, and am now working towards my Forest School qualification.


I am passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. Watching children grow, learn and discover their unique potential is the most rewarding part of what I do, and I feel very fortunate to play such an important role in their early years.


I am equally committed to supporting families and working closely with our team to ensure that every child’s journey with us is filled with care, encouragement and opportunities.
