Child First Aylesbury Nursery

Genuinely caring and engaged staff. Lots of age appropriate activities. The entrance to the nursery site is dangerous for pedestrians with cars frequently manoeuvring/parked on the pavement.

Great nursery! My son is developing very quickly since joining, and I feel confident that he is in a safe and caring environment. The staff organise many great activities every day that support learning and development. It's wonderful to see how much he enjoys going there and how much progress he is making.

Its been 1 month since my daughter has started nursery and I feel so thankful for all the staff. They made me feel at ease when dropping my daughter off and I am so glad my daughter goes to this nursery - the best ever! They all work so hard and are always so cheerful - thank you so much!

We are extremely happy with our experience at Child First nursery, the staff are extremely kind and conscientious and our daughter has really come out of her shell since starting here. The staff have taken time to learn about what makes our daughter happy and always make time to chat to parents to update them about the day. We love that all the staff know our daughter by name. They also manage to get her to nap and eat better than she does at home! Would highly recommend the nursery and feel that our daughter is very safe and looked after here.

After a very upsetting experience with a child minder, we are incredibly grateful to have found Child First Nursery. My son absolutely loves going to nursery ad is thriving with the help of such wonderful, kind and caring staff. They provided so much support and understanding during the first few weeks of transitioning into the setting, to both me and my son, and I'm always greeted by updates on how he has been that day. Thank you Child First Nursery for helping my little one love his childcare setting.

Good experience of activities which help with development. Staff are lovely with children, great relationship and knowledge, looking after safety for kids. Children are well fed. No issues or concerns.

My daughter attended the nursery around 2 1/2 years ago and I would say it has made improvements since then.

They have made it very easy for me to feel comfortable leaving my children for the day.

My son started this nursery last week so still fairly new but so far it's been amazing, the staff are lovely. My son is always excited to see them when going in. Only thing I could say that needs improvement, is updates on the app on what he has been doing in the day and what he has eaten other than that I have nothing bad to say about the nursery.

I find the Child First Aylesbury Nursery very attentive to my child and they have always fed back at the end of the day thoroughly, with detail. I find the environment very 'homely' compared to some other nurseries that I looked at.

Good, clean nursery and my son does enjoy attending. Inside is a bit dark, with barely any windows compared to the preschool which is very light and spacious. They don't update the parenting app much so every time I collect him I have to ask them if he's eaten etc and how he's been!

We put our 1-year-old in this setting late last year and soon realised we had to move our child out asap. The state of cleanliness is appalling which is one of the primary requirements of any decent childcare environment. We regularly saw dried poo, sand and dirt on baby changing mats. They never checked children for soiled nappies and would only change at set times. I always promptly complained to the staff and manager but no serious action was taken. My child developed an acute bacterial infection due to this and had to be on antibiotics for days. The management was quite rude at times and was not receptive to constructive feedback, not passing clear processes to staff. The staff was hardly seen engaged interactively with the children when we went to pick ours up in the evenings and were more concerned about updating the app than checking on the children's well-being. The time with Child First Nursery was a nightmare for my child and us, even just a few months were quite stressful to endure.

A fantastic nursery which my daughter has enjoyed attending. The staff are amazing and the management team are very helpful. It's been lovely to watch her grow and learn and become so confident.
