Partou Bambinos Day Nursery & Pre-school

I am so happy we found Bambino Nursery for our toddler. It really gives you peace of mind when you know your little one is happy at Nursery. Especially for my kid who used to cry at least once at her previous nursery, it's a delight for us to see her smiling every day when we go to pick her up. Except for one time, when her friend was not in and she said that she missed playing with her. During her last settling session, my little one told me that she fell off a bike and cried, but when immediately one of the staff picked her up and comforted her by singing her favourite ABC song, she felt better. It's this friendly staff, large play area and garden that makes it a wonderful place for little ones.

A caring, nurturing environment with great stimuli for children’s learning. I have sent all 3 of my children here and they have been so happy and loved and looked forward to going to nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Bambino Day Nursery has been fantastic for both of our children. Each age room is spacious and has a playground for just that age. One advantage over other nurseries is that 3 months to walking and walking to two years are in separate rooms. The field for playing, allotment, nature trail and pond are a real bonus and a highlight for our children. The majority of staff have been at Bambinos for many years and are incredibly dedicated and caring. Bambinos has provided great opportunities for playing, learning and interacting with our children.

They have been nothing but so helpfully with my son. Also, I get help with everything that my son feels he needs.

My son attended Bambino's from age 6 months and left this year due to attending school and my 18-month-old daughter has been there since she was 9 months old. Bambino's has fantastic facilities, I don't know any other nursery that has its own field for the children to play in during the warmer months, and an allotment that the children help to look after. The staff are very warm and caring and I know they have a fantastic time while they are there. I looked at other nurseries when we moved home but stayed with Bambino's as the others just didn't come close.

My 19 month old absolutely loves Bambino. Sometimes he gets upset at drop off but staff have great methods to make this as easy as possible and he is often happy again by the time I've got down the corridor. Choosing a nursery was a hard decision when I returned to work and Bambino was definitely the right choice. He settled quickly and the team are so loving and attentive to the children (to the point they all know his name) in a short space of time my little boy's confidence and development has grown tenfold. Communication with parents is excellent making me feel assured that he's very well cared and this will only get better with the new online system that's coming. I also like the personalised approach to learning and play, with the children's interests from home incorporated into their planning. The nursery is always very clean, the rooms are lovely and the resources are engaging and have just been updated, plus the children spend alot of time in the plentiful and amazing outdoor spaces.

My daughter joined in September when she turned 1 as I had to return to work and I have already seen such a positive difference in her. Every morning when I drop her off she is so excited to see the nursery staff, she reaches out for them and happily waves goodbye to me. The nursery staff have established good relationships with my daughter, particularly her key worker, who demonstrates endless enthusiasm and kindness towards her. The facilities are always clean, well organised and they have a large choice of excellent quality resources to play with. The nursery management is very approachable and has excellent communication with parents. They also know each child by name and have time to talk to them throughout the day. I feel relieved to have found a nursery that provides my daughter with such a safe and stimulating learning environment with enthusiastic and caring staff. A place where my daughter is so excited to go and play every day.

Fantastic nursery environment. The staff are attentive and caring. The rooms indoor and outdoor space are well equipped and cared for. My son has developed and learnt so much since attending Bambino Day Nursery (Terriers). We couldn't be happier with our choice.

The team at Bambino Day Nursery (Terriers) are fabulous from the top down. They are all easy to talk to, take time to discuss my children at drop off and pick up and both of my children have always been happy to go to them for comfort, fun including the office team. They get to know the children as individuals and adapt their approach accordingly. The children are given access to a wide variety of activities, games, songs and learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors, within a loving and supportive environment.

This is a lovely and extremely friendly nursery. My little girl has flourished since joining and loves every day going to see all her friends and she includes the staff in that statement.

She is constantly learning and kept entertained - I would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been happy with the care that our boy has received. He always comes home excited and keen to tell us what he has been up to during the day. There is a good variety of food.

The nursery provides a safe, fun and stimulating environment for my daughter. The staff are so supportive and my daughter just loves going to nursery and all the activities she does there - I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

A dedicated team who clearly love my son and are professional about their jobs. Fantastic and unique. Outside space where children can have great adventures. The manager and senior team, in particular, are exceptional at their jobs. Great fresh homemade food. My son is always delighted to arrive in the morning.

Now my other two sons attend the nursery two days a week. All staff in the nursery know the names of my children and their personalities. If they are having a tricky morning, a caring cuddle & kind words are always on offer. I can't really ask for any more! The food is fresh & fabulous - my son's favourite activity is veg picking in the field. The newsletter is great, as is all communication. The nursery has been particularly accommodating with me switching or adding days at short notice, which has been hugely appreciated. Throughout the year the nursery has several events: Mother's Day/Father's Day breakfasts, Christmas show (brilliant!), graduation party, Easter bonnet parade. We love them all!

Very happy with the transition process settling our child into nursery. Staff are very helpful and our son has a great time when he is at Bambinos. Feel happy that he is left in safe capable hands in a stimulating, caring environment.

Bambino Day Nursery at Terriers does a fantastic job of looking after our three children.

The care given to all children attending this nursery and the respect shown towards parents is of a consistently high level.

Staff and management are very approachable and professional. The atmosphere is always welcoming and my wife and I have no concerns about our children's welfare at this nursery.

I have been using this nursery since 2016 for both my children. I think they do such a wonderful job at Bambinos. It was the first and only nursery I looked at, the staff are wonderful, kind and warm and I knew instinctively that this was the 'one'. I didn’t need to look any further. I had found a nursery where not only would my children thoroughly enjoy their time there but also as a parent I was reassured that I was leaving them with people who had their best interests and welfare at heart.

My daughter is extremely happy at Bambinos and loves her time there. She has a very special bond with all the staff that work in her room and they all know and understand her very well. Every day she is learning more and more and constantly surprises me with the stuff she is learning.
