Great staff and great environment. Both my little ones really enjoy their days at nursery. Everyone is very helpful and always updated on the kids development and how they are getting on. Very happy overall.

Busy Bees Nursery has helped my child become more independent, confident and have really supported him during toilet training. The staff are approachable, friendly and will always try to help where they can. The nursery has had a fresh makeover too. Definitely recommend the nursery.

I am very disappointed with the nursery. The service has declined drastically for the past couple of months. No accountability is taken from the caretakers. They are understaffed with an over the capacity room. Multiple conversations and complaints has been made with no improvement, only very defensive replies.

Fantastic nursery service, lovely teachers and fun activities- my child loves attending nursery and I feel reassured that she's having the best day every day . From age 1 I have had a great experience with my child attending busy bees full time - she is confident, eager to learn and has developed great social skills. Teachers are lovely and kind - never had any concerns.

Busy Bees Woodley is an amazing nursery! My little one has very quickly adjusted to nursery with the help of the amazing team, he is happy and settled, he's able to explore and develop with themed activities provided on a daily basis, the updates are great and frequent on the nursery app, the staff are wonderful and friendly and overall I am extremely impressed, thank you Busy Bees Woodley! :)

The facility is well maintained, hygienic and secured for the kids. The staff is always welcoming and professional. They will help you with any queries about your child's progress. Overall I would highly recommend this nursery for all the new parents.

Allergy awareness is spot on and I am confident with their protocols.

The updates on the app give us a good idea of the structure of their day and what activities they’ve been doing so we can ask questions about her day. A notoriously picky eater at home, I always like to read what she eats at Busy Bees!

Most importantly, everybody who works at Busy Bees Woodley has a great relationship with the children and works hard to deliver the best for each individual child. Everybody knows all the children, and they are treated as individuals, making leaving our little one at nursery a lot easier. I trust that the nursery staff will always do their best for each child and their individual needs.

We are really impressed with the wide range of activities that are set up daily with our child’s interests, which he not only enjoys immensely but also encourages learning. We especially love seeing the daily updates and observations of our son on the app and how happy he is. One of the things we are really impressed with is how important dates and events are celebrated in the nursery that encourages diversity and inclusion, as same-sex parents this is so reassuring to see and it’s fantastic that our son understands that families come in many varieties.

We have nothing but good things to say about Busy Bees and all the staff. We appreciate how well you communicate with us parents and our favourite part of the day is receiving updates on the app about what our little one is up to. We also feel very informed about her day and every little bump is recorded and communicated to parents. We feel that she is extremely safe. Even during periods of sickness, extreme heat waves, Covid outbreaks, etc, Busy Bees always worked with us to find alternatives and we never felt like we had just no childcare options. Her development has exploded since starting nursery and we feel like key workers do a great job in tracking her development (in observations) and also coming up with cool sensory activities. There is a big focus on sensory activities, spending time outdoors. Motor, problem solving and language and literacy skills are also a key focus. Highly recommend Busy Bees Woodley and the lovely staff!

Overall we find Busy Bees Woodley to be a great setting for our son.

Our little boy has thrived since he has started and absolutely loves going to nursery. The team are attentive to all of his needs and have really taken the time to get to know him. They are all-round superstars.

Overall- We are overwhelmed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff, our child is developing and having a great time. We highly recommend Busy Bees.

Our son has been at Busy Bees Woodley since December 2015 and loves it! Even when we are at home he will talk about the staff and his little friends to us. All the staff engage with him in such a caring manner and show a genuine interest in him. If we see staff out and about at weekends they will always stop and say hello which is lovely. He continues to flourish every day, the variety and number of different activities that the staff do with them is fantastic. They always find new, engaging and imaginative ideas for the children to do and well thought out hand/footprint pictures and cards for different events. We love the use of ParentZone to allow us an insight into his day, especially the pictures and videos that are put up throughout the day which we can then share with our family. It is also great that the progress review is now electronic as this means we can save a copy and take with us to development meetings or to share with family.

All staff make my daughter feel welcome in the nursery and any problems/concerns have been resolved in a professional manner.

My daughter is now in the 3-5 class and I am particularly impressed with the work and activities which have been on offer for the children to encourage their development (familiarity with clocks and fun science experiments - building volcanoes and drawing pictures, building lava lamps and talking about them). My daughter often has so much to say when I collect her from nursery.

When my son (now aged six) used to attend Busy Bees they identified that he was shy as an area of development and boosted his confidence by introducing him to a talk time bag. This encouraged other children to talk to him when he was too shy to.

The manager is proactively involved in all the rooms by holding regular reviews to improve each room. The manager also takes parents suggestions on board (where possible) when holding reviews which provides great reassurance.
