Happitots Day Nursery

The best thing about Happitots is the staff. They're all so great at reassuring us as parents and making us feel like they really care about our little one. The App is great for functional updates (when it's working!) and we love the observations (would love more but appreciate they take time!). What would be great is more info about what they do in their day - French/singing/painting as we don't hear much on this so it's hard to score below. I don't doubt the team are doing a great job though. Maybe a parents evening would be good! We would whole-heartedly recommend the team and nursery!

Our child is cared for and clearly enjoys being at nursery and has connected with all the staff which is great to see.

For the first few drop-offs, there were a few tears (from me as well as our daughter) but the staff really reassured me and was happy for me to call as much as I needed. Fast forward 10 weeks and my daughter will willingly go for a cuddle with members of staff and waves goodbye to me.

My daughter has been going to Happitots since October 2017 and she absolutely loves it. She instantly settled in a couple of days and looks forward to going there every day which is the most important thing for me as a mother. The staff are lovely and always ready to help. The regular updates and observations on the parent zone app is a great addition to have!

Our daughter currently attends the preschool and we can already see the brilliant effect that Happitots is having on her development. The staff’s interaction with the children is fantastic and they are always welcoming, friendly and positive. It is clear to see that the staff truly care for the children and I couldn’t recommend Happitots highly enough.

Friendly staff, welcoming and very happy. Children always happy including my own. Colourful environment (displays). SO happy with my son's development, he comes home telling me what he has been doing/learning.

We've had 3 children attend Happitots and they've all been extremely happy, well looked after and learned all sorts of things.

We are 100% happy with Happitots. Our son is always happy from what we see on the portal and his development is obvious from what we see at home. He loves the staff - especially the male member of staff - and my wife and I think having a male member of staff is great as it gives our son a male influence.

Happitots is an excellent nursery. My daughter attends 4-5 days/week and always comes home saying she's had 'lots and lots of fun'! The staff are all friendly and professional, they engage with the children and involve them in lots of developmental activities.

My daughter has been at Happitots for nearly three months now and she loves it. The staff are all really caring and you can see that they genuinely love the children and really take pride in their jobs. Helping the children to learn and explore. They do lots of activities and even learn some French (before she's even talking.) She regularly comes home in different clothes, usually the sign of a good day playing in sand/water/garden and she is always happy and full of smiles when I drop her off and pick her up. Would happily recommend to anyone.

The staff that I have dealt with have all been so lovely and helpful. It's really great getting the email update everyday.

Great nursery with lovely, attentive and caring staff that my son adores. We have already seen so much he has learnt from being there.

Our son has been at Happitots Day Nursery for 10 months now and is very happy there! He is excited when we drop him in the morning and wants to stay and play when I come to collect him. The staff always communicate with us if they have any questions and when they felt he was ready for a change. I feel that sending our son to nursery has greatly supported his social development. I never worry about leaving our son as I know he is happy and safe.
