Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery

I am very happy with the nursery and especially his key workers.

The staff at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery are friendly when giving feedback at the end of the day and when on the phone. They greet my child with enthusiasm in the mornings which helps him with settling in. They are fantastic at replying to emails and are very helpful in answering my many questions. It seems that they are trying different methods of feedback, moving away from sticky labels to whiteboards explaining what children have done during the day. I feel this shows that they are willing to adapt and work towards finding what’s best for all involved.

Overall good experience, my child enjoys their days at the nursery. I'd like to see and know more about education or learning through play, how discipline is carried out and monthly next steps to work on at home.

Fantastic nursery, great facilities and range of activities and the best staff. Both my children have been at the nursery from age one to leaving for school. The staff really know and care about the children, the approach is nurturing and fun and the kids learn so much without even realising it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and feel sad that my son will be leaving soon! The nursery has given my kids a truly great start in the early years setting. Well done to the manager and the team!

I am very pleased with the provision and care that Kiddie's Cabin Day Nursery provide for my daughter. In particular, I think the settling in sessions that the nursery offer are excellent and really allow for your child to form a lovely bond with their keyworker before they start. I feel that every member of staff knows and cares about my child. I also think Kiddie's Cabin excels at providing a community base for new parents through the coffee mornings and fetes that they run, which helps parents and children feel they are part of a community and benefit from the support that provides. The Outdoor space is excellent and my daughter comes out happy every day. The staff are excellent at communicating with parents and very approachable and I feel I am very well informed about my daughter's day. Thank you Kiddie's Cabin!

My daughter started at Kiddies' Cabin in April of this year and is loving It. At just over a year old, I expected tears and clinginess, but she has settled and is very happy with her key worker and all the other ladies in the nursery!

In my opinion, this is the best day nursery in Maidenhead. My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and soon he will be graduating to go to school. He has got the best care from all the staff and his key carers. He has learned and developed so many skills during his time there and made a lot of good friends. Being a parent we got all our requirements fulfilled and we made new connections and friends. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Our daughter absolutely loves Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery and is always excited to go. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. We have recently started potty training and it hasn’t been straight forward to say the least and they’ve been super patient and motivated us to not give up. It provides us with such comfort that that she seems confident and happy there. Thank you!

My son started at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery at aged nine months in November 2020. He settled in really well due to the care and attention provided and is really thriving there. The staff are really friendly, supportive and the facilities, in particular the garden are perfect for the children. The range of activities planned each day seem to really engage the children and it's great that they spend lots of the outdoors.

My son has really flourished since joining Kiddies’ Cabin Day Nursery earlier this year. His confidence with singing has improved so much and he regularly surprises me with new songs and rhymes he has learned at nursery. He is also more adventurous with climbing, jumping and swinging. He loves attending nursery and looks forward to his time there. Would highly recommend Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery as a place to grow and flourish.

Excellent facilities and members of staff. My little boy adores his key workers and looks forward to days at nursery. Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery made potty training a breeze for us as first time parents. We’re given lots of creative art work each week, this never happened in his previous nursery.The staff have been really sensible the last thirteen months, making life just a little bit more like normal during the pandemic. Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery kept in touch over the national lockdown and provided activities when the nurseries couldn’t open. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery enough. I find the staff to be so caring and that they are really committed to getting to know your child individually and helping them develop. The facilities that the children can enjoy are great and the outdoor space is amazing!

My son has attended Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery in Maidenhead for the last two years. I am so happy I chose this nursery for him as I cannot fault them in any way. Management are amazing and every single staff member shows so much care for each and every child. My son has progressed so much and found his love of singing through the nursery! Throughout lockdown in 2020 we received regular emails from the nursery with activities to do and general updates on the nursery. This was so important for us as a family as we didn't want our son to think that he wasn't going back and these emails really helped. I would one hundred percent recommend Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery in Maidenhead to anyone.

We moved to Maidenhead from London in December 2020 and our children, daughter aged four and son aged two have been at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery since then. The nursery has been so welcoming and supportive of our kids, especially during what has been a very difficult time through the winter lockdown. They both settled in really quickly and have gone from strength to strength thanks to the care and kindness of all of the staff. They really enjoy their days at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery and are always full of tales of all the fun things they have done. We are so grateful to all the team for looking after them so well.

After three years at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery we couldn't be more grateful for the positive and nurturing environment that they have provided for our daughter. I am ever hopeful that as one daughter leaves for primary school, our other daughter will get a place and we will have a few more years to enjoy it still. We have been through all four classes at Kiddies' Cabin Day Nursery, having started when our daughter was one. The induction experience was second to none, she settled so easily with the offer of regular sessions in advance of her start date and by the time I started work I didn't need to worry about tears at drop off any more. We love the flexibility of staff to children's needs such as naps, the fresh air decking that she can access all day and the tailoring of activities to her age and ability, particularly noticeable in Bluebells and prepping her for school. We also love the offering of external activities such as music and dance classes and the relationships and fondness my daughter has developed for her carers in all classes. We just love it all!
