Western Elms Day Nursery

I also liked the fact that it is not a big nursery, set in a semi-detached house, so it felt almost like a home away from home. It was a very good transition to a bigger space/school afterwards.

The staff are always very friendly, welcoming, informative and always address the children in a caring manner. I have always address the children in a caring manner. I have always felt completely confident leaving my children in their care knowing they are safe, loved and well looked after. This is a fantastic nursery.

Very good nursery. Could improve further in many areas, but overall very good. They have some good staff, and yes I would recommend this nursery.

I believe choosing Western Elms Day Nursery for my daughter was the best decision I could have made! I want to thank all the staff for being so caring, thoughtful, attentive and loving to the children. I especially appreciate an individual approach that they show to every kid. My daughter comes from a foreign country and had problems with English initially. During her 6 months stay in Western Elms, she progressed enormously and is now ready to go to school.

I find this nursery brilliant. Staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful. My children are happy to come to nursery and share their experiences after every session.

My daughter was coming from different country without speaking English at all. Since she started nursery she has developed very good English talking, understanding (maybe more than talking), sharing toys with kids. My and my wife are very pleased with all her learning.

My son has attended this nursery since he was just 6 months old, he is nearly 4 years now. This nursery is brilliant from the baby room to the pre school room I cannot praise them enough. All the staff clearly adore children and work closely with each child building a strong relationship. My son has always had a key worker so they monitor his progress and update you regularly with a parents evening. They have a lovely cook who cooks tasty fresh food and they even get the children involved with cooking and baking. The owner is very passionate about her work and is hands on with the children. The manager is amazing and also hands on in the rooms. I have always felt comfortable leaving my son here, it's actually been like a second home to him. His current key worker was amazing and I cannot thank her enough. The key worker in the baby room always made it that little bit easier leaving my son at such a young age. I cannot praise them all enough!!! The premises are nice, spacious and clean.

We would like to say a big thank you to the whole team and would without hesitation place our son back with them when our circumstances change.
