My daughter attended Wigwam for almost two and a half years. On her final day, there were lots of tears as she didn't want to leave! She absolutely loved her time here, and it was always reassuring knowing she was in safe hands and having a fun day. I'd really recommend it.

My little one attended the preschool here and loved it. The staff were so lovely and friendly and always welcomed him with a smile. He came home every day, full of stories of fun games and activities, as well as lots of sand from the sand pit. Always the sign of a good day. They aided the transition
to school really well, talking about it early and continuing with what he could expect and teaching them all the basics he would need. We would definitely recommend The Wigwam preschool!

My daughter joined the nursery when she was a year old and now she has turned 4. Time flies and it’s so hard to say goodbye. I highly recommend this nursery to everyone and of course, if we decided to have a second child, this would definitely be the nursery that my children would be in. I want to say
a huge thanks to the manager who manages the nursery so well. This makes us feel secure, as parents, that our children are in good hands and they keep us updated with everything. Also, I want to mention all the staff, thank you so much for taking care of my daughter and for your patience and especially the communication in the past 3 years as this is so important to us. Please keep doing what you do guys as you are brilliant.

The staff are just amazing, very kind and caring, very supportive and understanding. The kids are well looked after and always go in and come out happy. The staff always check in on days my child’s not there to make sure she’s doing alright. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this nursery for my little
girl and have always been happy to send her.

We chose Wigwam Day Nursery because of the nice, family feel it offered and we are so glad we did. It has a wonderful nurturing environment and the staff is very helpful and skilled in working with the kids and looking after their individual needs. My son has thrived, both physically and mentally at
Wigwam and I credit his carers for all their hard work, especially, his carer since the beginning.

The Wigwam is honestly the best thing that has happened for our family, it has given me the confidence to go back to work because I am so sure my son is in safe hands. He has developed so much since going and genuinely loves arriving each morning. His carers are adored by us, as parents and him and
earn their title because they unequivocally care about him. So many fun activities happen daily, he is offered good and healthy food and they listen to what works and doesn't for our son. I couldn't give the place higher praise.

My son started to attend Wigwam nursery this year and it has been an amazing journey. This nursery definitely has a family vibe. Friendly and supportive staff who always greet you with a smile. Professional nursery teachers who have been so great with my son. I have only good things to say about Wigwam.
My only wish is I wish I had found you earlier. Thank you to all the staff.

We chose Wigwam because it had a strong family feel to it and because of its progressive views of early education, and we are very happy with our choice. Especially in these difficult times, the response and support from the nursery and management have been excellent. We feel confident that our daughter
is safe and well provided for when it comes to her physical, emotional, and developmental needs. The management and staff are receptive to feedback and concerns from parents, not only reacting to our messages but actively following up with us to assure that things have been resolved. The app is used well to ensure good communication with parents, and we appreciate the detailed descriptions, photos, and videos of our daughter to get more visibility into her activities at Wigwam. Despite working under challenging circumstances, we'd like to extend our deep gratitude to the staff and manager for taking sure good care of our daughter and giving her that comfortable sense of normality.

We are very satisfied by The Wigwam nursery. Our little daughter seems so happy here; she eats very well, and she is always in a good mood when we pick her up. It is not a very big nursery, so it has this family feel. The staff is very attentive, and the communication between staff and parents is very
good. We would highly recommend it!

Fantastic and hardworking staff. Very accommodative. The staff keep you informed of all the progress your child makes. Polite and takes time to explain things to your understanding. I will choose this nursery again if I have to.

My daughter and I hadn’t been apart for more than two hours, and I was so nervous about starting nursery as she didn’t like being around anyone unless I was there. Soon as we got there she didn’t cry and settled in really good and loves going there and now doesn’t want to know me when we get to the
front door; she even helped pushed the door close the other day. I get compliments on how smart and great her speech is, and it’s since she’s started nursery my daughter comes out of her shell completely.

My daughter started her nursery this August at age of 2.5 years and she has never been to nursery before. She had just moved to the UK from India and everything looked different to her then - the people, language, the food and the place. I personally feel the staff at nursery did a great job of helping
her settle into the new environment. My little girl is so happy and energetic in the morning to go to the nursery and even in the evening when I pick her up. She has bonded very well with some of the staff in her group. She has picked up English very well in the last two months considering we speak a second language at home, as well as her capacity to interact in English with us and other kids have improved. I highly recommend the nursery.

My son started in this nursery when he was just a year old. He was in the baby's room for a year - the best part of the babies room was the sleeping arrangement in the garden, so unique. My son enjoyed it a lot. Then he moved to the toddler's room where he had fun with his French and dance classes and
lastly to the preschool room. During these 4 years there were lots of challenges with my son but the nursery always supported us in every way. The carers are amazing, trustworthy and friendly. The nursery is like my second home and I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Wigwam Team!!

My son has been at the Wigwam Day Nursery for several years now. I've always found the nursery to be very welcoming and they encourage parents to come in and spend time there. I have been fortunate enough to be able to go in to share cultural and craft activities with the children. Most recently I went
in to read a book about the first Thanksgiving and help the children to make their own mini turkeys. The nursery has been making a shift towards the children experiencing more natural materials. Every morning when I drop my son off, I notice the garden has been set up with many wonderful activities using natural materials. The emphasis on outdoor learning has fostered a real love and curiosity of nature in my son. The staff are highly creative and caring. They take the time to check in with me at the beginning and end of the day and are willing to help work through the challenges my son may exhibit.

My daughters both love Wigwam and have a good bond with staff. The option to book in until seven and have Saturday morning nursery sessions on an ad hoc basis is very useful as a working parent. Staff are flexible and supportive.

My son started at Wigwam when he was 11 months old, and continued on to 4 years old before he started school. He started on 3 days a week and we increased this to 4 days in his last year. Before we joined the nursery, I met the key staff and visited a session, one of the team came to meet me at home
to see my son. He settled very quickly, the staff were kind and caring. I was reassured that they would care for him and make sure he enjoyed every day. He joined in the dancing and french lessons. He loved playing on the indoor climbing frame and he napped outside in a covered buggy. He made some good friends and couldn't wait to see them every day. He loved the outdoor play area. The nursery has its own kitchen and he had all his meals there. He never came home hungry and loved sitting at the table with the other children. The nursery is very good at matching key workers and children. One of the reasons I chose Wigwam was the wide experience of the team. We were very happy, sad to leave.

I am very pleased with the choice we made regarding the nursery for our son. During the 3 years that our son stayed at the Wigwam nursery, the team really spent a lot of time and effort to understand the needs of our son and to adapt the activities and food offering to those needs. I really liked the
focus child weeks, where we had the chance to discuss our child's development and to work together with the staff on the support mechanisms and new goals to nurture the development of our son. The staff were always very accommodating, caring and friendly. They organise different activities throughout the year and also I found the parent's portal to be very useful. On this portal, we could see notes, videos and pictures of our son's adventures at the nursery. After 3 years, our son has developed a lot of attachment to the staff and other kids that attend this nursery and I'm sure he has built very good memories from his time there.

My son really had the best time there. The staff will remain an important part of his childhood and their genuine care have helped tremendously to make him the person he is today. The kids do plenty of activities inside and outside the nursery and the settings of the room is perfect for children of
all age to enjoy their day.
I am particularly grateful with the staff support considering my son's story: He started at the Wigwam day nursery in September 2016 at 1 and a half years old. My son was already showing worrying signs of developmental delays and was allergic to pretty much every food. Still, he was welcomed to the Wigwam with open arms and we got to brainstorm with the staff a tailor-made menu to suit his dietary requirements. Fast-forward 3 years, my son always looks forward to going to the nursery, have plenty of friends (including staff) and has no more developmental delays or more allergies.
