Busy Bees Biggleswade Saxon Centre

My child has been at the nursery for a year now starting in Baby Bombos and is now going in to her third room. It was the best choice I ever made, from the start every key worker has been so attentive, lovely to speak to and the office staff are always really welcoming. Whenever there's something my child needs or an area that they believe she might need help with, they give really helpful advice and work with you. The rooms are filled with loads of toys, things to challenge the children and lovely outside spaces appropriate for the different ages.

Staff are amazing, very friendly, approachable, and caring. Regular updates via app including pictures, great food choices, and lots of activities for fun and learning. Good access to indoor and outdoor environments.

The customer care from the management team is incredible. The director and assistant director are very approachable and solve any issues. If customer care could be like this everywhere life would be much easier.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery! She is always excited to go. Always learning something new and having so much fun. She loves her key worker and all the staff. All staff are so amazing- so friendly, caring and always responsive to my daughter's needs. I never worry when I’m at work and she’s at nursery- I know she’s well cared for and having so much fun. The management team are excellent, always happy to help with anything and go above and beyond, making sure parents are okay too! Thank you to you all.

My son has recently started at nursery here. Although he is tearful to begin with, he soon settles and is always beaming with happiness on collection. His key worker goes out of her way to soothe him and keep him happy in his sessions. The staff are so reassuring and make the time to update and support any needs. A big thank you to the Assistant Centre Director who made his enrollment smooth and enjoyable. Her clear passion for her job and caring nature towards the children and parents is just amazing - thank you!

Our son has been coming to Busy Bees Saxon Centre since he was 8-months-old (he is now 2.5 years). I cannot praise the nursery staff and the nursery itself enough. Our son has always been happy, safe and well cared for here. His social skills and other skills have come on leaps and bounds with the dedication of encouragement he receives at Busy Bees Saxon Centre.

My daughter is very well cared for. Always met with a smile especially from the manager. My daughter is well-fed with healthy options and changed frequently. They even get her down for a nap time which is great.

My son absolutely loves nursery. He has made lots of friends and has bonded well with the staff in his room. Since starting nursery he has learnt and developed a great deal! The staff and management are always happy, friendly and approachable. It's amazing to hear about the things he has done at the nursery and the parent partnership is great.

We are so grateful for the staff looking after our son. They have allowed him to grow, learn and socialise into an amazing little person. Always happy and welcoming. You guys rock!

Our twins were very happy with Busy Bees, the thing that really sets them apart is their staff. All formed great relationships with our children and they are very sad to be leaving them for school. We always felt confident in leaving our children in their care which is the best thing you can ask for.

There is no other nursery like this - I would say they all treat my babies how I would at home and I cannot praise them enough. I have a 3.5 and 19-month-old in nursery. My heart was broken having to send them in and within weeks I left with a smile on my face, my babies love nursery and their carers. From the wonderful food cooked for them to the greeting in the morning, to the educational displays, everything here is with love and what more could a mum want for her babies? I just wish Busy Bees would run schools! Thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart!

From the moment we were shown around we were made to feel at ease. Our little boy has settled into nursery really well. The staff have made us all feel welcome and have got to know us all as a family. We have built a good relationship with his key person and the other staff in the room. The management team are friendly and approachable and are always there to answer any queries. The room always looks inviting and we love that the activities provided are linked to his interests. He has already learnt so much in the short time he has been there and that is down to the wonderful staff. He always comes home and tells us what he has been doing and eating! The wide variety of food offered is great! We love that all the food is cooked fresh on site. The nursery is always clean and tidy and the children all look like they're having a great time! We are also very impressed with the new foundation class and all the wonderful resources. We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone!

Everyone has been so helpful in getting my daughter settled in and enjoying nursery. The staff have arranged a great variety of activities both in the day and for parents to participate in.

Both my granddaughters have attended Treetops in Biggleswade. The eldest child loved it and is doing very well at her school which I believe the skills she gained came from the staff in the preschool. My younger granddaughter has excellent care and learning. Staff identified additional support and are supporting her to be prepared for school next year. Both children and their parents are very pleased with the nursey and especially caring staff.

My Son loves going to nursery, he finds playtime stimulating and we are encouraged to see his learning develop. The staff are wonderful and my Son has a stong bond with them.

I have always been very pleased and impressed with the care and attention that the staff have given to my child, even with recent changes in senior staff.

My Daughter is really happy when she comes here. She loves everyone here and get's along with all the kids. I'm really happy she come's here, she learn's a lot of thing's and her speech is really well when they teach her.

Lovely nursery, very polite and always there to help.

Treetops is a lovely nursery, my Son loves coming here. The staff are kind, caring and considerate. The activities are stimulating and challenging.
