My son started at this nursery at the end of February 2021 after deferring his January 2021 start because of Covid. The nursery was so understanding and booked in as many induction days and times that we wanted, which made the journey so lovely and easy for us. Since he has started at the nursery they
have been amazing with him, he now waves bye to them when I pick him up. I was so worried about him, being a lockdown baby, but even though he does cry a little when I drop him off, when I pick him up he is so happy and I know he has had a good day. The nursery have also been amazing with my little one being a vegan for his food and getting him his alternative milk. They also give you a little rundown or comments on their day when he is picked up, which is such a nice touch. It's the little things that they do which makes it so easy for us as parents to enjoy this journey with our little one.
Would highly recommend.

Each and every staff member is extremely caring and warm and my 18-month-old just loves his Wednesdays and Thursdays. I think he only had 2 upset mornings during the settling-in stage and has been happy to go back ever since.
They've been supportive through diet changes, phasing from 2 to 1 nap per
day and worked together at encouraging good behaviour after he started getting a bit pushy with his friends, which he now does next to never.
The building is beautiful and they're always up to different activities.
I can tell he is always busy because he sleeps so well when he comes home!
Couldn't recommend them enough.

It's always scary as a mother returning to work to leave your child with someone that isn't family or close friend. I wanted to know that she was in a warm, loving environment where the staff truly did care about her development and from the first drop off I knew that was exactly what I had found with
Head Start. The staff are friendly, passionate about childcare and clearly have great relationships with the children.
Thanks to the vast array of fun activities available to her I have watched my daughter's communication, key skills and confidence develop and grow over the years and I'm constantly astonished by what she learns at Head Start. I am confident as she approaches her first year of school in September that Head Start have given her the foundations needed to help with the next chapter in her learning development.

I am very happy with all aspects and services Head Start have to offer. For a first time mum, leaving your child under someone else’s care is a transition filled with all sorts of emotions and for me the staff from the initial visits to my son's first day made me feel reassured and listened to.
Everyone
is always smiling and the general atmosphere is happy and relaxed. The nursery itself is clean and organised. It has lots of activities for the children to explore. I personally love outdoor time for my son, I feel it’s so important for them to grow. And he seems to get lots of fun time outside too.
The best review for me is when I pick him up, he is always busy playing, or fully engrossed in reading time. He is super excited to see me, which really tells me he’s had a great day.
So like all mothers - I want him to feel safe, happy and listened to so that he can enjoy his learning and exploring experiences alike and Head Start have been great in all aspects for us as a family.

As a new family to the area, we viewed a few nurseries before settling on Head Start. We have been exceptionally happy with this choice for our son. The staff, care, learning, activities and catering are all brilliant. He gets a varied day to day, with great support and care. The end of the day report
is always full and information is forthcoming. We have always been pleased with the amount of space and staff, with play spaces regularly re-arranged, modified or even re-decorated to give new and exciting activities to interact and engage with. Would highly recommend Head Start.

My son has been at Head Start Day Nursery since he was 18-months-old and he is now 3. It is a very homely environment and I am really happy, as I know that he is very well looked after and he seems to have advanced in his learning whilst he has been there.

Both of my children love Head Start. They are happy, settled and learn new things every day. The staff are brilliant and take their time to get to know the children, building lovely bonds which last. They make the process of being apart from my kids as a working mum much easier. I’d highly recommend
Head Start and wouldn’t contemplate putting my children anywhere else

My daughter loves coming to this nursery, she runs in every morning and barely even looks back to say goodbye to me as she is so excited. It’s lovely knowing that she is being left in professional, capable hands while I’m at work. The staff are lovely and very caring. The food menu is delicious and

Our daughter has been at Headstart for two and a half years and absolutely loves going. The staff are great, the variety of activities is really good and we have been really pleased at how much our daughter has developed there. Our daughter loves coming to nursery and gets excited when we pull in to the car park. The staff have all made her feel welcome and comforted her whenever she has needed. She hadn't had much interaction with other children before starting nursery and wasn't great with strangers and so it's lovely to
see her at ease with all the other children and staff.
The nursery were very flexible when we needed an additional session in an emergency and the staff go out of their way to help me get our children up and down the stairs.
I would highly recommend Head Start.

My little one really loves the nursery to the point that he doesn’t want to go back home. The staff are all friendly and know the children's names, even if they are not the assigned person, one way to show their care towards the children. I have seen a massive difference towards learning of my son in

My daughter loves coming here. She’s always happy and adores her key worker. The staff are so welcoming and supportive. Leaving your child to go back to work is terrifying but I’ve always known and felt she is safe and happy at Headstart. Communication has always been brilliant too. If I have another-

We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We felt so welcome from the minute we were shown around. The staff far exceed our expectations, they are incredible and our children adore them. Nothing is too much trouble and the support we’ve been given as a family has been amazing. I am so grateful we chose Head Start,
they feel like an extended family and I’m so pleased with the role they have played in our children’s lives. Thank you.

I have been really impressed with Head Start in the six months of my son attending. The staff are friendly, professional and reassuring both to parents and kids alike! I absolutely love this nursery for my three year old daughter and she loves it too. She has been at Headstart for nearly two years now and I chose this nursery even though it is the furthest from where we live three miles away. I have also signed my six month old up for when I go back to work.
I continue
to be impressed by the management staff, key workers and the low staff turnover. For me, this is a prime indicator of a happy and experienced workplace and a quality that was not met by other nurseries in the area.
Even though I am currently on maternity leave, I decided to keep my older daughter at Headstart four days a week as the variety and quality of activities and teaching she receives far outweigh the time and attention I could give her at home.
I would, and have recommended this nursery to others with no hesitation.

Our daughter has attended Headstart since she was 11 months old - now nearly 4. She has made her way through all the rooms at various ages and loved them all. Headstart offers wonderful age-appropriate activities and stimulation, far more than we would at home! She is now in the preschool room and they
are doing an excellent job of preparing her for school in a fun way.
The staff are professional and approachable and she is very fond of them all - she often asks for them at home! Headstart offers a good variety of meals, that our little one enjoys. The manager is excellent and efficient and clearly runs a wonderful team. They can often take our little one for an extra session which is convenient and fantastic. We can’t speak highly enough of Headstart. There is no price you can be on such excellent child care.
