Overall Experience4.0 out of 5
I have had three children at the White House since Jan 2015 and will have well into 2023 or beyond. I hope that speaks for itself. We have been very happy with the care provided. They have a very stable workforce across a range of ages who have built very strong relationships with all my children and
us as parents. The range of activities is very good, they know the children well and encourage their individual interests, good outside space. Good behaviour is always promoted and expected, support for settling in, helping children sleep independently, potty training, even getting my bottle refuser to take one for which I am eternally grateful. They are regularly taken out to the local library, playing fields etc too.
As a parent, one of the things I have always appreciated is that the price is all in and that because they wash on the premises if a child needs to change (inc around potty training!) they wash and put back in their bags. This is a very rare thing!
