Kids Inc Day Nursery - Chingford

Kids Inc nursery is fantastic, I couldn't ask for a better place to send my baby daughter. She started here when she was just under a year old and I felt totally comfortable leaving her from the first day. She settled in really quickly and really likes her time spent here. I feel that she is really well looked after here and she loves both of her key workers, who really take the time each day to make sure she is happy and settled and developing well. All the staff at the nursery are great, and each staff member seems to know every child, which is really reassuring. The nursery policy of running through what kind of day your child has had when you come to collect them is really useful and they always make time to answer any questions you have. All in all, I find it a really caring place, with knowledgeable and very competent staff and I would definitely recommend it.

Both of my children currently attend this nursery, my son has been going for 2.5 years, and my daughter has just completed her first week. She’s settling in well and each day seems easier for her. The staff are great, I feel my kids have been well looked after, and I get feedback at the end of the day about what they have been up to. I also get updates on Tapestry so I can see what they have been up to. The managers are helpful and really responsive.

Friendly and caring staff members. Really helpful but most importantly with regards to the care of my son, they have been awesome. They ensure that he is safe and not left crying when he's upset.

Nurturing environment and I would 100% recommend this nursery to those that have young children and may feel anxiety in leaving their child for the first time with people they do not know.

My son has attended Kids Inc Nursery in Chingford since May last year. He started when he was 10 months old, although I was very worried about leaving my baby and returning to work, my worries quickly disappeared.

The nursery staff have been absolutely brilliant from the beginning and my baby, loves going to nursery. He is always happy when we leave him and that gives us huge peace of mind. The nursery staff have been very attentive to my sons needs and treat him with love and care.

My child started nursery aged 9 months. He settled in very well, within 2 weeks, due to the nature of the staff here. They are very pleasant and attentive towards the children.

The routine and facilities they have are great. The activities my son does during the day are enjoyable and interesting.

Overall a very nice nursery; the communication between the nursery and parents is very strong and open which is great.

The Nursery is amazing. My son absolutely loves going and has learnt so much since he started. All the staff are very kind and friendly and my son adores his key worker. The nursery is always clean and welcoming and I will always recommend it when I’m asked. I was very apprehensive when my son first started and was a nervous wreck but the nursery kept me updated on how he was getting on and even sent me pictures so I knew he was doing ok which really put my mind at rest.

I’m really happy to have placed my son here they have given my son a lot of support and he has improved so much.

Staff are always responsive to children’s and parents needs. A positive and friendly attitude daily. My child is always happy and well cared for. Staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure a child is cared for! My mind is always at ease when my child is in the care of this nursery.

I have already recommended the nursery to all my friends and 2 of them have enrolled their children.

I was worried as my daughter was quite clingy when she started but she absolutely loves it and cannot wait to go.

The staff are all lovely and very helpful.

My daughter was able to easily settle into to nursery due to the excellent care and love she is given from all the practitioners. I know she is happy at nursery because she talks about her key worker at home. She is always learning new things at nursery and has also become extremely confident. Knowing she is happy I am easily able to leave my daughter in the morning which is amazing. The manager and all the staff are very welcoming every day and really care for my daughter. The nursery is always very clean, beautiful up to date displays and a nourishing environment. As a parent, I would review the nursery as outstanding.

Very happy with the nursery. My daughter really likes it there and enjoys the range of activities that she undertakes. The nursery is well run and organised and the staff are friendly. Would highly recommend.

The managers are extremely knowledgeable about each child, are approachable, and responsive either by phone or email. Nothing seems too much trouble, and they all look to genuinely enjoy their job.

My daughter has been at nursery for 6 months and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and I know that she is happy being there. In particular, her key worker is so caring towards her that I know she feels safe when I leave her there. She is learning so much at nursery and although she is only just 2 she can count, sing the alphabet and has learnt many different skills already. I also really love the photos that they take of my daughter playing during the day. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My 3-year-old son has been attending Kids Inc Chingford since he was 1 and has always been very happy there. The staff are all fantastic and build great relationships with the children which is lovely to see. I can go to work knowing that he is in safe hands and on the odd occasion when he is a bit reluctant in the mornings, there is always someone on hand to give him a big cuddle and within minutes he is off playing and laughing with his friends. The nursery always has fun sessions for parents to join as well. The nursery managers are brilliant and know every child by name as well as their characters and they are very responsive on the phone or by email if you have any questions during the day. There is a monthly newsletter so parents can see what they will be learning about over the next month and it provides suggestions of things to do at home with them to aid this learning. My son has made his best friends there and I am already dreading when he has to leave next September!

I am very pleased with Kids Inc Day Nursery. Staff are approachable and interested in my son's development. My son has settled in very well. Also staff are very caring and very on the ball when my son was unwell.

Since my son has started nursery 1 day a week I have already noticed his development improving, especially with socialising with other children. The nursery staff are very friendly and approachable and I feel very comfortable leaving my son in their care.

My Son attended Kids Inc Chingford and was so happy there that I was really excited at the prospect of my daughter going too. In her first week, I saw such a difference in her; moving faster, more inquisitive, eating better and even chatting more. She gets excited just walking in the door which is so reassuring to me. I know that I can leave her safe in the knowledge she is being well looked after. The manager and her team are so welcoming and friendly that it feels more like I'm leaving my daughter with friends! I have repeatedly recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Kids Inc Chingford = AWESOME!!

My daughter attended Kids Inc Chingford from October 2014 until July 2016. She has had a wonderful experience at the nursery throughout that time, moving up through several rooms and having been looked after by a number of different staff during that period. I have been very happy with the care provided by the nursery from day one. The staff, especially the senior management, always communicate well, respond to questions and are very accommodating. The opening hours are longer than most nurseries we checked in the area, which is very convenient when you're in a rush to get to/from work. The staff were always friendly, knew the children by name and I felt at ease dropping my daughter off. They hold regular themed days and other events, and provide regular email communications and newsletters, as well as regular parent/keyworker meetings. In my opinion they go over and beyond what they need to do, to ensure parents/carers and the children feel part of the team. Would highly recommend!

My son, who is now 2yrs old, started at Kids Inc Chingford in late February and settled there really well. He has a medical condition but the staff (in particular the manager and deputy manager) were extremely accommodating to ensure all his needs are met and communicated well with medical professionals involved. I really like the open door policy as I can pop in and check how he is doing during the day. Written feedback is also good (more pictures would be even better!), it is great to see what he was up to. Activities support learning really well, there is clear progress in his fine motor skills, as well as speech and language. Staff communicate with each other and everyone at nursery greets my son by name and know him, which is fantastic. Frequent emails with nursery news complement the overall excellent communication. His key worker is very caring and nurturing. The building is well designed for a nursery and opening hours well suited for working parents.

Her diet was always a concern, but now she is confident to try most things (Usually beginning with a cheeky sniff)

Last, but by no means least, the communication from the centre is excellent, both in quantity and content.

She has become and is continuing to be quite a character, so a huge thanks to all staff involved with her development.

Will highly recommend to anyone.
