Kids Inc Day Nursery - Chingford

This is a wonderful nursery. The managers are friendly and it's always easy to get in touch with them when you need. The staff in the rooms are kind and seem to really care about the children and their wellbeing. The food is varied and balanced and there is an outdoor area for them to play. Our daughter started at 10 months and the settling in process was gradual and well managed. I would definitely recommend Kids Inc Day Nursery to other families.

My daughter absolutely loves it at Kids Inc Day Nursery. The staff there are so lovely and kind. My daughter runs into her classroom every morning and hugs the first staff member she sees. They do so many different activities and she has developed so much since starting there. My daughter eats and sleeps so well at nursery too. They do great home cooked meals and I know she enjoys them because she finishes every single meal! Keep up the great work to the team!

Kids Inc is a wonderful nursery. Our daughter is so happy there and has developed very quickly. We, unfortunately, started her at a nursery where it became clear corners were being cut (despite a premium price tag). Kids Inc on the other hand have been incredibly reliable, transparent and staffed by wonderful team members who our daughter loves! She's been in Kids Inc for well over a year now (spanning three rooms) and we are just thrilled.

We have been very happy with the level of care that the nursery staff have given our child so far. The staff have shown patience, kindness and compassion and you can see that they care about the children and their wellbeing. When we pick up our daughter, she is happy and content, which speaks volumes to us. The activities that are organised, look fun and educational and we have noticed an improvement in our daughter's speaking and communication skills. We would not hesitate to recommend Chingford, Kids Inc to other parents, they have been great.

I was quite apprehensive of sending my daughter to nursery, however, all my worries have been unnecessary. My daughter has absolutely loved going to nursery and we have never had any tears when dropping off. She has become more sociable and loves to be around other kids. I love to see the updates I get most days, which include a photo/photos of activities she has been doing during the day. The nursery has great management and any queries are answered promptly. My daughter loves all the staff and they have great patience and understanding. Would definitely recommend.

The manager and the team are always on call with any questions or queries, the key workers in the rooms work collaboratively with you to get the best out of the children's needs. Our son loves his key workers and has grown a close bond with them; which fills me with confidence that he is well looked after when he is there.

The staff have always been nice and helpful every time I needed it.

Such an amazing nursery. Extremely organised and well run. Both manager and deputy manager. Fill you with confidence. All staff seem to be honest, caring and amazing with the children. Nice small feel. My son, who cried every day at his previous nursery, loves every day here, settled in amazingly. Always get your feedback sheet at the end of the day. And the staff in his room are so caring and loving. When you walk in the children always seem happy and it's a very calm environment.

I pick up my little niece at times from the nursery. I always find the staff helpful, always smiling and polite. I would recommend Kids Inc (Chingford) to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their little one. A big thank you for all your work, kindness and patience in caring for my niece.

Our daughter has been going to Kids Inc Day Nursery for 9 months now and we couldn't be happier. She has allergies and we were initially worried about food cross contamination etc but the team have been absolutely amazing with this. She is so happy at nursery, every day she laughs and giggles on our way to nursery and doesn't want to leave! The key workers are very involved and know my little girl very well, her likes/dislikes as well as her natural rythm. We feel very safe and happy, and trust the whole nursery team fully. I can't recomend the nursery enough. Our youngest will also be joining in a few months.

My son, who is 2 and a half, has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old and my daughter also attended the pre-school. It's a very good nursery, my son absolutely loves going in and he's formed close relationships with the staff members there. I have no worries when I drop him off as I know he will be well looked after and he's happy. Although my daughter is in school now, she quite often tells me she wishes she was still at Kids Inc!

All the staff are super friendly and supportive. My son loves going to nursery. Drop-offs are seamless. The whole team do a great job. Happy baby equals happy mummy! I'm glad I chose Kids Inc over another rival nursery.

Our son has attended the nursery from eight months of age and we are delighted in the ways that the staff have enriched his development. He ate independently very early on and now, aged 1, he has an amazing pencil grip and movement control. Our son is so social with other children and thanks to his positive experience, he plays beautifully with others, always sharing and being kind. Thank you for everything you have done for him.

Generally really happy - always quick to respond to queries and are really friendly. Our daughter loves all the staff and the range of activities has been really great for her development. The food is well balanced and our daughter's egg allergy is well catered for. Her transition between rooms as she grew was really smooth and didn't affect her at all.

The manager is fantastic and seems to be really attentive to all parents and kids and we're lucky to have her there.

Only improvement we'd make is more photos being uploaded into the parent's app as we only seem to get updates every few weeks

Our children really enjoy their time at Chingford Kinds Inc. The staff are very attentive and always seem happy to see the children in the morning, which makes it easier when handing them over.

We’ve been using Kids Inc Chingford since 2016 with my first, right up to today with my little girl. It is a lovely nursery, with fantastic staff. One member of staff, in particular, is fantastic with all the children, and you can tell they all absolutely love her. The attention to all aspects of the children's well-being and development is everything you ask for. Since the pandemic, it is harder to get an idea of what the kids are up to every day. But I have to say they were absolutely fantastic during the pandemic, I felt total confidence in the head office management and they were very open with parents about the situation as it developed. In all, we've loved this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Both of my children have been to Kid Incs in Chingford since they were 10 months old and they both love it there. They run in in the morning, without looking back and always come home happy. The staff are great, very attentive to all of the children. They give loads of support through each milestone - learning to walk, learning to talk, starting to count, learning to write etc - you definitely notice that at home. Communication to the parents has much improved and handled very well in the current Covid period, we get regular pictures via the parent app. There's range of food offered to my children throughout the week, vegetarian and meat - all homemade, so if they are fussy at home, I don't mind so much as I know from their report cards that they have eaten well at nursery. Definitely recommend this nursery to anyone!

Overall very happy with the nursery. The staff appear to be very attentive and caring. Communication could be improved when there are changes, we are not always informed.

Such a wonderful nursery with fantastic staff! My little girl started in the Wiggly Worms room in January 2021. She attended settling in sessions for a few hours a day for two weeks which made a world of difference to the way she settled. She's now so confident and absolutely loves nursery, she gets her coat and shoes in the morning and waits by the door! When she gets to nursery she runs up to the door and taps on the window waiting to go in, giving me a little wave when the door opens. I can tell how much she loves the staff and feels comfortable there. She eats well, takes her naps and does well rounded activities. She's now moved into Caterpillars Room where she seems to be settling in well. I'm so happy she goes to this nursery, the staff have always been so supportive, understanding and polite to deal with. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I know how important these reviews were when I was looking for a nursery for my, now 2-year-old, so I thought it would be good to leave one. I visited a number of nurseries in the Chingford area in late 2019 before my daughter began in January 2020. Kids Inc was an easy choice. The nursery is diverse: diverse cultures, thinking and leadership. They have been extremely supportive during the pandemic and have provided us, parents, with clear communication at every stage, despite the guidelines changing every day almost. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery as the staff are friendly and treat all the kids so well. As a mother, it gives me one less thing to worry about knowing that she is going to a safe, fun, learning environment. Thanks to the staff for all they do. It does not go unnoticed.
