Valentines Nursery

This nursery has always gone above and beyond for my son. It’s always hard making a decision about the right nursery for your child, but this nursery has hands down been the first and best experience I have had. The staff are absolutely amazing and are always so attentive to my child. Valentines Nursery have always been responsive to any of my questions or queries and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I love the way we communicate through the early years log and see what our son has done during the day and they also share videos of his progress. It’s also in a great location, right next to the park, where they take the children on a nice day. Thank you so much, to all the staff that do their absolute best!

Really great nursery, always friendly and attentive. The last couple of years haven’t been straight forward, but they’ve really helped our son get through all the start, stop and changes. He always talks about the adults in a hugely positive way and stays busy with a variety of fun activities.

My husband and I are so pleased with our son's all round development and progress in the short space of time, since he started attending Valentines Nursery. For example, speech development, use of cutlery, becoming more independent, expressing his views, developing manners etc. The management and staff are amazing, they are truly invested in the children and their future. It is a happy and friendly environment for children to thrive and learn.

Valentines Nursery is a wonderful nursery. Our little son had such a lovely time there. Three members of staff, in particular, were excellent. The staff are so considerate and caring. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more. We would have stayed with them, but left as we were relocating. Only wish we could have brought the nursery with us.

We are very satisfied and happy with everything. We recommend! Our daughter learns lots of different things in your nursery, she learned English, and we are proud of you and her. Overall we recommend this nursery because of the teachers, activities, food.

To our family, Valentine's Nursery is like a second home. Due to the great care that my first son received here eight years ago, we decided to send our second son to Valentine's nursery earlier in 2021. We saw a great big change in him in just a few weeks after he started at Valentine's. He has become very chatty and likes to sing and dance. I can see a huge growth in his confidence and happiness. The nursery staff are highly professional, experienced and very friendly to talk to. Both my husband and I are very happy with the services and care that Valentine's Nursery has provided for our son. I feel my son is safe and well looked after at the nursery during the pandemic as well as after the lockdown. I am so glad we have chosen Valentine's for our little one as it has continuously proved to be the best 'outstanding' nursery with excellent experienced staff. And with that, I know for sure my son will continue to achieve and thrive with our beloved Valentine's Nursery family.

We would highly recommend Valentine's nursery. From the initial conversation with the manager, until now, there is nothing we can fault about this nursery. Our daughter started here when she was 14 months and she has really blossomed since. She was initially a very reserved and shy child and since attending here, she is thriving beyond our imagination. The staff are professional, intelligent and sensitive and really cater to each child's individual needs. Throughout the pandemic, the nursery has been reliable and has communicated with us very clearly. We have been impressed by the level of care she has received as well as the fantastic range of activities and outside space, she gets with regular updates via the app. The whole team are fantastic and we feel happy and confident that our child is well looked after and truly cared for.

Great nursery, my child has gained confidence within herself. Manager and staff and very supportive. 10/10. Would totally recommend as the facilities, learning and play are of an exceptional standard. I feel supported as a parent and can see my child is flourishing.

My first daughter went to Valentines Nursery in 2014 and absolutely loved it there. The staff are amazing and friendly and help whenever needed. My youngest daughter now attends there and is having the exact same amount of fun as my first. It's an amazing nursery - they care for the children and I feel 100 percent certain my kids are in safe hands. I also like the fact that the same staff have been there for 10 years plus. I have no negative comments at all about this nursery. Best nursery in Redbridge.

We are extremely impressed with the care and attention that our daughter has received since joining the nursery. She needed extra support during the settling period, the staff were really helpful in the way they offered advice and reassurance to ease her into nursery life. She has progressed so well over the last year - she is constantly learning new things and is given opportunities to learn in ways that support her individual needs. The nursery has handled the Covid situation really well, they left us feeling very comfortable and happy to take our daughter into the nursery after the first lockdown, even since this, they have kept us well informed of the ways in which they are keeping everyone safe.

My son started at Valentine’s Nursery over a year ago now. We started with two days a week and now three. The staff are very caring and attentive. Great communication too and the use of an application to let us know the daily progress of my baby is very good. The rules they put in place around COVID are very reassuring; I feel that it is a safe place. In terms of development, it also has very high standards. He learns a lot and has recently picked up a few new words from the Nursery and started to communicate with us. In short, I would definitely recommend Valentine’s Nursery to people who are looking for an excellent and safe environment for your babies.

Valentines nursery is a fantastic, caring and safe environment for babies and young children to attend. My daughter has been attending since 9 months old and has gone from strength to strength regarding her language skills, physical confidence and also social skills. The team are very attentive to the children, as well as getting on well with one another which helps create a relaxed and friendly environment. The children are given the space and time for their own personalities, likes and dislikes to flourish. The nursery have been very good in the face of the pandemic and have kept parents fully informed of the measures introduced to help keep staff and children safe. I would not hesitate to recommend Valentines nursery to any parent(s) looking for a safe and nurturing setting for their little one.

- There is a super low turnover of staff (basically none), so that shows that the carers like the company/kids/job/etc. which provides a great stable environment for the kids.

A really lovely nursery. My son loves going and the nursery have been great and supportive through the difficult past year with the pandemic. My son learns and develops so much through the focused play and activities which he loves. He also loves the food which is a nice balanced menu.

I am extremely happy with the level of care all the staff provide my daughter. Having had her at home for three years, I was quite apprehensive about leaving her in a new, unfamiliar setting. The staff were so supportive and made sure the transition was super easy. My daughter has settled in so well and is making excellent progress. The nursery is always clean, and the staff are always welcoming. I’ve already recommended the nursery to a colleague who will send her son there and will continue to do so. I love the updates I get through the app and the excellent opportunities the staff put in place for the children to develop different skills through play. The menu is extensive and nutritious, even though my daughter is a picky eater at nursery, she is encouraged to try different varieties of food. Overall, I could not be happier with the nursery.

The food is fine but the nursery truly excels because of the wonderful staff and I would recommend this nursery to all new parents.

I am extremely happy with Valentine's nursery staff, activities, I would recommend them as an outstanding nursery. My son is enjoying it so much, he has developed so well and all the staff are just lovely and trustworthy. As a first time mum, it was important for me to leave my son in good care as I returned to work. All the staff and management have helped me adjust, not just my son. He has settled in quickly and is now enjoying his time with his buddies. I couldn't be more proud of how my son has developed ever since he started nursery. I would recommend Valentine's nursery to all new parents who wish to have the best care possible for their children.

I find Valentines Nursery a very safe environment for my child. I truly feel he is very well looked after, the staff are very caring and loving, they are like an extended family to him.

My daughter has been attending this nursery over the last three months and I see such big changes in her. She started just shy of turning two and my biggest worry was her talking and eating. She has improved in both in a matter of months and her confidence has increased even more so. I love how they maintain communication with parents through the app and showing us highlights of her week through pictures and videos. They are a great friendly team!
