Overall Experience

My child has been attending this nursery for the last 10 months and she has truly blossomed there. She goes in every day happily and never looks back at me, and she has developed a wonderful relationship with the staff and is making very good friendships with other children. The level of care and attention they give to the children is exceptional and the communication with parents is also excellent. The environment is warm and welcoming and the entire staff are extremely dedicated to supporting all children there. I do not have enough kind words to say about my nursery choice.

As new parents, choosing the first nursery for our daughter was a big decision. After over seven months here, we are certain it was the best choice. The most heart-touching part is seeing how much our daughter loves it. Although she is quite shy and has only just started to speak a little with the team, they are incredibly patient and understanding. On her days off, she often mentions the wonderful people there and her little friends by name with a big smile. This confirms to us she is being treated with genuine love and care.

We also value the high standards here. The exceptional cleanliness and warm welcome provide great peace of mind. The use of the app is a huge plus; the team regularly uploads photos and videos, allowing us to stay connected with her activities throughout the day. The entire team is professional and kind. This nursery is a great place for my child to go. He goes here for 5 months now and he settled in very smoothly, he had a lot of help from all the lovely ladies who work here. He is always really happy to wake up in the morning and get ready to go and play with all his friends and educators. He even tells me everything about how his day was, the lovely food he had for snack and lunch, the songs and activities he does. Overall I really recommend this nursery, as for us is the perfect place for a toddler to be.

Overall Experience

I love this nursery because the child is put first, and the results did not take long to appear very quickly. The activities that the educators do with the children are fantastic: arts and crafts, teamwork, and raising a butterfly. It's amazing that the little ones were visited by the metropolitan police, firefighters and an animal farm.
The staff is very well trained, attentive to the needs of the little ones, and eager to teach the little ones to confidently explore the new and become big people.

Communication between staff-parents-children is exceptional. We use the app application. The weekly newsletter informs us of the activities that will follow in the nursery, with small tips and references for additional information. There are also e-mails that explain the methods of picking up and handing over children, information about emerging epidemics, the necessary vaccines and much more. Any problem can be solved by phone or in person when you take or pick up the child from the nursery.

Enchanted Lands is a family orientated nursery with a unique enchanted touch and a strong focus on delivering the very best outcome for every child in our care.

We aim to provide children with a warm, nurturing and happy environment, offering optimum conditions for the natural development of children emotionally, socially and intellectually. It is important to allow the children freedom within their environment to aid their spontaneous and natural development. We encourage the children to be themselves to respect others and all that is around them. By stimulating their curiosity and helping them to discover the answers to their own questions children are motivated to learn. We hope that by working in partnership with you, we will provide your child with a foundation for future learning and discovery.

Having worked in early years for over 15 years, and having my own two children, I wanted to offer the progressive and holistic early childhood education supported by the enabling environments alongside our hybrid approach and philosophy.
