Wonderful nursery!
My son is attending full-time and he absolutely loves it. The staff are warm, friendly, and always make him feel safe and confident. Every day he comes home happy, with new words, new activities, and so much joy.
The team truly care about the children and create a positive,
nurturing environment. I'm very pleased with my son's progress and I'm grateful for all the love and effort they put into their work.
I highly recommend this nursery!

I am very happy with Enchanted Lands Day Nursery. My little boy enjoys going there every morning and always comes home cheerful and full of stories. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to each child's needs. It's clear they truly care about the children and create a warm, happy

In the time that my son has been at Enchanted Lands Day Nursery ,he has grown so much - he's confident, happy and thriving.
He absolutely adores all of the staff and he always comes home full of stories of what he's been doing.

This nursery is a great place for my child to go. He goes here for 5 months now and he settled in very smoothly, he had a lot of help from all the lovely ladies who work here. He is always really happy to wake up in the morning and get ready to go and play with all his friends and educators. He even
tells me everything about how his day was, the lovely food he had for snack and lunch, the songs and activities he does. Overall I really recommend this nursery, as for us is the perfect place for a toddler to be.

I had a good experience my child settled in very gently and is very happy. During his stay at the nursery, he gave up pampers and pacifiers. I am satisfied with the involvement of the staff. They managed to create an atmosphere for my child suitable for his development and preparation for a new
stage.

Enchanted Lands Day Nursery went above and beyond what we expected. The staff is outstanding. The teachers possess extensive qualifications and experience and have a strong enthusiasm for early childhood education.
They are extremely compassionate and supportive and see every child as their own
person.
Our child has flourished in this setting, and she can't wait for the next day to attend the nursery.
We strongly recommend Enchanted Lands Day Nursery to any parent seeking a top-notch childcare provider.

I love this nursery because the child is put first, and the results did not take long to appear very quickly. The activities that the educators do with the children are fantastic: arts and crafts, teamwork, and raising a butterfly. It's amazing that the little ones were visited by the metropolitan
police, firefighters and an animal farm.
The staff is very well trained, attentive to the needs of the little ones, and eager to teach the little ones to confidently explore the new and become big people.
Communication between staff-parents-children is exceptional. We use the app application. The weekly newsletter informs us of the activities that will follow in the nursery, with small tips and references for additional information. There are also e-mails that explain the methods of picking up and handing over children, information about emerging epidemics, the necessary vaccines and much more. Any problem can be solved by phone or in person when you take or pick up the child from the nursery.

I am very pleased with the care and learning that my child is receiving at this nursery. The staff are friendly, polite and professional and provide a safe and encouraging environment for my child. I definitely recommend this nursery and my child loves attending.

Our daughter has been attending Enchanted Lands Day Nursery since September 2023, and we are very pleased with all the staff.
Children have many activities, and at the same time, they are learning lots of new things every day, very happy with the progress!

Brilliant nursery with super friendly staff, a great learning environment for the children and a vast array of activities for them to participate in.

Beautiful location,fantastic atmosphere , amazing staff and responsive, good service.
And the food is actually pretty good.
My child always comes home happy and is very exited to go the next day and I'm very pleased would recommend!

Terminated contract due to £60. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Looked after child, attended nursery for six months. Unfortunately due to having no support if running late or sick, I had to do it by myself. I was going through some issues with the birth parent and the manager exposed multiple things
with her even though she was never supposed to know. Once, I explained this to her she became defensive. Called the social worker in question saying I owed her £60 for late fees, then pressed on about me neglecting the child and pushed for safeguarding issues. When the social worker said what issues, the only thing the manager could present was lateness. She hit me with the bill when I was gravely ill, I didn't have it. Called social service multiple times hoping for looked after child to be removed. I was livid. She terminated contact before I could confront her, but I will one day. The manager replied to this with lies and I'll have no choice to expose you.

Enchanted Lands Day Nursery is a warm, caring and calm place. Everyone is so kind and really pays attention to the details to share a little about how their day has been when you pick them up. My daughter is very well looked after. They do lots of fun learning experiences, like teaching the children
to brush their teeth as well as the usual painting, sensory and water play. I could never ask for anything more than what they are doing. Every day my daughter comes out smiling and happy. I only can say, that this nursery deserves more than 5 stars.

It's a lovely place with lovely staff. My child has been here for almost a year and loves it.
I received every day feedback for my child on how long she slept, what she ate, what she did, activities that she participated etc.

The moment I walked into enchanted lands I knew it was special, from the creative and artistic setting to the friendly staff, it felt very welcoming and homely. The staff go above and beyond and my daughter feels comfortable and happy. There is always so much happening, from the fire brigade
visiting to activities, the learning stops and is always fun.

I had my daughter at this kindergarten and I was very satisfied, which is why I decided to take my son too. We found the staff always to be committed to the children and caring for them. Parent and teacher communication is excellent. We’ve also felt the team takes a personal interest in our son and
really care about him.

The staff are always ready to help and polite. I feel that my child is getting the best early learning education that he can. If there are concerns they are brought up with me or my wife. The structure of learning I feel is good.

In this unit, the educators do many activities with the children: dances, music, songs, games, painting, drawing, exploring fairy tales, but they prepare them to be independent, and smart for everyday life. The
nursery staff is loving, calm, and attentive with the children. The nursery has many fun and interactive places for children. The little ones explore every corner with enthusiasm. The nursery also has a hot lunch which is a wonderful thing. Each portion of food is rich in vitamins and nutrients for good development. They learn to be independent and food tastes more delicious when shared with everyone. The app is used for good communication between parents, educators and children. The little ones have fun all the time and we enjoy their successes by viewing pictures and videos. We also inform ourselves weekly from the newsletter carefully created by the staff. This nursery is a great place for my child to go. He goes here for 5 months now and he settled in very smoothly, he had a lot of help from all the lovely ladies who work here. Our daughter has been attending Enchanted Lands Day Nursery since September 2023, and we are very pleased with all the staff.

It's a lovely place with lovely staff. My child has been here for almost a year and loves it.
