Cumnor House School Nursery, Purley

Our son has made such incredible progress since joining Cumnor House. From day one, the support, understanding, and care shown by the staff have been outstanding.

The manager and her team have gone above and beyond to help Koa settle in and feel comfortable, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. Their proactive approach and communication with us as parents have made such a difference, especially as our son has additional needs.

Every professional we've met outside of school has commented on how well supported he is and how positive the school's involvement has been. We've seen huge improvements in his confidence, communication, and overall happiness.

We're so grateful to be part of a school that truly values inclusion and gets it right from the start.

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2023 and he has loved it since the start. He is now in Preschool and the care and dedication provided by the team is apparent in how happy he is there. My son has been attending Cumnor House School Nursery for the past 18 months and we are extremely happy with our experience so far. The staff at the nursery are all so friendly and caring, and they have really helped my son settle in and feel comfortable. The facilities are excellent, with lots of fun and educational activities for the children to enjoy. I can see that my son is developing new skills and making friends, which is wonderful to see. I would highly recommend Cumnor House Nursery to any parents looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

Team are great and really engage with my son. He's really happy to attend pre school and they always reach out if he's has a small knock or bump as is usual with kids. Site itself is really nice compared to other nurseries.

Brilliant nursery and have no hesitation in recommending it very highly. The staff are genuinely happy to see the children in the morning and create a beautiful environment in every way every day. We have had a great experience at Cumnor Nursery since our little boy joined. He is now in preschool. In terms of his teacher, I have never come across such a calming individual before, she makes the children feel at ease and the parents too. She is extremely approachable and so kind and always there to help with a smile and truly cares about the children. We know that our little boy is in good hands. We will be so upset when we leave.

Excellent care - really pleased with the services provided. The only negative is the cost as it is very expensive however everything else is excellent. The staff are great with the children and our son is very happy.

As parents, we appreciate the good communication and how well-organised it is. I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough. So lucky to have my daughter here with all the love, care and support that she has been receiving throughout the years.

We have moved our daughter from another nursery and we couldn't be happier we made the move!

Now at the end of the first term, I'm certain it was a good choice. Every day I'm sure my daughter is safe, well looked after and thanks to the wonderful team she is thriving. Thanks to the amazing teachers and the rest of the team.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this nursery. I have been very pleased with our whole experience, from the school based structure, to the staff, to seeing how much my child enjoys it. I would (and have) recommended this nursery and am delighted we chose Cumnor House.

My brother enjoys attending Cumnor House School Nursery. He loves his teachers and his friends. He looks forward to going to nursery in the morning and happily talks about what he did during the day. The nursery often send lovely photos and updates on the child's progress.

All the team in the Kindergarten are fantastic. Our son started in September, 3 days a week, and has really settled in well. The team are so friendly and warming and really treat the children as if they were their own. It's really lovely to see and we have noticed changes in our son in such a short space of time and he's so happy going in so confidently! All of the staff are really helpful and welcoming and can see how well organised the day is for the children. Would highly recommend.

I decided to put my son in Cumnor House Boys' School when he turned two. This happened to fall during the height of the pandemic. Though I was nervous and reluctant, the school and teachers went above and beyond to make me comfortable that we had made the right decision. They gave him all the support he needed to make new friends, learn new skills, and also have fun. Two years later, he is still at the school and thriving. He now goes into school with a smile on his face every day and that is in no small part due to how Cumnor have been throughout the process. I cannot recommend Cumnor House Boys' School highly enough and thank them for their support and compassion.

Lovely, well-experienced staff. Beautiful, tranquil and safe location. Lovely parent community. My son loves preschool here and cannot wait for the start of each new day. He has lovely bonds with all the staff, from the teachers, assistants, management, to the admin and kitchen staff who take the greatest care with his allergies etc. Really wonderful environment to grow up in and learn every day!

I couldn't be happier with this nursery! The staff's genuine care for the children shines through, creating a warm and nurturing environment. I have had three children here and they were always happy to go in, which is a testament to the fantastic atmosphere. I love how they seamlessly blend play and education, making learning fun for the little ones. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending Cumnor House School Nursery, Purley since September and she has loved it! The staff are all very welcoming and nurturing, which is a huge thing for me. The range of activities are amazing and the overall feel about the nursery is really lovely and homely.
