They have supported us and made us feel part of the community.
This is literally the best nursery I could ever have imagined finding for our son. We love it so much that now we don't want to leave the neighbourhood for fear of not finding as good a place. Our son started nursery at 13 months old in September 2022. I was very nervous because he had not spent much time away from me and was still breastfeeding. The staff team was so helpful supportive and very observant in helping both my son and I have a smooth transition. They are communicative, attentive to my son's needs and immediately made us feel like we could trust them. After a few weeks of tears at drop off my son (14 months) now runs into his classroom happily. Even in a short period of time, he has developed social skills, listens to basic instructions and is more communicative. He had no problem at all napping there and was allowed to take two naps there. He loves the food. We get daily updates at handover and lovely videos of the fun creative activities they do. Definitely sign up!
My son started nursery back in May 2022 and I could not be happier with his development! He is always happy when going to nursery and the team is really friendly and understanding. I am really really really thankful for this experience and happy with this journey for my son!
Living Spring is a wonderful community. Our child has progressed so much in so many ways since she started attending Nido at nine months. She is now eighteen months and very happy. We always feel she is safe and learning so much, as well as socialising with other children her age. Highly recommend.
We have had two children going through Living Spring Montessori. We love the care and compassion the teachers offer each child. Every day, our children were excited to go in. Our children flourished under their care and learned skills to build independence. Often at home, our children told us stories of activities, songs, and games they played during their day. Teacher feedback or the online learning platform shared with us their learning journey. Living Spring benefits from Gladstone Park nearby and has a chef who cooks nutritious and delicious meals (our children still talk about how good the food is). The school performances each year where each child has a role were a highlight for us. Living Spring builds a community, and we were lucky to be part of it. I highly recommend Living Spring!
Lovely nursery with staff who really care about the children and it’s great to track their development through feedback at the end of the day, the eyLog app, as well as regularly parent conference sessions. Well trained and educated staff. Great facilities and so clean! My son has really flourished at Living Spring and it always stuns me how much he has learnt throughout the day, with the calendar events and themes they focus on, his new vocabulary and the activities he’s done.
Living Spring Montessori is a real gem in Cricklewood. Having struggled to find a semi decent nursery in the area, this one blew my mind. The location is on a quiet road next to a church in a lovely spacious building with classrooms that have high ceilings. It's been decorated and furnished to high standards and make the children thrive doing different activities. The owners also managed to optimise for an outside space which makes it extra special. I can honestly say that the nursery is the main reason for us staying longer in the area. My little one loves it and has learnt so much already. I have seen her gain a fundamental understanding of different situations like eating independently, tidying up after herself and playing nicely with other babies, needless to mention the menu is such a great balance of fruit and veg all made by a fantastic chef. I feel so grateful for this nursery and hope it remains with the same standards as long as possible. Thank you for such a great service.
My daughter goes to Living Spring Montessori and I'm really happy to see her thrive in such a good environment. The staff and facilities are impeccable. They do various activities and they make sure the kids are enjoying themselves while learning and playing. 5 stars all around.
They keep good records of children's progress through an online system. They have loads of different activities for the children and have a plan to follow for the term and the week ahead. My daughter is learning and developing the language (singing, naming objects and activities), we notice real progress on this. Staff are helpful and always trying to help. Good communication from management to the parents. Wonderful experience up until now.
The children in our family have been attending Living Spring for the last 14 years. My 2-year-old daughter is currently attending. The care, attention and quality have been nothing but excellent since then. There has been remarkable consistency among the teachers, the management and the quality of care over the years. The teachers are all warm and welcoming. The physical space and setting for each of the 3 classrooms are fantastic with high ceilings and all the appropriate learning tools for the children. The site used to be a church so has a natural warmth to it. There is also a perfect outdoor space as well as a large park within a 5-minute walk. In terms of logistics, drop-offs and picks up are very simple with ample parking space outside. I would highly recommend Living Spring (and have done so) to anyone.
My partner and I visited several nurseries before we found Living Spring. It was clear from the moment we walked through the front door, this was the nursery we wanted our child to attend. From the welcoming culture, clean and well-organised play areas, the enthusiasm of the teachers and support staff to the wholesome and healthy home-cooked food - the whole package is first class. The management is very hands-on, with a passion for nurturing natural learning and compassion that is palpable. It's a fantastic environment for children and parents alike, with more positives than the scope of this review will allow. I would 100% recommend Living Spring to parents wanting a warm, progressive and well-managed environment for their children. I would encourage any parent doing due diligence on potential nurseries to consider Living Spring and visit to see all the above in action for themselves. From very satisfied parents.
We’re fortunate to have found this nursery and couldn’t have asked for a better start for our two children. The standard of care and education is exceptional from the Baby Room right through to the Children’s House. The children have access to a range of Montessori equipment and educational resources which help them thrive and develop independence. The facilities are very good and whilst there isn’t a large outside space, it is well thought out/utilised. The ‘family feel’ helps the children settle in quickly and puts parents at ease when first joining. We would happily recommend the nursery to any parents.
My son and daughter have attended the nursery since they were 8 months. They have both thrived. The staff are fabulous, very knowledgeable and extremely supportive of the children's journey from babies to preschoolers. They do some fantastic activities to develop the children's independence. The children have made some wonderful friendships. It is lovely to see these grow, seeing their friends easily in the local area, as the nursery is in such a great residential location.
Our daughter (about to turn three) has been attending Living Spring Nursery since she was six months old. She is thriving and acquiring new skills every day. Most importantly, our daughter loves her friends and teachers, loves going to nursery and comes home full of stories every day. The staff at Living Spring are knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Everything they do with the children is intentional and has a purpose. All learning is child-led and play-based, so exactly what the children need, and the routines in place give the children a much-needed sense of security. The management knows how to run a nursery and is excellent at hiring the right people to look after the children. We couldn't be happier to have secured a place at Living Spring for our daughter. It's not the cheapest nursery in the neighbourhood, but the children do receive top-notch early years support/care and education.
I would highly recommend Living Spring Nursery.
Living Spring nursery is exceptional in the standard of care it offers. My first child attended the nursery, starting in the baby room all the way through to the pre-school year, and I had no hesitation to send my second child, who is also thriving under the care of the highly experienced staff many of whom have been with the nursery for many years. The classrooms are well set up and designed for the children's development, and although the outside space is not large, it is well designed, and the recent renovations make it an inviting and exciting place for the children. My daughter is excited to go to nursery each morning which says it all!
Tremendous nursery. We were recommended by friends so we knew what to expect. It has been a wonderful experience for our daughter. We are watching her grow in confidence daily and she interacts so well now with others. We are very thankful to the team for their efforts.
