Located in Uxbridge, The Old Station Nursery is a purpose-built nursery, providing a calm and nurturing setting amidst the hustle and bustle. The nursery offers a safe and secure environment for all children to grow and develop. The large outdoor space, overlooking the nearby river, provides endless opportunities for exploration and discovery.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

Babies start their journey in their own room, equipped with age-appropriate resources to aid their development and learning, such as soft play equipment, mirrors, musical instruments and more.

In the Toddlers room, children are encouraged to become active learners through purposeful play, whilst having the freedom to explore their surroundings. Pre-Schoolers benefit from a more structured timetable of activities, where the passionate and qualified nursery teams support children prepare for school.

To assist with this, the nursery also offers a "Brighter Learning Approach", which is an enrichment programme that complements the core curriculum provision. This approach enhances children's natural curiosity and focuses on key skills, knowledge, and attitudes essential for their future success and happiness.

All I can say is that this place is our daughter's second home, All the staff members are extremely polite and supportive, I would like to start with the ladies and the key worker of our daughter, we are extremely grateful to the staff for giving that love and support to our daughter.

The perfect setting for any little being! My son loves it!
Great care of the kids as early as baby room throughout toddlers, lovely stuff, homemade food.
I really like the fact that everything is actually included from nappies to extra activities which my son loves!

The Staff are very friendly and provide reassurance if there are any concerns.
Variety of activities for children to learn, play and develop. Children always seem to be having fun when I arrive to pick up.
Recently at a stay and play session I was impressed.
The price is slightly on the high end.
Flexibility is slightly on the lower scale in terms of additional hours

The staff are absolutely brilliant. The facility is perfect for my little one. He is always happy to run in the building to get to his class. He really enjoys his time there. I feel comfortable as a parent with him attending this nursery. Honestly can't give a review other than Excellent.

Really happy with how our daughter initially settled at The Old Station Nursery, Uxbridge and how she continues to enjoy going. She joined when she was under 1 year old and now is in the toddler room, which she moved into around her second birthday. All the staff are exceptional and hard-working and
we receive daily feedback on collection around how well our daughter has eaten and what sort of activities they carried out. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking. It is also clean and tidy and the team invest in upkeep, including refurbishment (currently happening) and air con units in the Summer.

Such a wonderful nursery - kind, considerate and really feels like a warm hug the moment you enter. Lots of art projects, nature activities and great food for the children. Meticulous care on every aspect of the child. Highly, highly recommend.

My son first attended this nursery back in 2016, and now my daughter is currently there. Both of my children have excelled and my daughter is extremely happy at this setting. The staff are nothing short of incredible! My daughter loves going there and is really thriving. I can't thank the staff enough
for making her time at nursery so fun and enjoyable.

We have been nothing but delighted with the service and standard of care that our son receives. The staff are absolute angels and can never do enough for you. On handover, you always get a thorough and detailed account of what your child has been up to that day. Any little incidents, they always keep
you well informed and I feel like part of the community there. All the parents and children that attend there seem to be happy. Whenever I phone to check he's doing OK, the staff can never help you enough. The food is amazing and the children are always given other options, if fussy! I would just like some more photos sent through via the app, which happened a lot when he first started and we loved seeing the pictures of our boy and what he had been up to in the day. Also, and this may happen already (as we haven't been attending for long) but we would love some events occasionally for parents. Thank you. We would never go anywhere else!

Our daughter is very happy here. She was a shy lockdown child when she started, but now she's brimming with happiness and confidence and is hugely supported by her lovely teachers. They're involved, engaged and make her feel special - they've been in contact constantly to aid her development in the

Such a wonderful nursery with a lovely staff team that feels like one big family. My son loves coming to the Old Station Nursery, he is nurtured developmentally and emotionally. I have seen him grow and become a more confident learner and begin to understand and manage his emotions better. His needs

My son settled very well with Uxbridge Old Station nursery. He was 14 months old when he started. He is a pandemic baby and has not met many children so I was very apprehensive about him settling at nursery. By week four, he had stopped crying and in fact, would go straight to the door smiling. He enjoys
all the activities. I am trying to increase the hours so he gets to spend more time there.

I am extremely happy to send my son to this nursery, I know he enjoys the different activities he does throughout the day. The staff are always so helpful, kind and honest. Settling into nursery during a pandemic wasn't easy, however I always felt confident that the staff were doing everything they

My child joined the nursery when he was just over a year having left another nursery. I was both nervous and apprehensive about leaving my little one in an unfamiliar setting. From the first settling-in day last year, until now, my child has felt happy and cared for every single day. The staff are amazing
and so accommodating. As a parent, I am so happy with how the staff look after the children. It really is a home away from home with a loving environment and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Amazing and friendly staff who care for the children well, even under such pressures as covid and extreme heat. My child is always happy to go to nursery and has a good relationship with both staff and children at the nursery and is always happy! My only suggestion would be that suitable aprons are
given to the children to paint in, as the paint is a nightmare to get out of the clothes but we have had no complaints otherwise.

The staff are the heart of the nursery, each one an angel as wonderful as the next. The facilities are excellent, especially being by the river. The use of Montessori techniques really helped our son to develop and be school-ready.

My son has been going to this nursery for just over one year and is now in the toddler room. He absolutely loves going every day and looks forward to it. This is always a tell-all sign that they are giving him a great experience. I appreciate their honesty, when he does not eat properly, they will not
hide that from me, they will always be honest about his eating and behaviour. The staff are lovely and they have always been so friendly and kind.

Our son is very happy here. He comes home and tells us all about the things he has done in the day with enthusiasm and a smile on his face. The staff are very friendly and any requests we have made have been met positively. Any time I have emailed in I have always received an email back within less
than 24 hours which is reassuring. Watching him walk himself in happily each morning has been a joy to watch! Thank you to all staff for creating a safe, happy place for my son to attend!

I had a very good experience bringing my two kids to this nursery. They tried their best to help my son eat solid food and they even referred him to find out if there was any health condition stopping him from eating solid foods. We really miss the nursery.

My daughter has recently joined the nursery in the baby room at 10 months old. She settled in so well and so quickly. She is always so excited to go and starts kicking her legs and shouting when we pull up in the car. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they look after the children really well
and you always receive an informed handover at the end of the day. They get a good variety of food offered. They also have a nice outdoor area which she really enjoys spending her time in. We are so pleased we chose to send our little girl to this nursery!
