We couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our son. He's been at The Old Station Nursery since he was 18 months old and has absolutely thrived. The staff are caring, patient, and really get to know each child as an individual. From day one they made him feel safe and loved, and he still goes in every morning with a big smile. He's learned so much, made great friendships, and his confidence has really grown. We're sad to be leaving soon as he heads off to school, but we're so grateful for everything they've done to prepare him for this next step. If you're looking for a nursery where your child will be genuinely cared for, supported and feels like a true second family, I would recommend The Old Station Nursery to any parent without hesitation.

My daughter begun TOSN in 2024 at 18 months old. Overall I am very satisfied with the level of care and commitment from the team. I have spent time getting to know the staff who are all incredibly kind, patient and caring. I am kept informed on her day to day activities and enrichments via the app and on collection. Her development improved rapidly within the first few months of joining, particularly in her speech and social skills. The team were very supportive and helpful when we started potty training which lead to my daughter learning very quickly with very few accidents. The children eat very well as there is an on site chef who cooks fresh meals every day providing great nutrition and variety. The rooms are clean and organised and the children are provided with a safe, calm and nurturing environment. There are suitable clean allocated sleeping areas for the children and a "zen den" calm room for children who may need help self-regulating.

I have been extremely happy with the care and attention my child has received at this nursery. The staff create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn and explore. Activities are varied and engaging, helping my child develop socially, emotionally, and academically. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and feedback. The nursery is clean, well-organized, and the management is approachable and responsive. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

We are so happy with this nursery! My daughter absolutely loves going every day, which says everything to me as a parent. She is always smiling at pick-up time and often tells me about the fun activities she's done. Since starting, she has made lovely friends and has really come out of her shell. It's clear that the staff create a warm, caring, and supportive environment where children feel safe and encouraged to grow. The team are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the children's development and happiness. I feel confident leaving my daughter in their care, knowing she is well looked after and enjoying herself.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and positive setting for their child.

We couldn't be happier with our son's experience at The Old Station Nursery Uxbridge! He has grown so much in confidence, communication, and early academic skills-he's now reading simple words and loving numbers. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and drop-offs and pick-ups are filled with smiles and laughter.
The staff are incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely care about each child. There's a great balance of learning, creative play, and outdoor time, and the range of activities keeps our son constantly engaged and excited. It truly feels like a second home-a real family environment. We're so grateful for the love and care they provide every day. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been attending for over 2 years and has spent time in the baby room, toddler room and now preschool. There is very little turnover of the staff and each person I have come across is so knowledgeable and passionate about their role and the children they work with. Communication is excellent with face to face handover each morning and evening, with more detailed reviews occurring across the year. There is a true partnership between the parents and staff, especially when it comes to matters such as toilet training, where lots of support was given for our daughter and us. My daughter really enjoys nursery and has made great friends and has great relationships with the staff. She has grown and developed well and is confident in herself. There are lots of celebrations across the year and even little touches such as inviting parents in to celebrate Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. we will all be sad when it will be time for her to move on from the nursery.

I just want to say I highly recommend The Old Station Nursery Uxbridge. My son has been attending since April last year and my daughter started January this year 2025. My son has a lot of needs which are highly getting met and he is so looked after. He is treated like they are his parents. He enjoys nursery so much and has learnt a lot. My daughter has settled in so smoothly and her speech is coming on so nicely considering she isn't even 2 years old yet. They have a lot of time for the parents and children at The Old Station, which is what you need in a nursery. Cannot thank them enough for everything they do. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Amazing nursery. Staff are all so nice and accommodating. Settling in period showed how good the staff were and it only got better and better after. My older children have been to many nurseries but the Old Station in Uxbridge has by far been the best for me.

The staff at this nursery are so lovely, it's like one big family with a home-from-home feel. My daughter's key worker is so passionate about her job, you can see her face light up when she talks about the children. I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my daughter, it simply is the best!

The nursery has had my son since 2022 and started in the baby room, the staff in the room are loving and always able to answer my questions. Recently moved into the toddler room and the staff have been fantastic at supporting his recent transition, there is clear communication between my son's well-being and needs. He is always happy to attend the nursery and has great knowledge of the staff in the building and the management have been a great help with my inquiries, they are always there to help with any questions or concerns I have about my son's development and is always being reassured. I cannot say what a great help and support this nursery has been for not just my son but overall for everyone including my family for the support this nursery has given. Would always recommend this nursery to friends and family since they take the children's well-being and development and emotions always into consideration and are treated more as a big family.

My daughter joined at 18 months and I was very apprehensive and worried about her adjustment. But within 2 sessions she was comfortable and happy to attend Old Station Nursery. She progressively grew in confidence and her speech improved immensely. To her key worker/room lead, thank you for your thorough and proactive approach to taking care of her. You knew all her likes and dislikes very quickly and you became a source of love and comfort. To one member of staff in particular the playful, thank you for all the peekaboo games and laughter, you exude kindness and patience. To two members of staff in particular, you work tirelessly to help my baby sleep, eat and be happy, thank you so much. To another particular member of staff who grew to be a friend, you fitted in perfectly with the best team I have seen. I cannot say enough good things about the team in the baby room, they are exceptional and take great pride in their roles. Thank you for helping me raise my child, I brought her into your care on many days I felt disoriented and overwhelmed, and you were all a beacon of light.

My son has recently started attending this nursery after having had quite a bad experience at his previous one I was very worried he would not settle in or he would struggle to connect with the children/members of staff, however it is to my delight that he has been so happy here! Every day I pick him up with a great big smile on his face, he is talking and interacting a lot more and this is only after being there for a week, the staff members are fantastic, they cook fresh meals daily, there are so many activities that they do throughout the day to ensure the children are entertained.
Overall I am very happy and I feel that my son is in a safe loving place, I would highly recommend.
