Busy Bees Cheam Nonsuch

My son is so happy at this nursery. All the staff are professional and welcoming. He had been attending the nursery a couple of days, and then when we was at home we noticed he was a lot more confident and started crawling! He also has the best food on offer to him, and eats well. I love that he is learning through play!

My grandson absolutely adores nursery. Every time I go to collect him he is busy with his friends, building, happy or just exploring all of the lovely toys they have on offer. The staff are so friendly and helpful. One staff member in the bombos 1 baby room is a very hard worker.

Both of our children have attended Nonsuch Busy Bees from 11 months old to leaving for school (2016-2022). The nursery has been excellent throughout our whole time there and we are really sad as a whole family to be leaving. Both children thoroughly enjoyed their time there, going in and coming out happy every single day. The staff are caring, personable, organised, kind and fun and the management are organised with excellent communication. I've always felt confident sending my children into Busy Bees Cheam Nonsuch knowing they'll be cared for to the highest standard all day.

We will really miss BusyBees!

My son was here for around four months and the overall experience is really positive. Worth mentioning, that the staff here are truly amazing, friendly, patient, and professional. From note/picture taking, to supporting potty training. I saw a high level of professionalism here, well done and please keep it up!

My son has attended Busy Bees Nonsuch Cheam since September 2021 and we have had a hugely positive experience to date. The staff and centre manager are incredibly professional and we feel that our son is receiving the highest quality care and support. The Parent Zone app is used frequently to provide daily updates and photographs and links to developmental targets which is very useful to see. Our son has an egg allergy and other medical issues and this continues to be monitored and followed up by the nursery staff with guidance, sensitivity and professionalism. We would highly recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery and the fun activities they do. She has a great relationship with her key worker and we feel very lucky about that. The staff always seem cheerful, energetic and have been patient during Covid when our working hours kept changing.

All my boys have come to the nursery since 8 months old and stayed until they have gone to school. The staff put amazing effort into bonding with the boys and getting to know them. The boys all settled straight away since baby room because of the staff at Busybees putting so much love and care into them. My son is now in preschool and will be staying there until he starts reception. His key person is amazing always asking if there is anything I would like to her work on with him. The Manager is very supportive always very welcoming, happy, and smiling.

We are incredibly happy with the care that our daughter has received since starting at Busy Bees. We were impressed by how quickly she settled in, which was always a worry, and it has been amazing to see her develop so much since starting nursery. Our daughter is happy and confident which is mostly due to the outstanding care she has received. The staff are kind and professional, and most importantly genuinely care about the children. We have been impressed with all of the activities that are planned for the children which our daughter really enjoys. When we pick her up we always get a detailed summary of her day which we love hearing, and along with the updates and photos we receive via the app, it makes us as parents feel like we aren't missing out.

My child returned back to nursery in September from lockdown. She has made huge progress in her learning the girls are amazing in there. I always receive such an informative handover of her day and always send photos of my child through the day of her taking part in focus activities, free play, garden time. As a parent seeing these whilst being at work is the best feeling ever to know how happy she is at Busy Bees at Cheam Nonsuch.

I am so happy that my daughter attends this nursery. I am constantly impressed by the caring nature, professionalism and diligence of the staff who work here. My daughter is very happy here and that is the main thing but from a parent perspective, one thing that puts my mind at ease and something I never really expected is the way in which the staff take the time to stand with me when I collect my daughter and run me through her day in great detail. It is honestly so nice to hear how she is progressing and how important her development is to all the staff. When you put your child in a nursery it’s never easy but putting my daughter in this nursery has been a wonderful decision. Thank you Busy Bees at Cheam Nonsuch.

From her first day to the last day my daughter has loved this nursery. They have given her a great start and certainly helped with lots of milestones such as walking, talking, making friends, potty training etc. She is such a kind warm, confident little girl and I really thank you for your input into the little person she is today. Lovely rooms, great staff team, brilliant manager and overall would highly recommend it.

My daughter has settled in really well in nursery since the early days. She loves coming here every morning and when I pick her up, she is always happy and never wants to leave. The staff are all amazing, very caring and always smiling. The reports and photos we receive frequently on the app are well appreciated and really good. I love the nursery and would definitely recommend it to my friends (as I already have done.)

My kids have been attending the nursery for almost a year now. They have been enjoying the nursery very much and want to go in on the weekends too. Very friendly staff. Children are given a varied range of activities which they learn from and enjoy as well. Their language has improved a lot (they didn't even know English at all when they joined.) Their social skills are improving. Very caring and understanding staff. My daughter can already write her name. I am very happy with the nursery and highly would recommend.

My son has been at this setting now for over a year and has been in both the Bumbles and Buzz rooms. Staff in both rooms are excellent. Whenever there is an issue, the nursery director is always on hand to listen, provide reassurance and solutions. Our Key Worker is EXCEPTIONAL and we are very lucky to have her. She works in close partnership with us and makes us feel as though she wants nothing but the best for our child. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I cannot say enough positive things about the manager and the team at Busy Bees. They offered an emergency 3-month placement to my 2-year-old son over the Corona crisis as I am a keyworker working in child protection and needed to get back to the frontline. They immediately treated me and my son as part of the family, my son had never been to a nursery setting before and I was worried it would feel impersonal, but I needn’t have worried, within two days he was trotting in without a backward glance. Every afternoon he’d come home singing songs and chatting about the staff. He’d wake up in the mornings asking to see them! They kept me updated throughout the day, and they were endlessly flexible in extraordinary circumstances. I am so sad our time at Busy Bees has come to an end but I would not hesitate recommending them to any prospective parents. Thanks, to the manager and the rest of the wonderful staff.

My daughter started attending Busy Bees Nonsuch in July within the Bombos 1 room. Management and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter has settled in well, asking lots of details about our routine, my daughter's likes and dislikes and a bit about our background. This for me made me feel at ease that they were really getting to know everything about her, they have also kept me up to date regularly to ensure that the process for me has been a stress-free and easy one. From the moment I walked into the nursery for my show around I knew that it was the nursery for us, everyone was friendly and welcoming and from the moments that I saw on our walk around I could see how loving and nurturing the staff were to the children within their nursery and how they tried to make us feel at ease in every room we walked into. I have also really loved the updates I get regularly through the app on meals, nappies and also observations and assessments on her development.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was eight months old and all the staff have always been so warm and welcoming to her. She has come on leaps and bounds in her confidence, talking and socialising. Potty training was made easy with the help of the staff and they are always so encouraging with her. She has always been so happy with her key people in each room and I have always had a great relationship with them also.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough!! To anyone that is looking for a brilliant nursery with brilliant staff - this is the nursery you have been looking for!
