Maytime Montessori Nursery (Eastwood Road)

Outstanding nursery. A safe and nurturing environment for my child. The teachers are attentive and caring. There are solid channels of communication between teachers and parents as feedback are always provided. The teachers/nursery manager encourages the uniqueness of each child's learning needs. My child is always happy to be dropped off at the nursery.

The manager is a great team leader.

This nursery deserves more than 5 stars! The staff are absolutely amazing and my daughter's development is outstanding. The team are angels in disguise and really care about each and every child. Being a new mum, they were so welcoming and they made the transition from being on maternity leave to going back to work very easy and accommodating for me. I praise Maytime Montessori Nursery highly for the work they do every day with our children, especially the staff in the baby room! When I speak with other mums about other nurseries, they don't seem to see the same high level of service as what I have experienced. You won't regret choosing this nursery. Our daughter joined the nursery during the pandemic and from day one we were blown away by the caring nature and professionalism of everyone at the nursery. Our daughter is still there and is incredibly happy. Our daughter's physical development was a concern for some time, however, her key person and the manager made it their mission to focus on this area, and it was their commitment and perseverance that helped her walk. Furthermore, they continue to help her in this area. The nursery staff are friendly, approachable and professional. Thank you for making my daughter feel like she has an extended family. I would unreservedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nursery for their child.

I have sent my 4 children to this nursery over the last 12 years. It's run by a family that genuinely care for the children and their families. Always providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. The standards of care for the children are high, with nutritious meals cooked on-site every day. All the rooms are well equipped, with plenty of different resources. Any concerns I have ever raised have been addressed well. The manager and most of the staff have worked there for many years providing continuity and comfort, and staff retention also says a lot about good management. The manager is very caring and always oversees the welfare of all the children well.

The manager is lovely, felt a connection right away with her. Staff take good care of my son. My son is always smiling when I drop him off. My son seems to be happy there.

From the first time I called to visit the nursery to the present, the nursery manager has been so helpful, informative and supportive. She has enabled me to learn and provide the support my child needs. The room leader and staff and especially the key person have been super friendly and take care of my child to give me the peace of mind I needed when starting this journey. They were all so accommodating with settling in and this helped my child immensely. They give regular updates on my child's day and have helped with getting him the support he needs. We are looking forward to moving to preschool. The facilities are great in the toddler room with an outdoor space which allows children to play and learn. The food is varied and the staff are always happy and cheery.

The nursery manager is amazing and so are the staff members working in the different rooms. The learning at pre-school stage is also outstanding - when my son started reception he was ahead of what was expected from him.

I cannot praise this nursery enough, my child has been attending here for 1 and a half years now. The staff have always cared and looked after my son amazingly. He has learned and gained excellent daily skills in such a short amount of time and still continues to. We have both maintained great relationships with all staff and management and always kept upto date daily on my child's progress. My child is very happy attending this nursery and looks forward to each day there.

The food quality is excellent and ambience, the play area is fabulous.
