The outside space at the other branch is excellent.

I looked at 5 other nurseries before I settled on Snowflakes as they were head and shoulders above the other nurseries. I was concerned about starting my child during a pandemic, but I felt very assured by seeing the standard of hygiene at the nursery. They have also exceeded my expectations in terms of my daughter's learning and development. I had no idea she would be reading and writing before going to school, but she is!

My son has been attending Snowflakes since 2018. He's made great bonds with the staff. Getting updates every day and throughout the week gives me a great insight into how he spends his time and the activities he takes part in. Since attending this nursery, my son has become so independent and solely thanks to the lovely staff and management. I can't praise the staff enough. I feel happy and confident leaving my son. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been going to this nursery for two years now. I could not be happier with my choice. Staff are caring, experienced and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about my child's development and well being. They tailor activities to each child's interest to build their confidence, teach new skills and expand their knowledge. When my son developed a stammer, the staff was extremely positive. They knew exactly what to do to help and offered advice and regular feedback.

Under Covid and a lockdown, I was very anxious about starting my daughter at nursery for the first time. But the Staff were very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. My daughter has been made to feel very welcome by her teachers and the other children and looks forward to going to nursery every time. The online/app system they use is a very good way to keep track of my daughter's progress, and the teachers are always very happy to answer questions at dropping off and picking up time.

My son enjoys going to Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori. We could not have wished for a better setting for our son. He has made such lovely friends and has close bonds with all the nursery workers. Getting the eyLog observations throughout the week gives me insight into how he spends his time and all the lovely educational activities he takes part in. He has come on leaps and bounds and has turned into such a happy, confident, and cheeky chap. I think his time at nursery has a lot to do with that. Thank you.

Amazing nursery in the area, nice staff and great owners. I would strongly recommend this nursery. Very safe and humble, clean, great activities with children and yummy food made for the children. My daughter has made some great friends and is happy with all the teachers.

This is the first nursery that we saw when we decided to out in daycare. It's a very cosy place, gives a homely feeling to him. He has settled very well in this place. He has started to learn things and I can see his progress. The staff here are very friendly and they take good care of him.

My experience as a whole has been great. The staff at the nursery are always friendly and professional. My child is always looked after and I get regular feedback on my child's development.

Snowflakes are not just a nursery they are our son's second family. Our som completed almost two years in this nursery and we can feel how he is developing day after day. Excellent staff and management, amazing teaching and learning materials.

Our daughter has developed in so many ways. She is more confident and balanced and loves going to the nursery every morning. She looks forward to meeting her key person every morning. We love all the teachers who are warm, caring and very professional. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents. Thank you so much for making the difference. The only negative thing is the staff change over.

My son is going to Snowflakes nursery for the past 3 years now. I have seen lots of good changes in him from when he started. He never used to talk to other kids or play. He was a very quiet kid. He used to cry when I used to take him but now he keeps asking me to take him to nursery. He is a more confident person now, he plays with others, he has a few good friends there and also 2 favourite teachers. There is nothing I would change in this nursery as everything is just perfect. Thank you Snowflake team for everything you have done for my son. He always talks about what he did in the nursery and says he loves nursery.

My son was at Snowflakes Nursery for over 2 years. He has had a great time in the company of wonderful teachers and made plenty of friends. The premises were recently renovated and are in beautiful clean condition with areas for learning and playing organised well. The recent subscription eyLog app has been really nice to see what our son gets up to during the day with his friends. He was helped with his eating habits, potty training and interactive play over the years. Since the new management, we have been invited to sports days, Christmas plays and graduation to name a few.

The staff are all very caring and get to know your child like their own. My mind was at peace knowing my son was being well looked after. The nursery were very organised and prompt to call and inform us of our child was unwell.

I would highly recommend this nursery to my friends and family as a wonderful place for a child to grow up in! Thanks again for all your efforts and hard work!

The nursery provides excellent care and I find my child is learning every day. He is happy, motivated. He is encouraged to be independent. He is well cared for. I find he is well stimulated and is learning plenty. His speech is improving all the time.

She even talks about going to nursery on a weekend as she misses her teachers and friends. Snowflakes have actively encouraged our daughter to be independent and her confidence is growing day by day. Last month we got the opportunity to read some stories to the children one afternoon. This was so rewarding and we look forward to being invited again! Thank you to all the staff at Snowflakes.

Snowflakes is such a lovely nursery. We send our daughter to this nursery. We are so happy and content with the care she receives from the staff and what they do at this nursery. We get daily updates on how our daughter is progressing and what she has done throughout the day. The staff are very nice. Lovely people. Highly recommended.
